B2B 협업상태 불일치를 해결하기 위한 BSI(Business Service Interface)에 관한 연구

기업간 전자상거래를 위한 국제표준인 ebXML 은 ebBPSS(ebXML Business Process Specification Schema)와 CPA(Collaboration Protocol Profile)에 기반하여 거래 당사자들이 협업 형태의 업무 처리 절차에 따라 문서 및 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 해 준다. 거래 당사자들의 내부 업무처리 시스템에 연동되어 B2B 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 해주는 시스템을 BSI(Business Service Interface)라 하며, 이는 트랜잭션 관리, 업무 프로세스의 코레오그래피(Choreography), 문서 관리, 보안 관리 등 협업과 관련된 대부분의 역할을 수행하게 된다. 기업간 협업에 있어 가장 중요한 사항 중 하나는 어떤 상황에서도 양쪽의 협업상태 정보는 일관성을 유지해야 한다는 것이다. 이는 거래의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 필수사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 프로토콜에 따라 거래행위시 협업상태 정보가 양측 거래파트너에서 각기 다르게 나타날 수 있는 상황을 살펴 보고 이에 따른 BSI 시스템의 대처방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

유아교육기관 설비구성에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식과 적절성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 유아교육기관 설비구성에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식과 설비구성 실제인 적절성 간 차이를 분석하여, 교사의 교수와 유아의 학습을 지원하는 유아교육기관 환경개선을 위한 기본 자료로 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 G시 유아교사 554명을 대상으로 설문 분석한 결과, 설비 구성에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식과 실제 갖추고 있는 설비의 적절성 사이에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 유아교육기관 유형에 따라서도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교사들이 중요하다고 생각하는 설비를 실제 환경에서 충분히 구성하지 못하고 있으며, 기관에 따라 일부 설비에 대해 교사가 인식하는 중요도와 적절성이 다름을 보여주는 결과이다. 앞으로 유아교육현장의 필요성을 고려한 유아교육기관 환경개선이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the early childhood teachers’ perceptions on facilities of early child institutions and to assess the actual facilities condition. Through this investigation this study aims to enhance the understanding of facilities of early child institutions and to identify basic data needed to improve the educational environment of young children and teachers. In this study, 554 early childhood teachers in G city were surveyed on the importance and propriety of facility in order to understand teachers’ perceptions and the actual condition of basic facilities. The results of this study revealed that there are differences in the teacher’s perception and in the types of early child institutions on the importance and the actual facilities. Child education institution improvement considering the need in the actual field should be continued.

보조교사 지원의 순기능과 역기능에 대한 영아반 교사의 인식

본 연구의 목적은 보조교사 지원의 순기능과 역기능에 대한 영아반 교사들의 인식을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 어린이집 영아반 교사 353명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 20대 영아반 교사들은 30대와 40대 이상 교사들에 비해 순기능을 높게 인식하였다. 둘째, 보조교사 지원 역기능을 살펴본 결과, 국공립과 민간어린이집 교사들은 가정어린이집이나 직장어린이집 교사들에 비해 보조교사의 역기능을 높게 인식하였으며, 보조교사 역할수행과 처우 형평성에 대해 불합리하다고 인식하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 고려하여, 영아반 보조교사 지원에 대한 필요성과 문제점을 파악하고, 향후 보육교사 지원정책방향을 수립할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the infant teachers' awareness of positive and negative effects of assistant teacher support. For this purpose, we surveyed 353 infant teachers from daycare centers. The findings of this study are as follows. First, most of the infant teachers needed assistant teachers to get help flexibly. Second, as for positive effects, teachers in their 20s, those with less than 3 years of experience, and those working at private childcare centers needed assistant teachers the most. Third, private childcare center teachers were aware of the unfair treament the assistant teachers experienced. It is necessary to identify the necessity and problems for the assistant teachers’ support and to establish the direction of the policy to support the future childcare teachers.
