        Codex 기준 유기농업 허용물질의 특성

        Organic agriculture is holistic production management systems which promote and enhance agro ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. The Codex guidelines have been prepared for the purpose of providing an agreed approach for the requirements which underpin production of the labelling and claims for, organically produced foods. These guidelines set out the principles of organic production at farm, preparation, storage, transport, labelling and marketing stages, and provides an indication of accepted permitted inputs for soil fertilizing and conditioning, plant pest and disease control and, food additives and processing aids. Any substances used in an organic farming system for soil fertilization and conditioning, pest and disease control should comply with the relevant national regulations. The permitted substances for organic agriculture according to Environmental friendly Agriculture Promotion Act in Korea are 43 substances for use in soil fertilizing and conditioning and 42 substances for plant pest and disease control.

        유기농재배 곤달비 지상부 및 뿌리썩음병 보고

        In 2010 to 2011, "Gondalbi" (Ligularia stenocephala) leaves and roots with abnormal characteristics, such as leaf spot and blight, necrosis, powdery mildew, chlorosis, and root rot symptoms were collected in field of Yanggu, Gangwon Province. Similar symptoms have been reported by local farmers since 2008, and they required the identity of those associated pathogens to build up environment-friendly control strategies. Symptoms were primarily divided to black spotted leaf blight, anthracnose, brown leaf spot, leaf blight, powdery mildew, vein necrosis, chlorosis, and root rot based on their typical characteristics, which are the most frequent lesions produced in leaves and roots. In the field, the productions of black spotted leaf blight, anthracnose, brown leaf spot, and leaf blight diseases were highest with daily mean diurnal temperature regimes from 10 to 20℃ and >60% relative humidity; root rot and chlorosis severities was highest in the range of 5 to 10℃, whereas >20℃ of diurnal temperature at the late of harvesting season appeared to be related to vein necrosis and powdery mildew. Twelve fungal stains were isolated from disease samples using potato dextrose agar (PDA) supplemented with kanamycin. Phylogenetic analysis on the basis of partial sequences of the 18S rDNA and ITS region of twelve isolates and reference fungi available in the GenBank, the isolates from black spotted leaf blight, anthracnose, brown leaf spot, and root rot diseases were similarly clustered into Phoma glomerata, Colletotrichum spp., Alternaria brassicae, and Rhizoctonia spp., respectively. To our knowledge, this is the first documented report of the presence of several fungal pathogens and these occurrences increase a significant economic impact to "Gondalbi" at Yanggu country.

        유기농자재 처리가 토양 환경에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 유기농자재 중 생산과정 및 성분을 고려하여 유기농자재를 선발하고 유기농과 관행농이 각기 토양환경에 미치는 영향평가를 실시하는데 목적을 두어 무처리와 관행 외 유기농 자재인 패화석(굴), 석회보르도액, 미생물제제, 가축분 퇴비를 선발하여, 2011년 5월 23일부터 9월12일까지 약120일간 포장시험을 통해 토양환경 영향평가를 실시하였다. 토양 이화학성 분석 결과 선발된 유기농자재 처리시토양 일부 유기농자재 처리에 따른 pH와 인산함량이 약간 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 패화성(굴) 시용의 경우Ca2+ 함량이 무처리구에 비해 약 2배 정도 증가하였는데 이는 토양의 pH를 상승시켜 결과적으로 토양의 CEC를 상승시키는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 패화석(굴)의 경우 토양검정에 의거 토양의 pH와 Ca2+ 함량의 정확한 분석 이후 처리량을 설정하여 시비하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단되며, 그 외 선발 처리제는 토양 이화학성 변화가 미미했다. 석회보르도액의 경우 토양 및 작물 Cu 함량이 처리전에 비해 크게 증가한 것으로 조사되었는데 이는 석회보 르도액 성분인 황산동에 의한 영향으로 판단되며, 적정시비로 처리한 결과 토양 및 작물 Cu 함량을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 석회보르도액의 사용에 따라 토양 및 작물 Cu 함량이 높아졌으나, 우려기준보다 적은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지속적인 사용시 Cu 함량의 축적을 유발 하여 토양과 작물에 악영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 토양 Cu 함량을 고려한 시비를 수행해야 될 것으로 판단된다. Recently, many organic farming materials have been registered for crop growth and/or soil improvement in Korea. However, few researches on their effect on soil environments were studied. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effects on crops and soil environments by application of various organic farming materials. This study was conducted from 23th May 2011 to 12th september 2011(about 120days) in the experimental farm, Kangwon National University. The treatments were control, conventional(compost + chemical fertilizer), oyster shells, lime-bordeaux liquid, microbial substance, livestock compost. Pepper was selected as crop for this study. In the case of application of an oyster shell, contents of Ca2+ increased twice in comparison with control, resulting in an increase in soil pH and cation exchange capacity. Application of lime-bordeaux liquid increased contents of Cu in soil and plants. If this material is used for consecutive years, Cu could be accumulated in soil, which can cause plant damage. Application of livestock manure application significantly increased aggregate contents significantly.

        양구곤달비재배 하우스내의 곤충상 보고

        Insect diversities in plastic greenhouse of Ligularia stenocephala in Yanggu were studied in 2010 and 2011. Forty-four species in 11 orders were collected in organic L. stenocephala field. Among them, it was estimated that twenty-five species are potential pests of L. stenocephala. Key words: Insect diversities, Ligularia stenocephala, Yanggu.
