This paper deals with both stability and mass reduction of the MGV (Manual Guided Vehicle) system, wherein the product can be automatically transferred to a specified position to dock or unload precisely. In analyzing this dynamically complicated behavior as the first step of concept design, commercial packages rather than the conventional analysis method were extensively employed to evaluate constituent volumes and their inertias and combine them to meet its mission properly by using appropriate kinematic joints. Here, three physical quantities such as displacement, tilting angle and reactive force are defined to present the effects due to mass reduction and variations of the distance of moving parts in order that the necessary condition on the system tilting-over can be identified prior to a detailed design. This analysis costs less in terms of time by suggesting the visual region accounted for stabilities and determinations of mass reductions of moving parts under consideration
