        IPS Empress $2^(R)$를 이용한 전부도재관의 변연적합성과 파절강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to measure the marginal fidelities and the fracture strength of IPS Empress $2^{(R)}\;and\;In-Ceram^{(R)}$ ceramic crowns. After constructed of 12 experimental dies for each group, ceramic crowns were fabricated on the metal master dies prepared on the maxillary right premolar Marginal gaps were measured on the specimen between the margin of each crown and finish-ing line of the metal master die by using stereo-microscope($SZ-ST^{(R)}$ Olympus, Japan) and all specimens were cemented on the metal master die with Bistite $II^{(R)}$ (Tokuyama soda Co, LTD., Japan) resin cement. Finally marginal gaps were measured again. To measure of the fracture strength, buccal incline on the functional cusp of specimens were loaded until the catastrophic failure occurred by using the AGS-1000 $D^{(R)}$(Shimadzu, Japan). The result of marginal fidelities and fracture strength were statistically analyzed with the SPSS version 8.0 programs. The results of this study were as follows : 1. No significant difference was found in the mean marginal fidelities and fracture strength between the IPS Empress $2^{(R)}\;and\;In-Ceram^{(R)}$. 2. In comparison of marginal fidelities between before and after cementation, there was significant difference(P<0.05). The IPS Empress 2 system was shown in this study that had good marginal fidelities and fracture strength compared to In-Ceram ceramics. Although this system was acceptable to clinical applications, the system still has to be considered long-term researches about marginal fidelities and fracture strength due to the lack of data about the clinical researches.

        문학교육 내용의 선정 및 구성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze a national-level curriculum and to consider a direction to construct of contents. In order to achieve this, overall features of the 2007 Revised Korean curriculum are examined and analyzed by comparing with contents of the 7th curriculum and the 2007 Revised Korean curriculum, and accompanying drawbacks are pointed out in chapter 2. In chapter 3, and In chapter4, based on the discussions in the chapter 2 and 3. In particular, objective, characteristics, and contents of education are studied first and contents of each are reorganized into a table also elements of contents in each grade are compared and reviewed. Mainly study tries to examine problems with literature realm of the 2007 Revised Korean curriculum of Korea focusing on features, objective, content structure, and content elements each grade, and to discuss improvements. To summarize the contents, what knowledge and activity will be selected and in what method it must be instructed must be clarified in order to achieve objectives of courses. Moreover, study contents and method should be suggested in details and each field should arrange content elements harmoniously so that stimulate motivation for studying and obtain good results. A curriculum of Korean education department must be reconstructed to create literary culture and to increase creative thinking skills. Developing interactive communication skill that shares meaning and exchanges thoughts is the right direction of Korean education. If the objective is to creating literary culture and development of creative thinking skills as the educational purpose of Korean department in center of this change, then ‘literature’ realm should not be arranged in parallel with other realms as now. A literature education must be the foundation and center of Korean education regardless of how subordinate elements of Korean education is divided. Efforts to select meaningful factors and to reconstitute them from system of using Korean are needed in order for literature realm to settle in Korean activities. An education course is not just a simple curriculum. But an important task to be urgently solved for development of education, and as it is in the center of all discussions surrounding education, a study on education courses must be an object of continuous interest in relation to a general theorization process.

        간호사의 감정노동 개념분석

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the clear concept of nurses` emotional labor. Methods: The research was conducted using Walker & Avant`s conceptual analysis process. Results: Nurses` emotional labor is defined as the empathy by expressing, the patient-centered emotion control, and the role conflict as nurse. Antecedents were found to be bracketing, capacity of emotional exchange, work ethic, expert knowledge. Consequences were found to be emotional dissonance. Conclusion: Nurses` emotional labor as defined by the results of this study will contribute to the nurse`s work environment. The results of this study accurately define the vague concept of nurses` emotional labor and help to manage emotional labor. Further research needs to develop nurses` emotional labor measurements.
