Milyang pyrophyllite deposit which was formed by hydrothermal alteration occurs in Late Cretaceous andesitic tuff in the Milyang area, Gyeongsangnamdo. The wall rock alteration and genesis of the Milyang pyrophyllite deposit were studied. The ore minerals are composed dominantly of pyrophyllite accompanied by small amounts of quartz, kaolinite, pyrite, dumortierite and diaspore. The alteration halo of this deposit can be divided into three zones on the basis of mineral assemblage; pyrophyllite, sericite and chlorite zone. The common mineral assemblages of each alteration zone are as follows: (1) pyrophyllite zone; pyrophyllite-quartz-kaolinite-pyrite-dumortierite-diaspore, (2) sericite zone; sericite-quartz-pyrite-kaolinite, and (3) chlorite zone; chlorite-plagioclase-quartz. Major element chemistry shows that characteristic depletion in MgO, CaO, and $Na_2O$ and relative increase in FeO from less altered chlorite zone to extensively altered pyrophyllite zone corresponding to variation in mineral assemblages. The paragenesis of ore minerals, oxygen isotope data, chlorite and illite geothermometry suggest that ore deposit was formed at about $250{\sim}330^{\circ}C$. Both hydrogen and silica activities are high in pyrophyllite zone. Potassium activity increases in sericite zone while hydrogen activity becomes low in chlorite zone. The pyrophyllite zone was formed relatively higher temperature than those of sericite and chlorite zones. The ore fluid was considered to be magmatic water in origin derived from the residual granitic magma which interacted with meteoric water.

본 논문에서는 NFC 통신기술 기반의 스마트밴드를 이용하여 스포츠 센터의 운동기구를 예약하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 운동기구 예약 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 사용자는 스마트밴드를 통하여 언제 어떤 운동 기구를 사용해야 하는지 알림 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 사용자는 추천 운동 프로그램을 활용하여 운동을 할 수 있고, 피크 시간에도 대기인원이 없기 때문에 편하게 원하는 운동기구를 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 관리자는 효율적인 시설관리를 통해 비용을 절감할 수 있고 수집된 운동 정보를 통해 사용자에게 맞춤 정보를 제공함으로써 경쟁력 있는 센터 운영이 가능하다. Many people feel uncomfortable when fitness center is crowded with people in all at the same time. So we propose exercise machines reservation system for resolving the problem that people feel uncomfortable in fitness center. In this paper, we design and implement the exercise machines reservation system that allows for users to reserve fitness equipments by using a NFC-based smart band. A user can reserve exercise machine using some reservation device. he or she will receive notifications through the smart band about when and which machine she or he will have to use. The user can do exercise with a recommended program, and can use any equipments conveniently even in a peak time because no one is waiting. Also, a manager can save cost through the efficient facility management and provide customized member management. Additionally, manager don't need to purchase other exercise machines or computers.
탄소나노튜브 필름을 이용한 투명 압저항체의 제작 및 특성 연구

본 논문에서는 탄소나노튜브 필름을 이용한 투명 압저항체의 제작 및 특성 연구를 수행하였다. 진공필터 방식으로 제작된 다양한 투과도를 가지는 탄소나노튜브 필름은 금층이 증착된 실리콘 기판위에서 사진식각 공정을 통해 패터닝이 된 후, 금층과 실리콘 기판의 약한 접착력으로 인해 실리콘 러버인 poly-dimethysiloxane (PDMS) 로 전사된다. 탄소나노튜브 필름의 압저항 특성을 분석하기 위해, 얇은 PDMS 멤브레인의 처짐에 대한 탄소나노튜브 필름의 저항 변화를 측정하여 10?20 의 개이지 팩터를 얻었으며, 인가 압력에 대한 저항 변화 실험을 수행하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 탄소나노튜브 필름은 폴리머 멤스의 다양한 응용분야에 투명한 압저항체로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다. We present the fabrication and characterization of transparent carbon nanotube film (CNF) piezoresistors. CNFs were fabricated by vacuum filtration methods with 65?92% transmittance and patterned on Au-deposited silicon wafer by photolithography and dry etching. The patterned CNFs were transferred onto poly-dimethysiloxane (PDMS) using the weak adhesion property between the silicon wafer and the Au layer. The transferred CNFs were confirmed to be piezoresistors using the equation of concentrated-force-derived resistance change. The gauge factor of the CNFs was measured to range from 10 to 20 as the resistance of the CNFs increased with applied pressure. In polymer microelectromechanical systems, CNF piezoresistors are the promising materials because of their high sensitivity and low-temperature process.
ESC Performance Uniformity를 위한, Red-X 기법을 통한 Brake Pressure Rise Rate 연구

Recently, many vehicles are equipped electronic control systems to improve the vehicle performance and to secure the vehicle safety for the customers. Same tendency on active safety systems are also increased than few years ago. Those active safety systems are had to improve vehicle performance and safety. Furthermore, they can improve system robustness and performance uniformity. In this paper, I tried to establish the components that related the Brake Pressure Rise Rate for Electric Stability Control System performance, than confirmed the ESC performance uniformity with Red-X Strategy was derived from components. In this study, I used Red X strategies. GM has a 20-year association with the organization and uses Red X as a technical problem-solving tool, primarily after a vehicle is launched, to understand vehicle performance issues. We emphasizes that most issues can be corrected by finding the root cause and controlling it.
eBoost 차량의 EPB (Electric Parking Brake) Dynamic Braking Function의 효용성 연구

The Electric Parking Brake (EPB), the boom started - with a concentration on caliper integrated systems and with an integration of the ECU into the ESC system and also eBoost vehicles increased. There is a wide range of requirements with enough dynamics and control comfort – Dynamic Braking during vehicle running. It can be a considerable alternative of backup brake system for eBoost vehicles because eBoost system have no vacuum booster and there are the possibilities of an electrical or electronic problem. So, EPB dynamic braking function have to meet statutory performance requirements for service brake and also to meet the customer requirement – deceleration feeling. In this paper, we confirmed statutory performance requirements for EPB dynamic braking and we tried to find out the Korea market customer requirement about EPB target deceleration through customer clinic and analyzed survey results with regression equation model of the Loss Function. Through this study, we identified target deceleration that minimize customer dissatisfaction and we confirmed the possibility of variable target deceleration value of EPB Dynamic Braking through the regression equation model for each reference vehicle speed.

This paper proposes an advanced control strategy to improve vehicle handling performance and stability by integrating either Active Front Steering(AFS) or Active Rear Steering(ARS) with Electronic Stability Program(ESP). Both AFS and ARS controller are designed using Sliding Mode Control (SMC). The effect of the integrated control system on the vehicle handling characteristics and yawing stabilities are studied through control logics is made up the Matlab/Simulink block and CarSim vehicle model. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed control system and the overall improvements in vehicle dynamics performance.

Generally, the vehicle dynamics performance is influenced each chassis subsystem with some trade-off relations. One of the systems is a suspension system that related vehicle ride and handling performance. Especially the roll stiffness tendency of a vehicle can be significantly changed, if the suspension component is actively controlled. This study is presented the Active Roll Control Stabilizer Bar System (ARC) for improving of the vehicle roll motion and vehicle dynamic performance by control of roll stiffness distribution. This paper describes a fundamental understanding of the theory and application of the ARC system analysis. Based on the study on ARC, we can make a proposal on the integrated control system using Continuous Damping Control (CDC) and Active Roll Control stabilizer bar (ARC). This research arranges and defines the ARC functionality and performance limits, then shows how to improve such a limit using by CDC (Continuous Damping Control) on the vehicle performance with ARC system. Finally, this paper proposes the vehicle dynamics performance integration control strategy and show the synergy effect through the integrated control vehicle simulation.
