감성 요인을 사용한 BDI 에이전트 모델의 환경적응력 확장에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 사람이 생각하고 표현하는데 영향을 주는 감성 요인을 사용하여 컴퓨터가 다양한 환경에 적응하며 지능을 표현할 수 있는 에이전트 모델을 제안한다. 감성은 사람이 생각하고 판단하는데 중요한 요소가 되고, 이러한 감성을 에이전트에 표현하면 사람의 추론하는 과정을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있다. 이에 사람의 추론 과정을 표현하기에 적합한 한 에이전트 모델인 BDI(Belief, Desire, Intention) 에이전트 모델을 감성과 결합하여 에이전트들의 행동을 빠르게 결정할 수 있는 ExMEBDI(Expanded Multi Emotional BDI) 에이전트 모델을 제안한다. 또 기존의 사람의 감성을 모델로 구성된 OCC모델을 기반으로 ExMEBDI 모델의 감성 추출 방법인 GEM(Generated EMotion)을 제안하였다.

네트워크 포렌직을 위한 트래픽의 실시간 비손실 압축에 관한 연구

최근 가파른 증가세를 보이며 그 기법 또한 다양해지고 있는 공격에 대한 사후처리와 동일 침입 방지를 위해, 네트워크 포렌직에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 포렌직을 위해서는 정보의 손실없는 네트워크 트래픽을 수집하여 보존하는 것이 필요하지만 그 양이 막대하며, 이는 더 큰 용량의 디스크를 필요로 한다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 압축을 수행하는 것이 필요하며 또한 IP 와 같이 필요로 하는 몇몇 정보를 압축해제 없이 접근할 수 있게 한다면, 간단한 작업을 위해서도 압축을 풀기 위해 컴퓨팅 파워와 시간을 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 수집한 패킷마다 압축을 수행할 부분과 수행하지 않을 부분으로 나누고, 압축을 수행한 뒤, 해당 정보를 4바이트의 헤더로 만들어 덧붙임으로써 기존 트래픽을 압축함과 동시에 패킷들에 대한 간단한 정보들을 압축해제 없이 접근할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다.

The topics examined in this study include: the captatio-benevolcntiae, the unknown god, twofold meaning in the several expressions such as "served by human hands," "ho, touto," "God who gives to all men life and breath and everything," 'god-man proximity,' and the motif of 'ignorance and repentance.' I also discuss the historicity of the speech and the so-called 'failure' of Paul's mission in Athens. The study conclude with a reflection on the author's intention and the significance of Areopagus Speech. 도박중독의 회복 경험에 관한 해석 현상학적 분석

본 연구는 도박중독의 회복 경험의 본질 구조를 이해하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 경험의 본질 구조를 이해하기에 적절한 질적연구방법인 해석 현상학적 분석(IPA) 방법을 선정하였다. 연구 참여자는 12개월 이상 단도박을 유지하고 있는 사람 중 4명을 선정하여 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, IPA 절차에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 27개의 생성된 주제와 9개의 상위 주제를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 ‘쾌락과 나락’, ‘욕망의 변주’, ‘얽힘과 중첩’ 등 3개의 클러스터를 도출하였다. 연구 결과에 따라 도박중독의 회복 경험의 본질적 구조를 밝히고, 연구의 함의와 적용을 논의하였다. The study is aimed to understand the essential structure of recovering experiences from gambling problem. For this purpose, interpretative phenomenological analysis(IPA) was adopted for qualitative study. The 4 participants who stoped gambling for 12 months or longer were recruited. The data was collected through qualitative interview, and analysed, using IPA process. As a results 27 themes, and 9 superordinate themes ere emerged and 3 clusters - ‘Hedonic and Abysmal’, ‘Variation of Desire’, ‘Entanglement and Superposition’ were defined. Based on the results, the structures of recovery experience from gambling addiction was defined and discussion was made on the implications and applications of the study.

사회과학 분야에서 해석 현상학적 분석(IPA)의 적용 : 보호관찰청소년의 재비행 경험 사례연구

본 연구는 질적 연구방법을 사회적 경제에 응용할 수 있도록 해석 현상학적 분석(Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis: 이하 IPA) 방법을 보호관찰청소년 재비행 경험 연구를 통해 적용하는데 있다. IPA는 대상이나 사건에 관한 인과관계를 규명하려는 것이 아닌, 개인의 개별적 지각이나 경험을 탐구하는 것이다. IPA 방법에 배경이 되는 요소는 현상학과 해석학 및 개성기술(ideography)이다. 사회과학의 연구를 위한 새로운 방법론이 필요하다는 인식에 따라, IPA 방법을 적용한 사례를 통해 구체적인 연구방법론의 적용을 소개하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 보호관찰청소년의 재비행 경험에 대한 사례연구를 수행하였으며, 연구 결과에 따른 논의를 요약하였다. This paper applies interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) to juvenile recidivism experiences in the social economy. IPA focuses on an individual’s experiences and feelings, not on generalizations from an individual’s experiences. Based in phenomenology, hermeneutics, and ideography, IPA currently lacks a specific application. This paper suggests such an application through a case study of juvenile probationers" recidivism experiences.

청소년의 부모애착과 사이버비행과의 관계에서 우울, 공격성의 매개 효과

본 연구의 목적은 청소년을 대상으로 부모애착과 사이버비행 간의 관계를 알아보고, 부모애착과 사이버비행 간의 관계에서 우울과 공격성이 매개역할을 하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국아동ㆍ청소년패널조사 자료를 활용하여 2016년 당시 중1학년이 되는 초1패널데이터의 7차 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들의 부모애착과 사이버비행 간의 직접효과를 분석한 결과, 부모애착은 사이버비행에 부적인 직접효과가 나타나 낮은 부모애착은 사이버비행을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 부모애착이 우울을 매개로 공격성에 미치는 간접효과를 검증한 결과, 간접효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 청소년의 사이버비행에 영향을 미치는 변인의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 매개변인인 우울과 공격성은 독립변인인 부모애착이 종속변인인 사이버비행에 미치는 영향을 이중매개 및 부분매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과는 청소년들의 사이버비행을 줄이기 위한 예방 및 치료적 개입에서 공격성에 앞서 우울과 부모애착에 대한 상담전략이 필요함을 보여주고 있다. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between parental attachment and cyber delinquency among adolescents and to see if depression and aggression play a role in the relationship between parental attachment and cyber delinquency. For this study, the seventh data of the first panel data of elementary school students who became middle school students in 2016 were analyzed using the data from the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the direct effects between parental attachment and cyber delinquency among adolescents, it was confirmed that the direct effects of parental attachment on cyber delinquency were a factor that increased cyber delinquency. Second, the indirect effect of parental attachment on aggression was verified as a result of verifying the indirect effect on aggression through depression medium. Third, in analysing results of the mediated effects of variables affecting youth cyber delinquency, the independent variable of depression and aggression were dual and partial mediation effects which parent attachment affect on cyber delinquency. The above findings show that counseling strategies for depression and parental attachment are needed before aggression in prevention and therapeutic interventions to reduce cyber delinquency among adolescents.

서울시 스마트쉘터 우선 설치 지역 제안에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 서울시에서 시범 운영을 진행 중인 스마트쉘터를 우선으로 설치해야 하는 지역을 제안한다. 행정동별 유동 인구뿐만 아니라 교통약자, 폭염, 대기오염을 고려한 클러스터링을 통해 우선순위를 부여한 서울시 스마트 쉘터 설치 지역을 제안하였고, 이를 통해 스마트쉘터를 효율적으로 설치할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

청소년의 내현적자기애와 인터넷 중독과의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족과 특성분노의 매개효과

본 연구는 청소년들의 인터넷 중독에 영향을 주는 것으로 예측되는 내현적 자기애와의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족과 특성분노의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 2017년 12월 11일부터 충남 소재 중학생을 대상으로 수집된 261명 중 유효한 239명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 사용한 척도는 내현적 자기애, 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족, 특성분노, 인터넷 중독 척도를 사용하였으며, SPSS v.21과 Process Macro를 사용하여 상관분석과 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내현적 자기애, 인터넷 중독, 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족, 특성분노 간의 상관관계가 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애와 인터넷 중독 간의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족과 특성분노의 이중매개 및 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 이는 청소년들의 내현적 자기애가 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족에 영향을 주고, 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족이 특성분노에 영향을 주어 결과적으로 인터넷 중독 경향성을 높인다는 의미이다. 따라서 인터넷 중독 청소년들의 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족과 특성분노를 다루는 개입이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과는 내현적 자기애, 불확실성에 대한 인내력부족, 특성분노와 인터넷 중독 간의 관계를 종합적으로 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of intolerance of uncertainty and trait anger in relation to covert narcissism, which is predicted to affect adolescents internet addiction. Therefore, we used 239 data from 261 students collected from middle school students in Chungnam Province on December 11, 2017. The scale used consisted of covert narcissism, intolerance of uncertainty, trait anger, and internet addiction scale. The correlation analysis and mediating effects were verified using SPSS v.21 and Process Macro. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between covert narcissism, internet addiction, intolerance of uncertainty, and trait anger. Second, both intolerance of uncertainty and trait anger was verified the dual mediation and partial mediation effects on between covert narcissism and internet addiction. This implies that covert narcissism of adolescents affects intolerance of uncertainty and it affects trait anger, so that lifts internet addiction tendency in the result. Therefore, it is necessary for intervention about intolerance of uncertainty and trait anger for adolescents with internet addiction. This result are implication for reviewing about relationship between intolerance of uncertainty, trait anger, covert narcissism, and internet addiction.

초음파트랜스듀서의 재질에 따른 실출력과 인체모사조직의 온열효과에 관한 연구

PURPOSE: In this study investigated the thermal effect in tissue mimicking phantom by the material of the ultrasonic transducer in low intensity sonication. METHODS: The material of the ultrasonic transducer was made of ceramic, stainless steel, aluminum. Korea Testing Laboratory was measured of the three kinds of materials the total output of the ultrasonic transducer. Each material was measured core temperature and the actual output depending on the type of transducer. Agarose tissue mimicking phantom and silicone tissue mimicking phantom was made. Transducers made of three kinds of materials were emitted in the phantom. It is shown as a graph about time and temperature and the surface temperature rising speed and deep temperature rise rate was investigated. RESULTS: Ceramic transducers were highest output. Higher than the stainless steel transducer, aluminum had the lowest total output. Deep temperature was the highest in the ceramic transducer, and the surface temperature was the highest in the stainless steel transducer. Thermal images of ceramic transducer showed that a valid output is formed deeper wider than the metal. CONCLUSION: Ceramic transducer is confirmed the excellence than the metal transducer in deep thermal effect and the actual output of the ultrasound.

행정심판법상의 집행정지제도

This paper deals with the Suspension of Execution in Administrative Appeals Act, chiefly on the requirements of the suspension of execution and the limitation of the suspension of execution. At first, Administrative Appeals Act requires a positive condition and negative one respectively. The former is an urgent necessity to prevent an irrecoverable damage and the latter is no serious adverse effect on the public welfare. The Supreme Court categorizes the case in three groups. The first is the disposition to impose money on a man(Type A) and the second is the one to be imposed on a man himself (Type B) and the third is the one to be imposed on objects and on both a man and objects simultaneously(Type C). The Supreme Court hardly admits the suspension of execution to Type A with the admission of the suspension of execution to Type B mostly. But The Supreme Court does not have a constant standard applicable to Type C. In the other hand, Administrative Appeals Commission under Prime Minister does not know such categorization as that of the Supreme Court yet. Consequently, it has no constant standard applicable to all of those types. And let’s see the second point of this paper : whether the principle of no suspension of execution. To this point, this paper suggests that the principle of suspension of execution apply to Type B at least. The last point of this paper is whether Administrative Appeals Commission under Prime Minister admits the suspension of execution to the rejection of application or not. This paper supports the theory that the Commission should admit the suspension of execution if there is legal interest to the applicant.
