A digital over current relay(OCR) is realized by using TMS320C32 microprocessor. Fourier Transform is used to obtain the phasor of a current signal and a 2nd low pass filter is adopted to prevent aliasing error. H/W test shows almost same results with those of the S/W test. It could be possible that confirm simularity between H/W and S/W test in this paper

Wind power generation among various renewable energies is consider as the most noteworthy energy source in the world, which is accelerated to develop by many foreign companies as well as Korean those. As countermeasures for environmental issues and exhaustion of fossil fuel in recent years, the interest of renewable energies is increasing rapidly. However, Wind power generation has flaw about changing frequency by wind speed. The accurate phasor estimation is impossible to use a common DFT calculation. So that a frequency - adaptive phasor estimation method based on the fourier transform is proposed in this paper.
