Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a stress test for students in physical education high schools and to verify the validity of the developed test. Methods: To develop the test, this study referred to the stress factors of students in physical education high schools, analyzed by Lee, Dong & Lee(2009) and designed a preliminary test with 42 questions of 7 factors. On the basis of the data of 544 students in three physical education high schools, this study conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses to examine the structure and goodness-of-fit of the data, and performed reliability analysis. To verify the convergent validity of the confirmed test, it used the data of 82 students in one physical education high school. Lastly, based on the data of 626 students, it conducted factor invariance test and latent means analysis to investigate the difference between background variables. Results: It was found that the stress test for students in physical education high schools had the structure of four factors: athletic stress, conflict with teammates, coach stress, and life stress. According to the comparison between the test and other tests in terms of convergent validity, the developed test explained construct well. Factor invariance of each background variable was satisfied. According to the analysis of the difference between groups, women had more stress than men in terms of athletic stress and coach stress. The 1st year students had more conflict with teammates than the 2nd year students, and the 3rd year students had high athletic stress, coach stress and life stress.
코치의 직무자원과 업무만족도의 관계: 직무요구를 통한 직무열의의 조절된 매개효과

목적: 본 연구는 운동선수 코치의 업무와 관련된 긍정적인 변인을 밝히려는 연구의 일환이다. 이를 위해 직무요구-자원(JD-R) 모델에서 직무열의를 통해 업무와 관련된 긍정적 측면을 밝히려는 동기적 과정을 적용해 관련변인을 선정하고 분석을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 코치들이 지각하는 직무자원과 업무만족도의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과를 검증하고, 최종적으로 직무자원과 직무요구의 상호작용효과를 검증하였다. 방법: 학원스포츠 현장에서 선수를 지도하는 코치 156명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 측정도구는 코칭업무에 부합되게 수정된 직무자원, 직무열의, 직무요구, 업무만족도 등 4가지 검사지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 분석을 시작으로 신뢰도 분석, 구성타당도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적인 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 단순매개모형 분석과 조건부 분석을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 결과: 첫째, 코치의 직무자원은 직무열의를 경유하여 업무만족도를 긍정적으로 예측할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코치의 직무자원이 직무열의를 통해 업무만족도에 미치는 간접효과가 직무요구의 수준이 높을수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 스포츠 현장의 코치들이 지각하는 직무열의는 코치업무의 긍정적인 측면을 설명하는 주요한 변인이라는 것이 확인되었지만, 과도한 직무요구가 발생하면 업무에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the positive variables related to the work of coaches. Therefore, relevant variables were selected and analyzed by applying the motivational aspect, which is a positive process described in the job demands-resources model. Specifically, the mediating effect of job engagement was verified in the relationship between job resources and job satisfaction perceived by coaches, and finally, the interaction effect between job resources and job demands was verified. Methods: Data were collected from 156 coaches through questionnaires that assessed the job resources, job engagement, job demands, and job satisfaction. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, construct validity, correlation analysis, mediation effect test, and conditional process analysis. Results: The results showed that the job resources mediated the job satisfaction through job engagement. This relationship was reduced by higher levels of the job demands. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the job engagement perceived by coaches in the sports field is a major variable explaining the positive aspects of coaching. However, it was found that excessive job demands can have a negative impact on work.

본 연구는 아마추어 골퍼의 참여정도와 참여동기, 몰입, 골프성취력의 관계를 밝히고자 선행연구와 이론을 기초로 가설적 구조모형을 설정하고, 이들 변인들에 대한 인과관계를 실증적으로 규명하려는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 외생잠재변인으로 참여정도, 내생잠재변인으로 참여동기, 몰입, 골프성취력을 설정하여 구조방정식모형을 이용한 가설적 구조모형 검증을 통하여 잠재변인들 간의 인과적 관계를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 K도 내에 소재하고 있는 골프연습장에서 연습하고 있는 100타 미만의 아마추어 골퍼들로 선정하였으며, 유층집략표집방법을 이용하여 508명의 대상을 표집하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 골프성취력 구조모형 적합도 평가 결과, 적합도 지수는 양호하게 나타났으나, 참여동기에서 골프성취력, 몰입에서 골프성취력의 2개 경로가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여정도는 참여동기와 몰입, 골프성취력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 참여정도에서 몰입은 직접효과보다 참여동기를 통한 간접효과에 의한 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여동기는 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 골프성취력에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 몰입은 골프성취력에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. This study lays its purpose mainly on specifying a hypothetical structural model based on previous studies and theories in order to identify the relation between degrees of participation, motivation to participate, commitment, and golf accomplishment, and ascertaining the causal relation between these variables, among amateur golfers under 100 strokes. In order to attain these goals, the researcher chose degrees of participation as an exogenous potential variable and motivation to participate, commitment, and golf accomplishment as endogenous potential variables and tested the causal relation between potential variables through the hypothetical structural model using a structural equation model. Regarding subjects, the researcher sampled 508 amateur golfers under 100 strokes who were practicing in golf practice ranges located in Gyeongsangnamdo, by employing stratified cluster sampling. Through this study the following results were derived. First, as a result of the goodness-of-fit of the golf accomplishment model, the fit index was found to be good, while two paths from motivation to participate to golf accomplishment and from commitment to golf accomplishment were found to be insignificant. Second, degrees of participation had significant effects on motivation to participate, commitment, and golf accomplishment. Especially regarding the effects of degrees of participation on commitment, the indirect effects through motivation to participate rather than the direct effects were stronger. Third, motivation to participate had significant effects on commitment, while did not on golf accomplishment. Fifth, commitment did not have significant effects on golf accomplishment.
