Objectives : In the psychiatry, structured interview is very important tool to be used in epidemiological or psychopharmacological studies. However, investigators often find that the administration of comprehensive diagnostic interviews is time-consuming and expensive to be used in clinical or research settings. Considering these points, Sheehan and his colleagues developed MINI (Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview) to meet the need for a brief, reliable, and valid structured diagnostic interview for psychiatric disorders. The MINI has been translated into many languages and used in many countries. Therefore, we translated the MINI into Korean and determined its validity in this study. Methods : Twohundred seventy patients and normal subjects participated in the validation of the MINI versus an expert's professional opinion. Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, mood disorders including major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders including panic and other phobic disorders, and alcohol dependence were included in this study. The validity was obtained by examination whether MINI based diagnoses were compatible with diagnoses by expert psychiatrists. Results : The range of Kappa values was 0.22 (somatoform disorder) to 0.93 (bipolar disorder - past). Overall agreement between MINI and expert's diagnoses were good. The Kappa values for anxiety disorders seemed to be higher than those for other disorders. Conclusion : The MINI Korean version has the good validity. It also has potential applications as a diagnostic tool for psychiatric disorders.

This study was designed to examine the differences in personality characteristics and impulsivity of male alcoholics according to their familial history of alcoholism. The clinical interview for demographic data, drinking history, and family history, and then, the MMPI, Impulsivity test, Cognitrone were performed in 75 psychiatric inpatients with alcohol dependence. The mean age for their first drinks was significantly younger and the average maximum amount consumed per drinking occasion was significantly greater in familial alcoholics than in nonfamilial alcoholics. The T-score of anti-social personality scale in MMPI was also significantly higher in familial alcoholics than in nonfamilial ones. However, there were no significant differences in the clinical scales of the MMPI or the scores on the Impulsivity test, and Cognitrone between familial alcoholics and nonfamilial ones except that some cognitive impairment was suggested in familial alcoholics. This study showed that familial alcoholics had a greater tendency for antisocial personality and the fine cognitive impairments, but not any more impulsivity compared to non-familial alcoholics. Therefore, differential treatment strategies according to familial alcoholic history will be needed.

The purpose of this study was to verify what major muscles are during field hockey scoop motion on recuritment during scoop motion. 16 middle. school students(male, female.) were participated in the exercise test. The subject were divided into two group;male(N=8) and female(N=8). Electromyogram test was analyzed muscle type on recruitment during scoop motion by surface electrode. major muscle was measured by Integrated EMG in pre-test while scoop motion 12 set. The results of this study as follows: male group on scoop motion showed that major muscle of upper limb was measured left brachi oradialis, left trapezeius, right brachi oradialis, left deltoid, and major muscle of lower limb was right rectus femoris. right gastrocnemius. female group on scoop motion showed that major muscle of upper limb was measured left brachi oradialis, left trapezeius, left biceps brachi, left deltoid, and major muscle of lower limb was right rctus femoris, right biceps femoris.
경북-강원일대 탄산약수의 수질화학과 탄산 및 영족기체 기원

본 연구에서는 경북 봉화지역, 강원도 오대산 및 춘천지역에서 산출되는 8개 탄산약수터에서 11개 탄산약수 시료를 대상으로 수리화학적 특성을 규명하고, 용존무기탄소의 동위원소(δ13CDIC)분석을 통해 탄산가스의 기원을 해석하며, 영족기체동위원소(3He/4He, 20Ne/22Ne)의 동위원소 존재비를 분석하여 탄산가스의 기원과 연계한 영족기체의 기원을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 탄산약수의 수리화학적 특성은 pH 5.59~6.04 범위로 약산성의 특성을 보이고, 전기전도도 값은 302~864 μS/cm범위를 보인다. 모든 탄산약수의 수리화학적 유형은 Ca-HCO3 형에 속한다. 특히 Fe, Mn의 함량이 높아 음용수 수질기준치를 초과한다. 연구지역 탄산약수의 δ13CDIC값은 -2.84~-5.3‰ 범위를 보이므로 CO2의 기원은 주로 심부기원이며, 물-암석 반응과정에서 탄산염광물등의 영향을 일부 받은 것으로 해석된다. 탄산약수의 3He/4He 동위원소비와 4He/20Ne동위원소비 상관관계에서 탄산약수는 기원상 3개의 군으로 분류된다. 맨틀과 같은 심부기원의 영역, 대기기원에 가까운 영역, 맨틀기원과 대기기원의 혼합영역으로 도시된다. 이는 심부기원의 영족기체가 천부지하수와 지표노출에 의해 대기기원과 혼합된 것으로 해석되며, 맨틀과 같은 심부기원의 헬륨가스의 공급은 지질경계 및 단층과 같은 지질구조와 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 추정된다. Hydrochemical and carbon isotopic (δ13CDIC) analyses of 11 water samples, and noble gas isotopic analyses of 8 water samples collected in the Kyeoungbuk and Kangwon areas of Korea were performed to determine their hydrochemical characteristics and to interpret the source of noble gases and CO2 gas in the water. The carbonated mineral waters are weakly acidic (pH = 5.59-6.04), and electrical conductivity ranges from 302 to 864 μS/cm. The chemical composition of all the water samples is Ca-HCO3 type. The high contents of Fe and Mn exceed the safe limits for drinking water. The δ13CDIC values of the samples range from -5.30‰ to -2.84‰, indicating that the carbon is supplied mainly from a deep-seated source and to a lesser degree from an inorganic carbonate source. The 3He/4He ratios of the samples range from 1.51 × 10(-6) to 6.45 × 10(-6). The samples plot into three groups on a 3He/ 4He versus 4He/20Ne diagram: the deep-seated field (e.g., a mantle source), the atmospheric field, and the air-mantle mixing field. A wide range of 4He/20Ne ratios is observed (0.036 × 10(-6) to 1.76 × 10(-6), indicating that while radiogenic 4He is dominant in these water samples, mantle-origin He is also present. The supply of CO2 gas and noble gases from a deep-seated source to carbonated waters is inferred to be controlled by geological structures such as faults and geological boundaries.
