      • 관찰 자극의 친숙도에 따른 뇌졸중 환자의 뮤리듬 변화

        Purpose : The aims of this study was to identify changes mu rhythm according to familiarity with a stimulus in people with stroke. Methods : Seventeen right-handed participants were asked to observe 2 different stimulus; a non-familiarity stimulus condition (NFSC), and a familiarity stimulus condition (FSC). Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals from electrodes on the participant's scalp were recorded during action observation. The activation of the mirror neuron system was compaired between FSC and NFSC by a paired t-test. An independent t-test was used to compare the difference between right and left hemispheres for the activation of the mirror neuron system during action observation of performing a task with the right hand. Results : The result of paired t-test showed no significantly difference between NFSC and FSC in the activation of the mirror neuron system. The Result of independent t-test also showed no significantly difference in the activation of mirror neuron system between the right and left hemispheres. Conclusion : The familiarity with a stimulus had no signigicant effect on the activation of the mirror neuron system according to the familiarity and in either the right or left hemispheres in people with chronic stroke.

        The effect of the mechanical properties of sewing threads on the seam pucker of wool fabric has been studied. The results of the theoretical and experimental study of the structural jamming showed that the effect of structural jamming on the seam pucker is minimal. Among the mechanical properties of sewing thread, the initial modulus and the residual strain after 7th cycle of extension/relaxation had significant effect on the seam pucker. High sewing thread tension resulted in severe seam pucker after sewing.

        ICF Tool을 적용한 뇌졸중 환자의 바닥에 앉고 일어서기에 대한 중재전략의 증례

        The process of physical therapy uses a problem-solving approach to enhance a patients's functioning status. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health(ICF) is the common concept for the functioning in the world. Physical therapists require the ability to identify problems, formulate hypothesis, and plan intervention strategies through clinical reasoning. In the clinical process, physical therapists need to use standard and common languages in speech and in documentation. The purpose of this study was to suggest the process of making strategy for efficient intervention, examining and evaluating the functional problem of the person with stroke using ICF tools. For the first step in this process model, therapists could list the information relating to functional problems used by the ICF Core set and then could identify the interaction among the problems using the ICF assessment sheet. For the next step, therapist is needed to make the hypothesis and hypothesis testing, and then set a primary functional goals and therapeutic goals in detail after prioritizing the problems to be managed based on the problem list. Finally, after setting the identified problems as the purpose of intervention through the hypothesis testing, therapist could do some intervention after making a plan to solve these problems, and find out the outcomes using the ICF evaluation display. This report illustrates how to apply the process based on ICF concept into physical therapy practice. Making a decision for the most efficient intervention requires that therapists use the clinical reasoning process based on ICF concept.

        This paper deals with the characteristic analysis & optimum design of Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor(PMASynRM) for Premium Efficiency Performance. The focus of this paper is characteristic analysis of d and q-axis inductances and torque according to magnetizing quantity of interior permanent magnet for PMASynRM. The d and q-axis current component ratios, load angles of a PMASynRM are investigated quantitatively on the basis of the proposed analysis method and the experimental test. Comparisons are given with output characteristic curves of normal SynRM and those according to the load in PMASynRM, respectively. And optimum design of PMASynRM is performed by Response Surface Methodology(RSM).

        동작관찰 시 뇌졸중 환자의 뮤리듬 변화

        Purpose:The aims of this study was to identify the activation of the mirror neuron system during action observation in people with stroke and the difference between left hemisphere and right hemisphere and to provide possibility of the use of action observation as a clinical method for improving motor function after stroke. Methods:Seventeen participants were asked to observe 3 different stimulation conditions for 80 seconds. A 30 second rest period was given between stimulations. Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals from electrodes on the participant`s scalp were recorded during action observation. The activation of the mirror neuron system (MNS) between the picture observation condition and action observation condition was compared with a paired t-test. An independent t-test was used to compare difference between C3 and C4 on the activation of the mirror neuron system in the action observation condition. Results:Result of paired t-test showed a significantly decreased log ratio in the activation of the mirror neuron system in the action observation condition compared to the picture observation condition. Result of the independent t-test indicated no significant differences in the activation of the mirror neuron system in the right and left hemisphere. Conclusion:The mirror neuron system showed greater activation in the action observation condition than in the picture observation condition and activation in the both hemisphere during action observation. We conclude that these findings suggest that this may possibly be an efficient clinical intervention method for improving motor function.

        This paper deal with the efficiency evaluations in a Synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM) Vs. PMASynRM using a coupled transient finite element methed(FEM) and preisach modeling, which is presented to analyze the characteristics under the effect of saturation and hysteresis loss. The focus of this paper is the efficiency evaluation relative to hysteresis loss, copper loss, etc. on the basis of load condition in a SynRM and PMASynRM. Computer simulation and experimental result for the efficiency using dynamometer shoe the propriety of the proposed method.

        냉초 Veronica sibirica의 생약학적 연구

        Veronica속 식물은 우리나라에 22종 11변종이 자생하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 그중 냉초 Vsibirica L. 및 틸냉초 V. sibirica L. var. latifolia Nakai의 뿌리를 약용하며, 이들의 어린 잎을 나물등으로 식용하고 있다. 냉초류는 한약 또는 민간약 등으로 쓰여지고 있음에도 불구하고 아직껏 이에 대한 보고가 별로 없다. 따라서 연자등은 우선 냉초의 기원 구명을 하고자 본 실험에 착수하였다. 재료를 7∼8월에 경기도 포천 근방에서 채집하여 그 잎, 뿌리, 줄기등의 절편을 만들어 형태학적으론 상호 비교하였고 생약적으로 고찰하였다. 그 결과 냉초와 털 냉초는 형태학적으론 털의 다과 만이 인정될 뿐 차이가 없는 것으로 인정 되었다.

        영상처리에 의한 차량속도 계측 시스템 구현

        산업, 의용, 교통, 사회의 각 분야에서 응용되고 있는 산업용 텔레비전(Industrial Television : ITV)을 사용하여 동영상의 실시간 자동처리 방법에 의한 고속도로 및 일반도로상의 교통류 및 차량의 속도를 계측하는 시스템과 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 영상 계측 시스템에서는 ITV에 의한 실시간 처리를 가능하게 하기 위하여, 화면의 전화소를 처리하는 대신에 화면상에 미리 설정한 비교적 소수의 샘플점의 휘도 정보만을 취급하는 프레임 그레버를 사용하고, 그 시스템으로 각종 동영상의 처리 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 통과 차량의 대수의 계측은 시간적인 정보를 활용하는 것으로, 차량의 대략적인 윤곽을 그린 다음 그 윤곽의 선두 부분을 인식하는 기법에 의해서 1레인뿐만 아니라 많은 레인에 걸친 통과 차량을 계측할 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있다. 실제로, ITV 영상을 이용하여 고속도로 및 일반도로상에서 도로의 횡단 방향에 하나의 샘플열을 설치하고, 계측 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 이 기법을 이용하여, 통과차량에 대하여 일정거리를 둔 2개의 샘플점 열을 설치하구 윤곽처리를 한 다음, 그 윤곽의 프레임수와 거리를 이용하여 차량의 속도를 계측하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. These studies developed system as well as its algorithm which can measure traffic flow and vehicle speed on the highway as well as road by using industrial television(ITV) system. This algorithm used the real time processing of dynamic images. The processing algorithm of dynamic images is developed and proved its validity by frame grabber. Frame grabber can process the information of a small number of sample points only instead of the whole pixel of the images. In the techniques of this algorithm, we made approximate contour of vehicle by allocating sampling points in cross-direction of image, and recognized top of contour of vehicle. Applying these technique, we measured the number of passing vehicles of one lane as well as multilane. Speed of each vehicle is measured by computing the time difference between a pair of sample points on two sample Points lines.

        Purpose: This study aims to identify changes in the mirror neuron system in normal people through mu rhythm during action observation of occupation-based intervention, purposeful activity and prepare a method of intervention form of occupation using occupation and activity. Methods: TThis study aims to identify changes in the mirror neuron system in normal people through mu rhythm during action observation of occupation-based intervention, purposeful activity and prepare a method of intervention form of occupation using occupation and activity. The activation of the mirror neuron system was compaired among 3 condition by oneway ANOVA. Results: The result of analysis showed mu suppression in all conditions. Although all conditions showed mu suppression, there was no significant difference among the conditions. Conclusion: The results suggest that the mirror neuron system is activated during action observation to be able to occupational therapy but the mirror neuron system is not separately activated among the conditions.
