최소평균 사제곱 (LMF) 및 최소평균 제곱과 사제곱을 혼합한 형태 (LMSF)의 블라인드 등화 알고리즘에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 Bussgang 계열의 복소수형 LMF-Sato 및 LMSF-Sato 블라인드 등화 알고리즘을 유도한 후, 이들 알고리즘에 대한 수렴속도, 정상상태에서의 수렴특성 및 안정성을 기종의 LMS-Sato 및 LMSF-Sato 알고리즘이 LMS-Sato 알고리즘에 비해 더 나은 수렴 특성을 보여 주었다. 그러나 계수벡터의 초기 추정오차가 큰 경우 LMF-Sato 알고리즘에 비해 더 나은 수렴 특성을 보여 주었다. 그러나 계수벡터의 초기 추저오차가 큰 경우 LMF-Sato 알고리즘은 안정성이 떨어지는 특성을 보여준 반면, LMSF-Sato 알고리즘은 좋은 수렴 특성과 견실성을 고루 갖추고 있음을 보여 주었다. In this study, wer derived LMF-Sato, LMSF-Sato complex blind equalization algorithms for complex data. And then, the convergence rates, the convergence characteristics at the steady state and the stability of the proposed LMF and LMSF blind equalization algorithms are compared with those of LMS-Sato blind equalization algorithm. In simulations with 16-QAM data, LMF-Sato and LMSF-Sato algorithms showed better performance comparing with LMS-Sato algorithm generally. When the initial estimation errors of the weights of the equalizer are large, LMF-Sato algorithm showed ill characteristic in stability. However, LMSF-Sato algorithm has good covergence characteristics and preserves robustness.

In the case of Korea small and medium enterprises (KSME), collaboration is strongly required to survive in times of turbulence. The financial performance of KSME is worse than that of large corporations. Lower quality of human resources, productivity and degree of use of IT system prove that KSME are less competitive than large corporations. To break through this negative situation, KSME needs to strengthen their core competencesby increasing the degree of collaboration with other firms who can supplement their weakness and make synergy. This study aims at revealing the appropriate mode of collaboration and deriving the functional structure and conceptual architecture of online collaboration platform by reflecting the needs of KSME based on empirical analysis. We survey of 58 KSME and then interviewed with 13 senior managers and get implications for online collaboration platform that overcome the barriers to collaboration and fit the needs of potential users. Finally, we draw the detailed functions and conceptual architecture of online collaboration platform.
조종 반력 시스템에서의 액츄에이터 제어 파라미터 조정에 관한 연구

In this study, a systematic and effective tuning method of the actuator control parameters of the control loading system for aircraft based on control theory is presented. Firstly, to raise the time response of the system, the proportional gain and the integral gain of the velocity control loop is maximized within the range where vibration and noise does not occur. And then the position control loop is composed by getting the transfer function of the control loading system including the velocity control loop. With the root locus of the composed position control loop, the proportional gain of the position control loop that keeps stable transient state and leads good time response of the system is predicted, and the simulations are performed by using the predicted gain. Lastly, the actuator control parameters of actual control loading system are set to the previously obtained gain values. And the experiments to actuate the control loading system are executed. It shows that the tuning method of the actuator control parameter proposed in this study is applied to actual control loading system very well by comparing the results of the experiments with those of the simulations.

본 연구는 충청남도 중·고등학교 있는 특수학급의 전환교육운영 실태와 특수학급 전환교육 실행을 위한 지원(여건)실태, 특수학급 전환교육 실행을 위한 개선방향을 알아보고자 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 설문지는 세 가지 하위영역(실태, 지원여건, 개선방향)에서 총 35문항으로 구성되었다. 충남 중·고등학교에 특수학급에 있는 전체 91개교에 재직 중인 특수교사를 대상으로 하였으며 45명의 특수교사가 최종분석대상이 되었다. 연구결과는 중등특수학급교사가 전환교육이 초등학교부터 시작되어야 한다고 인식하고 있고, 학생중심의 전환교육을 계획하고, 비형식적 전환평가방법을 주로 사용하고 있으며, 전환교육내용에 있어서 의사소통과 학업수행, 대인관계, 상호의존적 일상생활을 주로 우선 지도하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특수교사들이 진로·직업교육이 중요하다고 인식하고 있었지만 특수학급에서는 거의 실행되지 않고 있었다. 또한 전환교육을 위한 학교, 가정, 지역사회, 교육청의 지원이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 특수학급에 적절한 직업교육모형과 직업교육 담당 특수교사의 역할에 대한 의견을 나타냈다. 연구결과에 대한 논의와 추후연구에 대한 제안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual state of transition education of secondary special education classes and improvement this system in Chungnam province. A survey was conducted by forty-five teachers working for secondary special education classes in Chungnam province. The questionnaire consisted of thirty-five items which belonged to one of three domains of transition education such as demographic background, transition perception and practice, supports(condition) for transition practice, and improvement for transition education . Findings were analysed using frequency analysis and mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows. First, the special education teachers recognized that transition educations should be started from elementary school level. Individualized Transition Plan is planned by student need and preferences, informal transition assessment is usually used, and teachers generally teach communication, academic performance, interpersonal relationships, interdependent daily living. Teachers perceived transition education is important, but its practice was very low. Second, most of the teachers felt that there were not sufficient supports(or condition) from school, home, community, and education office to improve this situation. Last, for a vocational education model which is fit for special classes, teachers prefer a model that special teachers teach vocational readiness, vocational life, and the duties such as vocational skills, employment committed to the relative organizations. For practice of vocational education, first of all, vocational training facilities(in or out of school) should be built.
