        임상실습을 경험한 물리치료 전공 학생의 전문직업성 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find the perceived level of professionalism of physical therapy student who experienced clinical practice. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: The subjects of the study were conducted for 3 months from March to June, 2017, and randomly selected physical therapy student who experienced clinical practice in Chungnam-Do. The 138 students in cross-sectional survey were done via Korean of Professionalism In Physical Therapy: Core Values (PPTCV). The questionnaire data analyzed by SPSS 19.0 version. Results: The mean scores of PPTCV were accountability 41.34±0.83, altruism: 19.67+0.90, compassion/caring 43.82±0.81, excellence 45.57±0.80, integrity 43.69±6.16, professional duty 28.67±4.70, and social responsibility 45.84±7.64. Conclusion: Physical therapy students who experienced clinical practice had overall high scores.

        조기발견을 통한 보존적 치료가 척추 측만증에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe the effects of conservative treatment intervention for individual with scoliosis. Methods: Studies were selected through a search of computerized databases of the literature (KERIS, 2000-2010) using "early detection", "conservative treatment", "exercise", "physical therapy", "manipulation", "chiropractic", "therapy", "taping" and "orthosis" as keywords. Selected articles were classified by research design and statistical methods. Results: Application of the search strategy to the KERIS databases resulted in 132 articles. Based on titles and abstracts, 17 studies were selected, excluding articles of overlapping study, surgery, pharmacologic therapy and no correcting aim under conservative treatment. Among the 17 selected studies, the majorityof study design consisted of one group pretest-posttest design and additionally most of these studies were paired (or independent) t-test. The most frequently used intervention was exercise therapy. Conclusion: All articles showed that interventions were effective. Thus, early detection of scoliosis may be connected participation of early conservative treatment. It is important to reduce prevalence of scoliosis in adolescents using regular evaluation as an effective measure.

        아킬레스 건염 환자의 보행 시 고관절, 슬관절 및 족관절 모멘트의 변화에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 아킬레스 건염 환자들과 정상인들을 대상으로 보행 선형지표와 고관절, 슬관절, 그리고 족관절의 모멘트 변화를 조사하여 아킬레스 건염에 의한 보행의 역학적 변화를 구명하고 아킬레스 건염을 예방하기 위한 예측 인자들을 찾고자 실시되었다. 연구의 대상자는 아킬레스 건염 환자 20명과 비슷한 신체조건을 가진 건강한 정상인 20 명이며, 대상자가 맨발 상태에서 힘판의 중앙 부분을 밟고 지나가도록 13 m의 거리를 편안한 속도로 5회 왕복하도록 하였다. 또한 대상자가 보행하는 동안 3차원 동작분석 장비를 이용하여 고관절, 슬관절, 그리고 족관절 모멘트를 산출 하였다. 수집된 자료들을 SPSS 12.0 소프트웨어를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 아킬레스 건염 환자들의 고관절 은 입각기 초기에 신전 모멘트가 감소하였고, 중후반에는 굴곡 모멘트가 감소하였다. 또한 슬관절에서는 입각기 초기 부터 지속적인 굴곡 모멘트의 감소가 나타났으며 후기에는 신전 모멘트의 감소를 보였다. 그리고 족관절은 입각기 중 반에 저측굴곡 모멘트가 감소하였으며 말기에는 배측 굴곡 모멘트가 감소하였다. 정상인과 비교해 아킬레스 건염 환 자들에게서 보행의 역학적인 변화가 두드러지게 나타났으며, 임상에서는 아킬레스 건염 환자의 보행에 대한 변화를 세밀하게 파악하여 치료적 접근을 시도해야 할 것으로 보인다. 그리고 앞으로의 연구에서는 아킬레스 건염 환자에게 서 나타나는 역학적인 변화에 대한 조사가 더 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study was to investigate the change of gait temporal parameter and ankle joint moment between patients with achilles tendinitis and healthy people. Thus, the purpose of this study is to clarify biomechanical change of gait in patients with achilles tendinitis and to find risk factor for prevention of achilles tendinitis. We recruited 20 patients with an achilles tendinitis and 20 healthy people. While subjects shuttled 5 times on 13 m distance with comfortable pace, we examined gait function marker with three-dimensional gait analysis system. All subject outstepped center of forceplate during gait and calculated ankle joint moment using software. Obtained data was analyzed using SPSS 12.0 software. In results, we confirmed that patients with achilles tendinitis showed reduction of extension moment in early initial phase and reduction of flexion moment in mid-stance on hip joint. and reduction of flexion moment in early initial phase and reduction of extension moment in late phase on knee joint. And we identified that patients with achilles tendinitis showed reduction of dorsiflexion moment in early stance phase, maximal plantarflexion moment in mid stance phase, and dorsiflexion moment in late stance phase. Thus, there are biomechanical changes on gait in patients with achilles tendinitis compared to healthy people. And, in clinical settings, they should focus on changes of gait in patients with achilles tendinitis. Further study will be undertaken for the biomechanical changes of patietns with achilles tendinitis.

        신경근전기자극이 비만 성인의 심호흡 기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) on the cardiorespiratory function differences between obesity adult and control. Methods 10 obesity adults and 10 controls were participated. The electrodes for NMES were placed on bilateral abdomen, gluteus maximus and quadriceps muscles, and The electrical stimulation intensity was applied as follows.; sensory no contraction, motor threshold, and maximal intensity that can withstand. Data obtained after evaluating cardiorespiratory function during rest, NMES, and recovery were statistically analyzed. Results There were significant differences on heart rate, systolic blood pressure, heart rate reserve, VO2, VCO2, ventilation exchange in all group(p<0.05). There were significant differences on diastolic blood pressure, VCO2 in rall NMES periods between group(p<0.05). Conclusion NMES increased cardiorespiratory function as its intensity increased, and it was found that obese adults further increased cardiorespiratory function than the control group. In the future, various attempts to manage obesity by increasing the metabolic rate using electrical stimulation in the field of physical therapy are needed.

        무릎 관절 환자를 대상으로 한 증강현실 기반의 무릎 운동과 일반적 운동치료의 효과 비교

        Purpose This study aimed to compare the effect of a combined Augmented Reality (AR)-Based training and conventional training with a single conventional physical therapy on rapid knee recovery of patients after surgery. Methods Fifty (50) patients with total knee replacement and anterior cruciate ligament surgery were recruited and randomly assigned either to study group (conventional training plus AR-based training) and control group (conventional training). The Goniometer was used to measure knee joint flexion, extension range of motion and the visual analog scale (VAS) was used to assess pain. We used the manual muscle test system to measure knee flexor and extensor muscles. The measurements were conducted before surgery, after surgery and after intervention. The intervention was conducted in a total period of 6 weeks. The one-way Repeated ANOVA was performed to see the before-and-after differences between the two groups and the paired sample t-test to analyze the changes within groups. Results We observed a significant difference in all measured outcomes after the intervention in both groups (p< 0.05). However, there was not a significant difference between the two groups for the muscle strength, and pain (p >0.05) with exception of range of motion which was significantly increased in the study group (p<0.05). Conclusion Therefore, according to these results, the addition of AR-based training to the conventional training program is more effective than the conventional training alone and may be use for a rapid recovery of patients after knee surgery.

        페이스북에서의 프라이버시 패러독스 현상 연구: 듀얼팩터이론을 중심으로

        People use social network services (SNSs) for various purposes, for example, to share information, to express themselves, and to strengthen social relationships with others. Meanwhile, problems of personal information leakage and privacy infringement become a social issue and thus information privacy concerns about inappropriate collection and use of personal information increase in SNSs (e.g., Facebook). Although people have privacy concerns in SNSs, they behave in a contradictory way, voluntarily presenting themselves and disclosing personal information. This phenomenon is called ``privacy paradox``. Using dual factor theory, this study investigates the phenomenon of privacy paradox by looking into enablers (e.g., self-presentation) and inhibitors (e.g., information privacy concern) for continuous use of Facebook that can co-exist independently of each other. It also includes antecedents of self-presentation (i.e., narcissism, need for affiliation, involvement, and self-efficacy) and those of information privacy concern (i.e., previous experience of privacy infringement, privacy awareness, and privacy control). The results show that most hypothesized relationships were supported. These findings provide strategic implications for SNS providers who want to promote continuous use of SNS. Under the current circumstances in which enhanced privacy policies are required, this study would be a useful reference for future research on information privacy issues in SNSs.

        규칙적인 저항 운동이 심폐 능력과 뇌혈류 속도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:The purpose of this study is to analysis effects of resistive exercise on cardiopulmonary fitness and cerebral artery blood flow velocity. Methods:Ten healthy university students had done resistive exercise without aerobic exercise over one year participated resistive exercise group and ten general university students, then were calculated oxygen consumption (VO2) and respiratory exchange rate(VO2/VCO2). After a week, they were measured Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography (TCD) at moderate exercise (HRmax 50%), maximal exercise (HRmax 100%) for taking cerebral blood flow velocity. Results:In the comparison between groups, resistive exercise group showed significant higher oxygen consumption and lower respiratory exchange than controls(p<0.05). In resistive exercise group, oxygen consumption was significant negative correlation with cerebral artery pulsatory index (p<0.05), but, oxygen consumption was significant positive correlation with systolic blood flow velocity in controls (p<0.05). Conclusions:After considering all the factors, important value in resistive exercise is regular participation and help us increasing contingency response ability.
