        휠체어 농구 자유투 동작시 상지분절의 운동학적 분석

        The Purpose of this study was to examine the kinematic analysis of the upper-limb motion of wheelchair basketball free throw shooting. Three-dimensional kinematic data were obtained from 8 male wheelchair basketball players performing a successful free throw. Players were divided into three groups, according to their IWBF classification(Group 1: 1 point players, Group 2: 2-2.5point players and Group 3:3.5-4 point players) Wheelchair basketball free throw motions were taken by video camera. The three-dimensional coordinates was processed by DLT. Players from Group 1 and 2 tended to release the ball from a lower height, with greater velocity and release angle. Players from Group 1 showed greater shoulder horizontal adduction and horizontal abduction angle, wrist ulnar flexion and radial flexion angle, and trunk angle. but players from Group 2 appeared lower shoulder abduction. Upper limb angular velocity showed most greatly in hands from Group 1, upperarm from Group 2, and forearm from Group 3.

        도마 손 짚고 몸펴 앞 공중 돌아 540도 비틀기의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the kinematical and the kinetical factors that calculated from preflight to postflight of salto forward straight 3/2 turn motion between skitters and less-skitters. four S-VHS video cameras operating at 60Hz were used to record the performances. five elite male gymnasts were participated in this study as subjects. three-dimensional coordinates of 20 body landmarks during each trial were collected using a Direct Linear Transformation method. The digitized body landmarks were smoothed using a Butterworth second order with low pass digital filter and a cutoff frequency of 10Hz. 1. A skitter, got a high score for performance, showed shorter time and faster horizontal velocity than a less-skitter at the board contact. also, a skitter extended quickly his knee and hip joint after contacting board for preflight phase. 2. A skitter revealed faster time and horizontal velocity the vault from taking off board than a less-skiller. A skitter took a long time and high distance to get the vertical peak compared with a less-skiller. 3. For the second phase, a skitter, who executes the most optimal motions among the subjects, displayed a long flight time, a high height, and a far flight distance as well as maintaining consistent horizontal speed even at the peak of post flight. On the other side, a less-scorer displayed a slow vertical velocity, distance and a short time at the point of take-off from vault as well as low height at the peak of post flight.

        카자흐스탄의 다문화 공존정책

        This study analyzes that how the Kazakhstan government uses Islam in order to justify their moral values and social ethics through multi-cultural coexistence policy by applying the legitimate rule. It also explores the implication of multi-religious phenomenon and the characteristics of the socio-psychological mechanism in the country. Islam is considered as a key element shaping cultural identity, mediating social life, being a part of personal and ethnical identity, and finally strengthening regional solidarity in Kazakhstan traditionally. However, extreme Islam fundamentalist pose some threats to the regime. The regime has fear of what if Islam is out of control. They apply a double standard by dividing and destroying Islamic identity as a source of solidarity and unification among whole Muslims. Anyhow, today Kazakhstan is going through fragmentation by ethnicity, religion and culture. Parliament establish more restrictive procedures for registering religious organizations to prohibit smaller groups from preaching outside of the group, producing religious literature, or maintaining worship facilities open to the public. However, the Government continued to express publicly its support for religious tolerance and diversity. Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, shamanism, ranging from ethnic and political, in the form of a new nationalism of the Kazakh Republic since independence developed in Kazakhstan in the field of religion, culture, and society of the population should be done with the statistical analysis.

        다발성 골수종에서 ras 및 p53 유전자 점돌연변이에 관한 연구

        N/A Background: Multiple myeloma is a malignant proliferation of plasma cells producing monoclonal immunoglobulins. The pathogenesis of this disease is still unknown. Karyotypic complexity and stepwise disease progression in multiple myeloma suggest that the development of multiple myeloma is a multistep process in genetic events, such as oncogene activation or tumor suppressor gene inactivation. Alterations of ras oncogene or p53 tumor suppressor gene are involved in various type of human cancers. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of ras and p53 gene mutations in multiple myeloma, and to analyze its association with clinical parameter and clinical outcome. Methods: Mutations of N-, K-ras exon 1 & 2 and p53 exon 5-8 were observed in 33 patients with multiple myeloma. Genomic DNA was isolated from mononuclear cells separated from bone marrow samples, Extracted DNAs were screened for mutations by single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis of PCR products (PCR-SSCP). DNA fragments displaying an altered electrophoretic mobility were further studied by direct sequencing to confirm and characterize the nature of the mutations. Results: No mutation was found at N-, K-ras exon 1, K-ras exon 2 or p53 exon 5-8, Only one patient has N-ras exon 2 mutation(1/33 patients, 3%). By direct sequencing of PCR products, I confirmed and detected a CAA-->AAA transversion(glutamine-->lysine). The patient was a 61-year-old male in progressive state. M protein was IgG/kappa type. Bone marrow aspirate revealed a 67% plasma cell infiltration. Conclusion: Although the number of patients is small, these data revealed low frequency of N-ras, K-ras and p53 gene mutation in multiple myeloma. Bas and p53 gene mutations may have limited role in pathogenesis of mulitple myeloma and may associate with tumor progression rather than initiation.

        평행봉 피터스 동작의 운동학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic variables of peters motion in parallel bars. The subjects were 3 male national gymnasts. For this study, kinematic data were collected using video camera. Coordinate data were low-pass filtered using a fourth-order Butterworth with cutoff frequency of 6Hz. Each valuables analyzed was used to compare kinematic features between the subjects. The conclusions were as follows; 1. For a stable regrasp motion, the subjects appeared to increase horizontal and vertical displacement during the DS phase because it induce a vertical elastic of body and reaction of bar for the US phase. 2. For a stable hand standing motion of the regrasp, the subjects appeared to maintain the fast vertical and horizontal velocity during the DS phase, but in contrary during the US and Air phase the vertical and horizontal velocity appeared to do decrease. 3. When the arm lean angle and the trunk lean angle maintain a big angle during the DS phase, the subjects appeared to do a stable performance to release in a high position.

      • 種目別 男女 選手들의 重心에 關한 硏究

        The study attempts to investigate the rate of centers of gravity in elite athletes. The subjects were 397 male students with 24 differents sport events and 100 female students with 18 different events to which belong to Korean National College of Phyical Education. The data were analyzed by sport event, bodyheight, bodyweight, and sex and the results were summarized as follows: 1. The mean rate of center of gravity was shown 56%, for male and 55% for female and could be seen higher rate in male them female student. 2. In case of body height, the highest rate of center group (1975cm - 178.4cm) ranked 56% (158.7cm - 160cm) ranked 56% in male and female student, respectively. 3. In case of body weight, the highest rate of center of gravity was 56% with over 76.9 kilogram group in male student, and in the range of 53 kilogram to 58 kilogram, the highest rate of center of gravity was 56% in female student.

      • 평균대 경기 시 앞 공중돌기 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 평균대에서 수행되는 앞 공중돌기 동작의 효율적인 동작을 연기하는데 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 운동학적 요인을 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구대상은 부산동아시아 체조경기대회(1997년)평균대 종목별 결승에 참가한 한국선수 1명, 카자흐스탄 2명, 일본선수 1명을 대상으로 3차원 영상 분석을 통하여 운동학적 요인을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 각국면별 소요시간 도움닫기 시간은 스텝시간이 대상자별로 다르게 실시함으로서 수행시간간에 차이를 보였다. 도약 시간은 선행연구 결과에 비해 본 연구의 대상자들이 보다 짧은 시간을 나타냈으며, 체공시간은 길게 소요하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 체공 및 착자시 인체중심 높이는 선행연구된 마루 운동의 수행 결과들 보다는 다소 낮게 나타났다. 3. 도약시 인체중심 속도는 수직속도보다 수평속도가 높게 나타났다. 4. 도약 및 착지시 선정된 각 관절의 각도는 선행연구 결과들 보다 무릎각을 제외한 발목, 고관절 각도에서 적은 각도를 나타내 불안정한 착지를 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic variable of a forward somersault motion in balance beam. Two video cameras were used for 3-dimentional analysis. The subjects were four female gymnasts who is participated in the '97 east asian game. The conclusions are follows. 1. Time of each phase The time of run-up was shown a difference between performance time as type of step patterns of each subjects. The time of support was display a more short time in the gymnasts of present study compared to gymnasts of previous study, and it was shown a long time in the flight phase. 3. The velocity of center of gravity in supports phase was shown more high levels in horizontal velocity than vertical velocity. 4. The angle of each joint in support and landing was display a low angles in ankle and hip joint angles except to knee joint angles. Therefore, it was performing a unbalanced landing.

      • 운동속도와 신발유형이 지면반력변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of velocity and shoe types on ground reaction force during walking and running and to give the basic information for the injury prevention. Eight female subjects participated in this study. They were free of injuries at that time of testing and wore the shoe size of 240mm. The experimental set-up consisted of an AMTI force plateform, IBM compatible PC and a photoelectric running timer system And three different types of shoes were used to analyze the kine tic variables(Runnings shoe,Flat-soled shoe, Thick-soled shoe). The subject were asked to walk and run over a force plateform at the selected speed. The velocity was controlled by the photoelectric running timer. In dependent variables were the shoe type and the speed condition at walking and running. Dependent variables were the kinetic variables from force platefrom. Four kinetic variables were the impact force, the active force, the braking force and the medio-lateral force. Two way ANOVA with repeated measure and mean and standard deviation were used for the statistical analysis. The level of significance was chosen to be ∝= 0.05. From the results of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Changes in speed have a significant influence both on impact force and active force at walking and running,except for active force of running. The shoe types have a significant influence on both impact force and active force at walking and running. 2. Changes in speed have no significant influence on braking force at walking, but have a significant influence at running. The shoe types have a significant influence on braking force in walking and running. 3. Changes in speed have a significant influence on medio-lateral force at walking, but have no significant influence at running. The shoe types have a significant influence on medio-lateral force in walking and running.
