고압호스 개발을 위한 시뮬레이션 및 성능시험에 관한 연구

고층건축물 뿐만 아니라 터널화재의 경우 도로 여건 및 기타 장애물 등으로 인하여 소방차의 현장접근이 곤란하고, 화기(火氣)로 인하여 화원의 접근이 어려워진다. 이러한 이유로 외부에서 화재진압을 위해 장거리 방수가 요구되고 있으며 이를 위하여 수십 벌의 호스 전개도 필요하다. 이와 같은 화재를 진압하기 위해서는 소방펌프차에서 고압으로 송수가 요구되며 여기에 사용할 고압호스 개발도 시급한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 고압호스 개발을 위하여 호스 내피의 조도 및 직조방식의 결정을 위해 시뮬레이션을 실시하였으며, 장거리 방수 시 마찰손실에 의해 발생하는 압력강하를 계산하기 위해 수리계산을 하였다. 또한, 기준압력 미만에서 사용할 수 있도록 중계펌프의 연결 위치를 분석하였다. 분석결과 소방펌프차에서 0.7 MPa로 소화수를 공급할 경우 약 1.3 km가 넘을시 중계펌프가 필요한 것으로 계산되었다. 이와 더불어 성능검증을 위해 국내 규정에는 없는 소방호스 형식승인 및 제품검사기준의 목표 시험 기준을 작성하고 성능시험을 진행하여 파단압 시험 등 모든 기준을 만족하였다. In case of high rise building and tunnel fires, it is difficult for the fire truck to access the site due to road conditions and other barriers with the difficult access to the fire source owing to the heat of fire. This reason requires the long-distance water release for the fire fighting from the outside with the necessity for deployment of dozens of hoses accordingly. For that kind of fire fighting, the water release with high pressure in the fire fighting pump truck is required, and the development of the high pressure hose is imminent. In this thesis, simulation was done to decide the roughness and weaving types of the internal skin of the hose to develop the high pressure hose with the mathematical calculations done to compute the pressure drop occurring from the friction loss in case of the long-distance water release. Moreover, the connection position of the relay pump was analyzed for the use below the standard pressure. The computation in the analysis shows that the relay pump is needed if the fire fighting truck supplies the fire fighting water with 0.7 MPa beyond the distance of about 1.3 km. Additionally, the target test standards, which are not available in the domestic regulations, on the type approval and product inspection of a fire hose were prepared for performance verification with the performance test done to meet all the standards such as the rupture pressure test.

본 연구의 목적은 학교무용교육과 관련된 정책과 공법적 검토를 통해 학교무용의 역할과 전문적 정체성을 확립하고 향후 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 그동안 무용계는 무용 독립 교과의 개설과 무용교사제도의 도입을 제기해 왔다. 그러나 학교무용관련 정책과 공법에 대한 면밀한 검토는 이루어지지 못하였다. 특히 학교무용의 필요성은 강력히 제기하면서 학교무용의 전문적 정체성, 정책 및 제도 도입을 위한 실태 분석이나 교육과정에서의 입지 등에 대한 심도 있는 논의가 부재하였고 정책과 법제화의 구체적 방안을 제시하지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘학교교육에서 무용교육의 위치는 어디에 있는가?’라는 문제의식을 바탕으로 정책과 현행법상의 문제를 살펴봄으로써, 학교무용관련 정책 입안과정에서 발견되는 불합리성의 원인을 진단하고 향후 행보에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 개방형 설문을 통해 학교무용에 대한 다양한 견해를 수집하였으며, 이해관계자 분석(stakeholder analysis)과 다차원 척도법(multi-dimensional scaling method)을 통한 속성의 유사성, 상이성 분석을 실시하였다. 학교무용에 관한 이해관계자 분석 결과, 첫째, 학교무용의 비중이나 중요성을 확보할 수 있는 협력적 거버넌스의 연계성이 지극히 제한적이라는 인식이 전문가 집단내 유사성을 보였다. 즉 교육정책과 문화예술교육정책의 연계에 의해 현행법상 학교무용의 영역은 체육과 예술교육의 사이에서 독립된 교과를 확보하지 못한 채, 모호한 위치를 점하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 학교교육에서 무용 독립 교과의 개설과 무용교육의 방향에 대해서는 전문가 집단내 상이성을 보였다. 둘째, 학교에서 무용교육이 이루어지는데 기본적으로 보장되어야 할 법적 근거로 대한민국 헌법, 문화예술 관련 법제, 문화예술교육 지원법 등의 공법을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과, 현행법률 조항 및 시행규칙에서 새롭게 신설되거나 수정되어야할 사항들에 관한 전문가 집단내 합의적 검토의견이 도출되었다. 셋째, 최종적으로 이 연구는 문화예술교육 지원법상 문화예술교육사 제도, 초 · 중등교육법상 산학겸임교사 등의 제도, 학교체육 진흥법상 스포츠강사 제도 등 현행 법률의 활용, 무용 독립 교과의 개설을 위한 장기적인 정책 입안 도모, 학교무용의 내실화, 전문화를 위한 실천적, 학문적 노력을 학교무용의 체계를 위한 정책 및 법적 개선방안으로 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest a future directivity through consideration of relevant policies and review in accordance with public law to establish the role and professional identity of school dance education. Although the dancing world has recently raised independence of dance subject from physical education subject and introduction of dance teacher system, a close review in terms of policy and law on to what direction school dance shall settle down institutionally · educationally, and to draw a future-oriented ideal type has not been made yet. Especially, while raising the necessity of school dance, in-depth discussions on the professional identity of school dance, analysis of reality for introduction of system, specific plan and position within the curriculum has been absent, and concreteness has also been shown in the course of policy and legislation. Thus, this study aimed to obtain implications for the future by diagnosing the cause of irrationality discovered in the course of policy making for independence of current dance subject and revealing essential mechanism of school dance by examining problems of policy and current law with respect to ‘Where is dance education now in school education?’. As for data for the foregoing, this study collected opinions from various perspectives on school dance through focus group interview with expert group and open questionnaires, making an analysis on the similarity of attribute through the stakeholder analysis. As a result of examining the recognition about connectivity between dance education in school and relevant individual policies, this study found a common opinion that connectivity of cooperative governance capable of significance or importance of school education is extremely limited, and confirmed that the area of school dance is taking an ambiguous position without securing an independent subject in between physical education and art education by the connection of education policy and culture and arts education policy. In addition, this study deduced a consensual examination opinion from expert group on the relevant legislation with regard to the legal grounds that must be guaranteed basically for enabling dance education to be carried out in schools. This study made a comparative review on the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, legislation related to culture and arts and education-related legislation with the Support for Arts and Culture Education Act that has recently been reflecting the weight of dance education the most, deducing matters established anew or to be amended in the clauses and enforcement regulations of the current law. Thus, this study suggested a political and legal improvement plan for school dance system as follows. First, this study suggested utilization of current laws such as Arts & Culture Education Instructor system in the Support for Arts and Culture Education Act, industry-educational adjunct teacher system in the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, sports instructor system in the School Sports Promotion Act etc. Second, although it is a difficult tasks as of now, this study suggested preparation of policy making for independence of dance subject in the long term for optimization of dance education in school education. Third, this study suggested that now is the time to concentrate on the secure of identity and establishment of professionalism for ensuring internal stability to enable dance to play an important role in schools rather than the matter on the independence of dance subject.
