This study examined the effect of regulatory focus on adaptative performance for pilots and co-pilots engaged in domestic civil airlines, and verified the moderating effect of organizational commitment in the process of regulatory focus on adaptative performance. For study, the scale developed by Lockwood Penelope and others validated and developed to measure the regulatory focus was adapted to suit the aviation scene and examined through this. As a result of the study, among the sub-variables of the regulatory focus scale, the promotion focus had a statistically significant and positive effect on the adaptative performance. and derived that the prevention focus had a statistically significant negative effect on the adaptative performance. In order to examine the moderating effect of organizational commitment in the relationship between regulatory focus and adaptative performance, the results of hierarchical regression analysis were conducted after controlling the rank, background, and career. Organizational commitment showed a statistically significant positive moderating effect in the relationship of adaptative performance. In addition, as a result of the verification according to the level of organizational commitment, prevention focus and adaptative performance showed statistically significant negative effects when organizational commitment was high.

고흥 항공센터에 2019년(예정) 신규 활주로가 설치되고, 비행시험 관련 시설, 장비들을 단계적으로 구축하여 국가 비행종합성능시험장으로 운영할 예정이다. 국가 비행종합시험장은 공항이 아닌 비행장으로 운영할 예정이다. 비행장에는 특별히 정하는 운영규정이 없는 실정이다. 그러나 특수한 목적으로 신설되는 국가 비행종합성능시험장을 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 운영할 수 있도록 관련법규와 국내 공항 및 비행장 운영관리 현황 조사, 해외의 비행장 운영관련 법규와 운영실태 조사, 해외 항공 전문가 자문 및 출장을 통하여 향후 국내 관련법규 제정 및 비행종합시험장 운영 시 활용할 수 있도록 지침을 제시하였다.

After a series of aircraft noise measurements conducted in Noise Sensitive Areas(NSAs) in Gangwha Island, there appeared to be no regions affected by aircraft noise of over 75 WECPNL, the legal noise level standard for aircraft operations. However, with regard to the future environment where flight operations at Incheon International Airport are likely to escalate, an INM analysis result drawn shows that the number of regions afflicted by such noise will increase in Gangwha Island. Therefore, we studied similar cases from developed countries, which are pertinent to solutions for aircraft noise abatement in the vicinity of airports and herewith provided 6 more flight operation procedures other than those 3 currently in service at Incheon International Airport.

After analyzing each procedure from standard instrument procedures used at Incheon International Airport, which is believed to have caused noise problems in and around Ganghwa island, we came to a conclusion that some Standard Instrument Departure Procedures and Standard Instrument Approach Procedures need to be revised, and therefore we made some propositions with regard to noise abatement procedures(CDA, RNAV approach etc.). Additionally, we evaluated viability of the proposed flight procedures by conducting a number of demonstrations with use of flight simulation.

Advanced nations such as US and Europe have recognized the importance of the aircraft airworthiness and have been operating airworthiness certification system by their government since long time ago. In Korea, airworthiness certification personnel education program has been proceeding, since certification system of military aircraft airworthiness has been legislated. On this study, education course, education content for each course, education operating method and license management related to airworthiness certification personnel education and drew out adequate plan for domestic circumstance through studying aviation advanced nations cases. The proposed education course is divided into basic course, professional course and retraining course, considering its level of education and operation of education course has been recommended to a professional education institute designated by korea government and proposed to acquire authorized certificate for those who completed the education course. We hope to improve the method proposed as a result of the study such as education content, operating program, license management systematically and efficiently as years go by to develop into leading nation for airworthiness certification education and increase the benefit and confidence of nation.

Recently increase in the number of aircraft caused the air traffic congestion and flight delays. If timely action to reform the air traffic system is not taken, these may result in added economic impact. As a result, the air traffic management should be changed in an innovative manner to modernize the existing air traffic control environment. This paper reviews the trends of airspace reforms such as integration of terminal control areas and flexible use of airspace introduced by foreign countries and compares their merits and demerits in order to provide a judgement to adopt the concept in domestic airspace in the future.

This paper summarizes the HVO concept and procedures, presents a summary of the research and results, and outlines areas where future HVO is required. This concept enables people to get their destinations through shortest paths with advanced air traffic control system and equipments. The concept`s key feature is that pilots maintain their own separation from other aircraft using air-to-air datalink and on-board software which are needed for supporting flight information present on the high Way in the sky display and airborne internet. By assigning Self-Controlled Area which assume pilot have separation responsibility, controllers evaluated SATS HVO concept as a successful method on the view of reduced workload and increased traffic level on high volume operation.
論文(논문) : K-WAIS와 비행훈련장치 평가를 활용한 비행적성 검사에 대한 퍼지모형 연구

In order to study the effect of K-WAIS and FTD on flight aptitude, which we utilize to sort out good pilot candidates among applicants, we adopted Fuzzy regression model and expressed the result of flight aptitude tests in Fuzzy number by using maximum/minimum values and mean values. The 7 aspects of K-WAIS were broken down into three similar groups: mathematical ability, visualization ability and organization ability. While mathematical ability and organization ability showed a positive relevance with the FTD test with respect to flight aptitude, visualization ability of K-WAIS showed a negative(-) relevance with flight aptitude, which presented an opposite result to the previous research. Thus, we are to increase the number of samples and do the research thereof in the near future.
부조종사 자격증명(MPL: Multi-Crew Pilot License)의 이해와 도입 방안에 관한 연구

It is often misled that Multi Pilot License is introduced by International Civil Aviation Organization for the shortage of pilots. The truth is, however, that the license is focused on efficient training of co-pilots in the airline transportation system which an autopilot system is increasing in the Multi Crew environment. ICAO has been researching on the license since 1982, and made it international standard on 2006. Currently, co-pilots trained under Multi-Crew Pilot License courses are continuously increasing over the world. Although the license has introduced to Korea in September 10, 2009, it has not won popular support yet. This paper will lead people to precise understanding of Multi-Crew Pilot License and suggest its introduction plan.

In order to determine the possibility of using NDGPS signals for flight operations, in-flight measurements of signals transmitted from various ground reference stations(RS) were conducted along the air routes of South Korea. Signal strength and signal to noise ratio(SNR) data were collected along domestic flight routes and recorded with time. By using three-dimensional geographical position data of the aircraft, signal strength data of en-route position were calculated and used to obtain scatter-plot of signal strength. These results were used to outline the effective coverage and field strength hemispheres of the selected DGPS signals.
