        논문 : 총체적 완결체에서 카오스적 군집체로의 이행 전략

        정합적 완결체로서의 시스템은 다수의 항들을 이성의 질서에 따라 유기적으로 배치·종속시키는 종합-기계(machine synthetisante)에 의해 가동된다. 이러한 유기적 질서에 반하여 종합-기계의 중심축인 시스템의 메커니즘-수렴과 분류, 위계화와 배제작용 등-을 분쇄시키고자 우리는 들뢰즈와 가타리의 ‘기관없는 신체(Corps sans Organes)’개념을 도입하고자 한다. 전체-시스템이라는 실체개념을 와해시키는 것을 표적한다는 점에서 이 논문에서 들뢰즈의 ‘기관없는 신체’와 지젝의 ‘신체없는 기관’은 전략적으로 연동·탈골·재배열되며 이를 통해 우리는 유기체적 질서로 환원될 수 없는, 다각적 항들 사이에 존재하는 비규정적·비한정적 카오스에 주목하고자 한다. 종합-기계를 해체시키는 전략으로 다각적 항들을 창조적이고 변칙적으로 조합하고 분해시키는 비종합적 직관(intuition de-synthetique)을 종합적 이성의 대립항에 놓고자 한다. 이러한 비종합적 직관을 통해 생성된 카오스적 군집체(agregat chaotique)는 한데 수렴되거나 이성의 사유로 종속시킬 수 없다는 점에서 부정적 무의 과잉상태와 맞닿아 있고 이로 인해 우리는 견딜 수 있음과 견딜 수 없음의 경계에서 비롯되는 도착적 쾌감-숭고와 괴물적 끔찍함의 감정 사이에서 줄타기를 하게 된다. 카오스적 군집체들의 전개양상은 뿌리(racine)와 시원(origine) 중심주의로부터 벗어난 리좀적방식으로, 이러한 분자적 다수성들은 여러 가지 마이크로 카오스모스를 여기저기에 양산해내며 수평적이며 내재적인 줄기-네트워크를 형성한다. 이것이야말로 총체적인 완결체로서의 수직적이고 초월적인 시스템을 교란시키는 가장 효과적인 전략이라 할 수 있다. The architectonic system works by the synthetisante machine which consists in subordinating several elements to the order of the reason. To explode the mechanism of the systme - synthesis, division, classification(ranking), exclusion, etc. which is the main axis of the synthetisante machine, we adopt the concept of the Body without Organs proposed by Deleuze and Guattari. To make burst the concept of substance of All- System, we connect, remodel, reorganize the Body without Organs of Deleuze and the Organ without Body of Zizek; from it we go to the chaos which always exists between several elements and which does not submit itself to the organic order of the reason. It is the intuition die-synthetic as the strategy to undo the machine synthetisante, which combines(organizes), decomposes several elements in a creative way. As the chaotic aggregate produces by this intuition die-synthetic cannot be subordinated to the order of the reason, that one gets closer to the infinite negative and it causes(provokes) us the perverse pleasure which juggles between the feeling of the sublime and the monstrous. The development of the chaotic aggregate consists of the rhizomatique way freed from the search for the root and for the origin. And the molculaire plurality produced everywhere micro-chaosmos and forms the networks-stalk which are immanent and horizontal. This is the way we propose the stratgie best to perturb the architectonic system.

      • 임상적 징후와 정규 교환에 의한 말초정맥관 교환이 정맥염과 혈류감염 발생에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of the current evidence based practice on peripheral venous catheter replacement. Methods: After ethics approval, 140 patients (480 intravenous devices) were enrolled in our survey. Data were analyzed by statistical methods such as t-test, frequency analysis, χ2 square, Fisher’s exact test, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis using SPSS 21 program. Results: First, the average number of inserted peripheral venous catheters in the experimental group was 2.7 (3.0 in the control group), the number of days of maintenance of the peripheral venous catheters was 3.0 days (1.8 in the control group), and the maximum maintenance day of the peripheral venous catheter was 8 days. Second, there were no differences in the incidence of phlebitis and bloodstream infection between the two groups. Third, the risk of phlebitis in the experimental group increased sharply from the 6th day after insertion of peripheral venous catheter. Conclusion: As a result of this study, peripheral venous catheter replacement by clinical signs is recommended, and after 6 days, side effects should be carefully observed. We propose an iterative study on the effect of clinical signs on peripheral venous catheter replacement by expanding the number of patients.

        Purpose: Anti-Embolic Stockings (AES) are a valuable means of thromboprophylaxis but it is unclear whether knee or thigh length AES are more effective. The aim of this evidence-based practice activity was to compare knee and thigh length AES after a surgical operation and to examine the effects of each stockings. Methods: RISS, KISS, KoreaMed, PubMed, Ovid and The Cochrane Library were searched to identify relevant original articles. As a result, there was no difference in the prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) between the two groups. But since there is uncertainty, we conducted a non-randomized controlled clinical trial. Data were collected from June, 2013 to September, 2013. Survey and observational data were collected on 57 patients who agreed to participate in the study. Results: There was no difference between knee versus thigh length antiembolic stocking groups in the surrogate outcomes including calf edema, Homan s sign, leg pain of numerical rating scale(NRS) 5 or more, hot flashes leg, and color change in applied site of stocking. And skin complications did not occur in both groups. Conclusion: Knee length AES should be regarded as the stockings of choice for the prevention of DVT in surgical patients. Indeed, they have similar effectiveness as thigh length AES but with better tolerability and lower cost.

        Aspergillus awamori 입국으로 제조한 Aronia 막걸리의 발효특성 및 항산화 활성

        Aronia makgeolli was manufactured using Asp. kawachi (AK) and Asp. awamori (AA) with tannase activity, and physicochemical properties were examined during the fermentation period. The pH was decreased during the fermentation period after the first day, while the acidity increased. Reducing sugars increased highly on the first day of fermentation, and then they gradually decreased as the fermentation period elapsed. On the 7th day of fermentation, it was in the range of 0.38~0.61%. The alcohol content gradually increased during the fermentation period and it ranged from 13.4~14.2 v/v% by the 7th day of fermentation, and the alcohol content of makgeolli added with Aronia was somewhat lower than that of makgeolli prepared without aronia. The L value increased as the fermentation period elapsed, and the L value of makgeolli added with aronia increased rapidly. The a value gradually decreased, while the b value gradually increased as the fermentation period elapsed. The content of total polyphenols increased during the fermentation period of AK makgeolli. However, the AA makgeolli was not significantly increased, as compared to the initial stage of fermentation, and it was lower than that of the AK makgeolli. The radical scavenging activity of the DPPH was higher in the makgeolli added with aronia, and the antioxidant activity of AA makgeolli was higher than that of AK makgeolli. In the sensory evaluation, in the AK makgeolli, the palatability deteriorated due to the bitter taste and the astringent taste derived from the aronia. However, in the AA makgeolli, astringent taste was very weak and the sensory quality was good.

        PZT/PVDF 나노섬유의 전기방사 조건 최적화

        PZT($Pb(Zr_{0.53}Ti_{0.47})O_3$)/PVDF(poly vinylidene fluoride) nanofibers were prepared based on DMF (dimethylformamide) and acetone solvent by electrospinning. The optimum concentration of a PZT and PVDF composite solution for the formation of nanofibers was found by SEM (scanning electron microscopy) observations. XRD (X-ray diffraction) measurements indicated that the characteristics of PZT and PVDF coexisted. The effects of the PZT concentration on the tensile strength were investigated.

        Currently, piezoelectric ceramics are being applied in various fields, such as ultrasonic sensors, vibration devices, sound filters, and various energy conversion devices. Flexible piezoelectric ceramics are widely studied in an effort to mitigate the disadvantages of their brittle and inductile properties. Structural damage to piezoelectric fibers is much less than that to thin films when piezoelectric fibers are twisted or bent. Therefore, stretchable devices can be fabricated if piezoelectric fibers are obtained using an elongated substrate. In this study, sintering processes of PZT ($Pb(Zr_{0.53}Ti_{0.47})O_3$) fibers prepared by electrospinning were optimized through the TGA and XRD analyses. The crystal structure and microstructure of the piezoelectric fibers were investigated by XRD, FE-SEM and TEM.

        스피커 응용을 위한 적층형 압전 세라믹 액츄에이터 제조 및 특성

        Piezoelectric thick films of soft $Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$ (PZT) based commercial material (S55) were fabricated using a conventional tape casting method. Ag-Pd electrodes were printed on the piezoelectric film at room temperature and all 5 layered films with a dimension of $12mm{\times}16mm$ were successfully laminated for a multi-layered piezoelectric ceramic actuator. The laminated specimens were co-fired at $1,100^{\circ}C$ for 1 h. A flat layered and dense microstructure was obtained for the $112{\mu}m$ thick piezoelectric actuator after sintering process. Thereafter, a prototype piezoelectric speaker was fabricated using the multi-layered piezoelectric ceramic actuator which can operate as a bimorph. Its SPL (sound pressure level) characteristic was also evaluated for speaker application. Frequency response revealed that the output SPL with a root mean square voltage of 10 V increased gradually to the highest peak of 87.5 dB for 1.5 kHz and exhibited a relatively stable behavior over the measured frequency range (${\leq}20kHz$) at a distance of 10 cm, implying that the fabricated piezoelectric speaker is potential for speaker applications.

        사다리꼴 PZT/Ag Laminate 외팔보 발전기의 압전 에너지 하베스팅 특성

        The piezoelectric energy harvesting characteristics of a trapezoidal cantilever generator with lead zirconate titanate (PZT) laminate were investigated with various Ag inner electrodes. The piezoelectric mode of operation was a transverse mode by using a planar electrode pattern. The piezoelectric cantilever generator was fabricated using trapezoidal cofired-PZT/Ag laminates by five specimens of 2, 3, 4, 7, and 13 layers of Ag. As the number of Ag electrodes increased, impedance and output voltage at resonant frequency significantly decreased, and capacitance and output current showed an increasing tendency. A maximum output power density of $7.60mW/cm^3$ was realized for the specimen with seven Ag layers in the optimal condition of acceleration (1.2 g) and resistive load ($600{\Omega}$), which corresponds to a normalized power factor of $5.28mW/g^2{\cdot}cm^3$.
