KSLV-1 2단 Kick Motor 노즐은 연소 동안 고온ㆍ고압의 환경에 노출된다. 이러한 고압 환경에서 노즐부의 안전성검토를 위하여 KM 노즐 수압시험을 수행하였다. KM 수압시험 [1]과 다른 점은 실물형 잡입부 내열재가 사용되었으며 목부 내열재도 실물형과 유사하게 제작되어 조립되었다. 수압시험은 MEOP (975 psi, GT#2 기준)의 40% 예비시험, 120% 수압시험 2회 반복 및 153% 수압시험을 수행하였다. KSLV-l 2nd stage Kick Motor Nozzle was exposed to high temperature and pressure during the firing. Under the high pressure environment, Kick Motor Nozzle hydro-pressure test was done for verifying the structural safety of the nozzle. The differences with the KM hydro-pressure test [1] are that the real immerged heat resistance material is assembled and the throat heat resistance material is similar with the real one. The hydro-pressure tests were done for the two times of the 125 % of MEOP (975 psi) and the 153 % of the MEOP.
비접촉 방법에 의한 고속철도 디스크 브레이크에서의 온도측정에 관한 연구

As the speed of rail transit is higher, it is very important to secure the safety and confidence of the braking device and in the point of view, by means of the rise of the temperature from the friction between the disk and pad which are the actual part of a braking system, the damage of brake disk is the main cause to lose the safety of braking device. Therefore, in this study, to predict the danger of a disk brake and to know its max. temperature in the train service the module of a temperature measurement by the non-contact method was developed.

A fast response analyzer for measuring carbon dioxide concentration has been developed for transient characteristic and researches tested on internal combustion engine. The analyzer uses the well known NDIR(Non-Dispersive Infrared) method with miniaturized detection system, giving a time constant of approximately 30 microsecond, and sampling module consists of capillary tube. Since the transit time and the time constant of the sampling system depend on the sampling conditions, it is necessary to investigate the characteristics of sampling system before applied to exhaust gas measurement in engine. A unique method was designed to study the influence of the diameter of transfer sample line and operating conditions of the FRNDIR on transit time and time constant. A database of transit time and time constant was built up for different measured and simulated pressure conditions. The database can be used for correcting eventual $CO_2$ concentration measurement.

Mitigating the maintenance or repair expenses of concrete structures and infrastructures is a major problems in the world. The purpose of this research work is to develop the repair material for crack control of cement-based mortars for structural repair in marine or harmful environment. Autogenous self-healing with cement composites has already proved to be an effective alternative method for repair. In this research, repair mortar was prepared with self-healing capsule made by alkali based materials. Self-healing performance of repair mortar was evaluated via ultrasonic pulse velocity and microscope observation. The results showed that the healing performance of the repair mortar with self-healing capsule was significantly enhanced.
