ABS/PC/POE 열가소성 복합재료의 특성평가 및 시뮬레이션을 통한 물리적 성능 예측 연구

In this study, thermoplastic composites were manufactured using ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PC(polycarbonate), and POE(polyolefin elastomer), which are thermoplastic plastics. Twin screw extruder and injection molding were used to manufacture thermoplastic composites. When the ABS/PC/POE thermoplastic composite material was manufactured, the POE mass fraction was set to 1 to 5 wt.%, and the thermal and mechanical properties according to the POE mass fraction were analyzed. Based on the physical properties of ABS/PC/POE, a 3D model in the form of an e-bike frame was created. After setting the boundary conditions, when an external load is applied, geometry simulation was performed to predict product performance. The ABS/PC/POE thermoplastic composite material exhibited the best physical properties when the mass fraction of POE was 3 wt.%. In the simulation results for the physical properties of the 3D model in the form of an e-bike frame, the best physical properties were shown when the mass fraction of POE was 2 ~ 3 wt.%. As a result, the manufacturing conditions for ABS/PC/POE thermoplastic composite materials were set, and research was conducted to reduce product development costs and development time.
신체화를 동반한 외상후 스트레스 장애 환자의 근막이완술 적용이 신체화, 우울증 및 통증에 미치는 영향 : 사례 연구

Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of myofascial release technique (MFR) on psychological and physical symptom in somatization with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Based on this, proceed to present an effective physical treatments. Methods: In this study, three subjects were applied ABA design for a total of 12 weeks. Intervention was performed three times per week, and only MFR for 6 weeks was applied to the patient for 60 minutes. General physical therapy consisted of a total of 60 minutes including hot pack, electric therapy, and ultrasound. In this study, we measured three times in the second baseline stage at the initial evaluation before the commencement of intervention, somatization, depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, and pain after 6 weeks and 12 weeks. Results: In this study, the application of MFR showed significant differences in somatization symptoms, sleep disturbance, and headache. There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety. Conclusions: As a result, the application of MFR in PTSD patients with somatization can be suggested as a useful intervention to resolve the psychosomatic problem.
PCM용 에폭시 수지를 활용한 하이브리드 복합소재의 적층 조건에 따른 특성 평가

In this study, hybrid composites for a door impact beam were manufactured through a stacking sequence and design conditions. Non-crimped fabrics, epoxy resin for prepreg compression molding (PCM), hardener, and reinforcement such as p-Aramid and high strength polypropylene (PP) were used in manufacturing the hybrid composites. Curing behaviors of the PCM epoxy resin were confirmed by analytical methods such as dynamic DSC and FT-IR spectroscopy. The storage modulus, loss modulus, and damping behaviors of these hybrid composites were analyzed by dynamic mechanical analyses. Mechanical properties of the hybrid composites, such as tensile strength, flexure strength, compressive strength, and interlaminar shear strength (ILSS), were measured with a universal testing machine. Dynamic drop impact tests were conducted to measure the impact resistances of the hybrid composites on the stacking sequence. After the drop impact test, fracture shapes of the specimens were observed using a stereoscopic microscope. Based on the fracture shapes developed during the drop impact test, it was concluded that the specimens reinforced either by p-Aramid or PP effectively resisted impact transformations.
신체화를 동반한 만성요통환자에서 점진적 근육이완 훈련이 통증과 요통기능장애지수, 심리수준에 미치는 영향

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Progressive muscle relaxation training on pain, Korean version of Oswestry disability index (ODI) and psychological level in chronic low back pain patients with somatization. Methods: A total of 30 subjects were treated with the experimental group (n=15) and conservative physical therapy (n=15). The experimental group was trained with progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), and the control group was treated with conservative physical therapy. Physical factor treatment was applied for 60 minutes by hot pack, electrotherapy and ultrasound. Both groups performed three times a week for six weeks. VAS, ODI, psychological level measurements were taken before and after intervention. Results: There was a significant difference in VAS (p<.05) and ODI (p<.01) between experimental and control group. At the psychological level, there were significant differences in somatization (p<0.01) and depression scales (p<.01), but not in anxiety. Conclusion: As a result of this study, the degree of pain was decreased, the level of back pain dysfunction was improved, and the somatization scale and depression scale were decreased by gradual muscle relaxation therapy.
고제어 성능을 가진 버터플라이밸브의 개도각에 따른 유체유동에 대한 연구

The objective of this study is to simulate valve flow coefficient and flow characteristics such as velocity and pressure distribution for butterfly valve. The size of the valve used in this study is 125A. The range of the valve opening angle was α=15°∼70°, and it was changed by 5°. At the range of α=15°∼30°, the valve flow coefficient K<sub>v</sub> gradually increased, and after α=30°, it increased rapidly. In the range of α=20°∼70°, the pressure change in the -2.9cm∼+2.9cm region in the pipe greatly depended on the opening angle and the position within the pipe. However, after +2.9cm, the pressure at the rear end of the valve was shown to depend only on the opening angle. At α=20°, Vortex shedding occurred for the first time at time t=0.25sec and continuously occurred in rear end of the valve over time. After α=45°, in the flow pattern at the rear end of the valve, the upward flow at the lower end of the valve and the flow at the upper end met each other to form a mixed flow. This flow phenomenon was shown to form a more intense mixed flow in the rear end region as the opening angle increased. Vortex flow occurred for the first time at α=15°, and the opening angle increased, the occurrence and disappearance of this flow phenomenon occurred periodically according to the certain flow region. The pattern of the pressure distribution in the region at the rear end of the valve showed a tendency to agree well with the results of the vorticity distribution.
충돌 노즐 출구 직경에 따른 용해 탱크 내부의 유체 유동에 관한 연구

본 논문의 목적은 충돌 노즐이 부착된 용해 탱크 내부의 유체 유동을 수치해석 및 실험적으로 연구하는 것이다. 용해 탱크 내부의 압력 및 와도분포는 수치해석으로, 공기의 자가흡입 및 용해 탱크 내부의 압력 측정은 실험적으로 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 물의 유량을 10, 15, 20LPM으로, 충돌 노즐의 출구 직경을 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6mm로 변화시켰다. 용해 탱크 내부의 압력에 대한 수치해석 및 실험의 결과는 잘 일치하는 경향을 보였다. 용해 탱크 상단부의 와도는 노즐 직경이 작을수록, 유량이 증가할수록 더 강렬하게 나타남을 보였다. 또한, 용해 탱크 내부의 압력은 노즐 직경이 커질수록 감소하였고 유량이 증가할수록 증가하였다. The purpose of this paper is to study numerically and experimentally on the fluid flow in a dissolution tank with a collision nozzle attached. The pressure distribution and vorticity distribution in the dissolution tank were numerically analyzed, and the self-suction of air and the pressure in the dissolution tank were experimentally performed. The outlet diameter of the collision nozzle is changed in a range 4∼6mm, the water flow rate 10∼20LPM. Numerical analysis and experimental results for pressure in the dissolution tank showed good agreement. It was shown that the vorticity at the top of the dissolution tank became more intense as the nozzle diameter decreased and the flow rate increased. Also, the pressure in the tank decreased as the nozzle diameter increased, and increased as the flow rate increased.
소셜 로봇 외형 디자인에 대한 소비자 감성에 관한 연구: 다차원 척도법(MDS)과 군집분석을 중심으로

소셜 로봇이 인간의 일상생활에 자리매김하기 위해서는 소셜 로봇의 기술적 구현과 소셜 로봇을 바라보는 인간의 심리를 함께 고려하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 소셜 로봇의 외형 디자인에 대해 소비자가 느끼는 감성에 기반하여 잠재적인 소셜 로봇 군집을 도출하고, 각 군집이 갖는 중요한 디자인적 특징 및 감성 차이를 식별 및 비교하고자 하였다. 소셜 로봇에 대해 소비자가 느끼는 감성을 측정 및 평가하기 위한 소셜 로봇 감성 프레임워크를 구축하고, 감성공학적 접근방법인 의미분별 척도법에 기반해 소셜 로봇 디자인 감성을 평가하였다. 감성 평가 결과를 토대로 다차원 척도법과 K-means 군집분석을 실시하여 30개의 소셜 로봇을 4개의 군집으로 분류하였으며, 각 군집 별 디자인 요소의 특징을 확인하고, 소비자 감성을 비교 분석하였다. 각 군집 별로 도출된 디자인적 특징 및 감성 차이를 바탕으로 인간중심적 관점에서 성공적인 소셜 로봇 디자인 및 개발을 위한 전략적 방향을 제언하였다.
