호텔관리자의 성과평가시스템 이용이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the way of using performance measurement system(PMS) on the service quality. The way of using PMS was divided into diagnostic and interactive purposes of PMS. Also, the service quality was divided into process and outcome service quality. 292 data were analyzed by statistic package, AMOS version 18.0 for the purpose of this study. Interactive purpose of PMS is likely to influence on the both service qualities, process and outcome quality. Diagnostic purpose of PMS is likely to influence only the outcome service quality. PMS should be carefully monitored by the hotel manager who want to improve service quality to stimulate the PMS. At same time, if the hotel manager want improve process service quality, it is recommended that he/she should consider the interactive not diagnostic purpose of PMS.

호텔식음부서에서 관리자의 정보통제가 종사원의 역할지각과 서비스수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

본 연구는 호텔식음부서 일선관리자가 일선종사원에게 관리통제를 함에 있어서 정보통제가 역할지각과 서비스수행에 미치는 영향을 검증했다. 일선관리자의 정보통제는 성과정보통제, 역량정보통제, 활동정보통제의 하위 차원을 지니고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2개의 가설을 설정하였다. 가설1은 3개의 하위가설로 구성되었다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울시 내에 특1급 호텔의 식음사업부에 종사하는 일선종사원 200명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2017년 4월 11일부터 4월 18일까지 8일간 실시하였으며, 설문지는 200부 중 부적합한 설문지 24부를 제외한 176부를 분석에 사용하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS ver. 20.0과 AMOS ver. 19.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 요인분석과 구조방정식을 통해 가설검증을 하였다. 연구의 결과 정보통제 중에서 성과정보통제만이 역할지각에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 역량정보통제와 활동정보통제는 통계적으로 유의미하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 일선종사원의 역할지각은 서비스수행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과로 볼 때 일선종사원은 관리정보통제 중에서 성과정보통제 만이 역할지각에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 성과를 달성하기 위한 일선관리자의 정보통제행위는 일선종사원의 수행해야 할 역할지각에 영향을 주고 서비스수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of frontline manager`s information control in management control on the employee`s role perception and service performance. The frontline manager`s information control of management includes performance information control, capacity information control, and activity information controls. It was hypothesized that the perception of employees on the information control of management has positive impact on role perception and also the role perception of employees has positive impact on the service performance. For the purpose of this study, the survey analyzed 200 employees working in food and beverage division of luxury hotel in Seoul. The survey was conducted from April 11, 2017 to April 18, 2017, for 8 days. The questionnaire was used for 176 out of 200 questionnaire except 24 questionnaire. Total 176 data were collected for the study and SPSS ver. 20.0 and AMOS ver. 19.0 were used for statistical analysis. The performance information control among information control has positive impact on the role perception. Also, role perception of employees has positive impact on the service performance. As a result of this study, only the performance information control affects the role perception among the management information control of frontline employees` role perception, and the role perception affects positively to service performance.

호텔종사원의 직무스트레스 회복경험 구성요인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔종사원의 직무스트레스 회복경험의 구성요인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 직무스트레스 회복경험은 심리적 분리, 휴식, 자기성취경험, 여가시간의 통제로 구성되어 있으며, 이들이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 선행연구에 대한 이론적 연구를 하였다. 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 연구모델과 연구가설을 도출하였다. 다음으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 호텔종사원을 대상으로 300부의 설문을 배포하였으며, 배포된 설문 중 분석에 적합한 292부만을 사용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 통계분석은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 통계분석를 위하여 SPSS ver. 19.0프로그램을 사용하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 휴식, 자기성취경험, 여가에서의 통제는 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 분리가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 직무스트레스 회복경험의 차원 중에 휴식, 자기성취 경험, 여가에서의 통제는 혁신행동에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 나타난 것은 선행연구를 지지하는 반면, 심리적 분리가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향이 유의하지 못하게 나타난 점은 선행연구와 차이점으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 통해 학문적, 실무적인 시사점을 제시하였다. This study attempts to investigate the impacts of Job-stress recovery experience affect upon innovation behavior. Job-stress recovery experiences are consist of psychological detachment, relaxation, mastery experiences, control of leisure time. And this article investigate the impacts of 4 factors affect upon innovation behavior. In order to achieve the research objectives, first of all literature review was carried. Based on the literature review, proposed model and 4 hypotheses are derived. Next empirical research and analysis was conducted. In total, 300 questionnaires were distributed to hotel employees and 292 valid and complete questionnaires were collected for empirical data analysis. The statistic data was analyzed by frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS ver. 19.0 program. The result of empirical analysis is summarized as follow; First, relaxation, mastery experiences, control of leisure time showed positive relation to innovation behavior. Second, psychological detachment was not supported. Based on the findings from this empirical study, theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

메가 이벤트가 도시브랜드에 미치는 영향 -2011대구세계육상선수권대회를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of mega-event on the destination brand. For this study purpose, two selected variables were used. First variable was economic impact of the mega-event as positive impact and second variable was social impact as negative. Also, destination brand was used as dependent variable. Total 320 questionnaires were distributed and 302 were collected. Eventually 292 questionnaires were used as viable data. Confirmative factor analysis and structural equation model were used to analyse the data. SPSS and AMOS were used as statistical method. The positive economic impact of mega-event has positive impact on resident and investment images among destination brand image. Negative social impact has negative impact of resident and tourist images among destination brand. The mega-event may improve the image of destination as resident and investment in terms of economic side and damage the image of destination as resident and tourist attraction.

호텔회계정보시스템의 품질이 이용자만족에 미치는 영향

The environment encompassing hotel industry has been changed drastically in terms of economic, market share, technical, and so on forth. The information system of hotel accounting provide a wide range of benefits to the users of the system including decision making and supporting operation. This study was design to investigate the relationship the quality of hotel accounting information system and the users satisfaction as well as the mediating effect of users attitude toward the system. Questionnaires were prepared and distributed to the employees in hotel industry. Total 306 cases were collected and analyzed to accomplish the study purpose. The result of analysis revealed that the all hotel accounting information system quality including system, information, and service quality influences the satisfaction of system users. The mediating effects of users attitude were proved as effective between the hotel accounting information system quality and users` satisfaction. From a managerial point of view, results also showed that users` attitude mediate users` satisfaction. Based on these results, author suggested users` attitude education. Lastly, applications and related limitations are discussed.

연구논문 : 조직공정성에 대한 불공정성 지각이 호텔접점종사원의 비과업행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine the impact of the perception of unfairness about organizational justice on the non-task behaviors of hotel employees. The perception of unfairness about organizational justice might be subclassified to distributive, procedural, and interactional justices. Non-task behaviors of hotel employees was estimated by counterproductive work behavior. To fulfill the purpose of the study, survey method was conducted. Total 300 questionnaires were distributed for those who had worked for hotels in Daegu and Kyongju area. Total 283 were collected and 260 valid data were used for analyses. SPSS ver. 20.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used for the statistical purpose. For testifying the hypotheses proposed in this study, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used as well as structural equational model. The results of analyses are that among the perception of unfairness about the organizational justice, only distributive and procedural justices has negative impact on the counterproductive work behavior of hotel employees.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of hotel manager`s management value system on choosing level of Management Accounting System Innovation. Total 233 data were collected and analysed for this study. The model of this study was designed by corporate mission and value execution, profit oriented values, personnel management and fair compensation, employees` loyalty, and reward as independent variables which would be expected to effect on choosing innovative Management Accounting System. The results of the analyses are all independent variables are statistically significant on effect of choosing level of innovative Management Accounting System. The most effective variable on the choosing level of innovative management accounting system is corporate mission and value execution and followed by hotel profit oriented values, personnel management, fair compensation and employees` loyalty.

무역박람회산업에서 증강현실 기술의 동향과 활용에 관한 탐색적 연구

The purpose of this study was to explore the trend and application of Augmented reality in the trade fare industry. The types of trade fare started from simple product exhibition and had developed through sample, general, trade, and professional exhibition. The virtual exhibition has been focused as the new type of exhibition. It is generally agreed that the virtual exhibition would be introduced to the trade fare and a cutting edge type of exhibition in the future. So, it would be meaningful to explore the recent trend of augmented reality technology and how to apply the technology to the trade fare. Documentary method was used for the study. The augment reality is generalized by introducing smart phone and widely used in trade fare field. It is recommended that the virtual exhibition would be specified as four steps. Also, it is suggested that the effectiveness and efficiency in fulfilling the purposes of the trade fare would be increased for the host, exhibitor, and host city of trade fare by using augmented reality.
