The purpose of this study is to develop the way to prevent university students from cigarette smoking and to draw a guideline on future non-smoking campaign for physical education fresh of university students. To do so, it investigated the differences in psychological, environmental, and cognitional characteristics between smoking and non-smoking university students. A total of 75 students, were surveyed and observed for two years using questionnaires. The data were analysed by a number of statistical methods which include frequency analysis?t-test?chi-square?factor analysis?pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that there existed a meaningful difference between smokers and non-smokers in their attitude to smoking?a number of smoking friends?past smoking experiences?a number of smoking sibling and satisfaction of in-school non smoking policy. The results also suggested that the factors which have a relative effect on will power to quit smoking were a negative attitude?a number of smoking friends?a positive attitude and the non-smoking policy in order.
스마트그리드 환경에서 Attack Tree를 이용한 개인정보 위협 식별에 관한 연구

스마트그리드는 기존 전력망의 비효율적인 운영, 이산화탄소 과다 배출, 전력피크의 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 ICT가 도입되고 구조가 복잡해짐에 따라 개인정보를 침해 할 수 있는 가능성이 증가하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 스마트그리드 내에서 개인정보를 다루는 기기, 시스템, 데이터와 같은 자산을 식별하여 공격자 입장에서의 공격 목표를 설정한 뒤, Attack Tree 방법을 통하여 세부적인 위협을 식별하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트그리드 환경은 기존의 ICT 기술이 접목되기 때문에 스마트그리드 구조상 발생할 수 있는 위협뿐 만 아니라 기존의 기술들에서 발생할 수 있는 위협도 함께 존재했다.
해외 가스 플랜트 시공단계의 위험요인 모델을 통한 비용 항목별 확률적 비용 변동범위 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Probability Costs variation ranges of the cost items from the risk factor model for construction phase of overseas gas plant projects. For this purpose, the risk factors were first examined through literature reviews and the main risk factors were selected according to its level of significance and occurrence rate through interviews with professionals. The percentage changes in the total construction cost for each main risk factors were computed and applied to the example case from the past. Monte-Carlo Simulation was employed on these results to analyze the probabilistic variation range. The results obtained from the above procedure are as follows. First, there were a total of ten risk factors including the schedule changes for materials procurement, the prolonged construction schedule, the modifications in design, and the changes in materials costs. Second, the variation ranges of the cost items affected by the above risk factors are as follows. The labor costs varied from 7,702 to 7,815 million KRW; the subcontracting costs varied from 83,688 to 85,495 million KRW; the contingency allowances varied from 7,330 to 7,468 million KRW.
공동주택 주민복지시설의 활성화를 위한 사전 타당성 평가요인 분석

본 연구는 공동주택 내에 설치되는 주민복지시설의 활성화를 위해 사전 타당성 평가 모델 구성을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 D신도시에 위치한 공동주택 단지 5곳을 사례대상으로 선정한 후 주민복지시설의 현황을 조사하였다. 그리고 타당성 평가 항목 조사를 위해 선정된 사례대상 공동주택 5곳의 거주자 및 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 기획단계, 설계단계, 운영단계로 구분하여 타당성 평가 항목을 도출하였다. 기획단계, 설계단계, 운영단계에 대한 타당성 평가 항목 도출 결과를 바탕으로 AHP기법을 활용하여 평가 항목에 대한 중요도를 분석하였다. 중요도 분석 결과 값의 검증을 위해 관련 전문가의 설문을 통해 중요도 분석 결과 값을 비교하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 도출된 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 공동주택 단지 내 주민복지시설의 활성화를 위한 사전 타당성 평가 항목의 중요도 분석 결과 기획단계(P-1)의 경우 이용시설구성, 사용자조사, 시설배치 항목이 가장 높게 분석되었으며, 설계단계(P-2)의 경우 실별 평면배치, 동선계획, 교구비품 항목이 가장 높게 분석되었다. 그리고 운영단계(P-3)의 경우 운영비, 운영일정, 이용시설검토 항목이 가장 높게 분석되었다. An Analysis on the Pre-Feasibility Evaluation Factors of Activation for Welfare Facilities for the Residents in Apartment Building. The adapted research method of selected case five apartment building in D new town and carried out questionnaire survey to residents and user for draw items of feasibility evaluation. Drew items of feasibility evaluation classify as Plan section, Design section, and Operation section and evaluate the weight of each section utilizing analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Depending on the purpose and methods. The results of this study are as follows: Such as Plan section, Composition of Program Facility, User Charge Survey, Arrangement of Program Room were analyzed highest. Such as Design section, Arrangement of Program Room, Circulation planning, Educational Equipment were analyzed highest. And such as Operation section, Operation costs, Operation Plan, Review of Program Facility were analyzed highest.

The purpose of this study is to analysis risk factors weight analysis through the matrix method for overseas plant projects. For this study, risk factors data from related literature review and construction company was researched and classified under each EPC phases. In addition, a questionnaire survey by plant experts was conducted for analysis of risk weight on EPC phases. The results of this study are as follows: First, a exchange rate fluctuation, capability of vendor and equipment procurement plan of were analyzed the highest weight factors for procurement phase. Second, a exchange rate fluctuation, delay construction period and design changes were analyzed the highest weight factors for construction phase.

The purpose of this study is to analyze cost classification system establish and cost variation range for overseas plant projects. For this study, cost data from domestic construction companies is researched and classified by EPCC process. In addition, a questionnaire survey by plant experts was conducted for analysis of cost classification system establish and cost variation range on EPCC process. The result of this study is as follows: The cost variation ranges of each EPCC process were, from 8.91% to 11.19%. in engineering phase, from 24.99% to 32.68% in procurement phase, from 50.39% to 55.77% in construction phase and from 0.68% to 0.96% in commissioning phase.

The purpose of this study is to long-term maintenance cost and elemental maintenance cost analysis for apartment buildings. The adapted research method of apartment building complex located in Gyeonggi-Do that had completed developmental process and under construction has selected as a case study for this research, the classification system was established. Such facility classification system was applied to the statement of construction cost using Net Present Value method (NPV) for elemental maintenance cost analysis. And deviation between annual accumulated long-term maintenance cost and annual expense of maintenance cost was compared based on the result of analyzed elemental maintenance cost. The result of this study are as follow: 1) Total amount of analyzed elemental maintenance cost was approximately 6,630,543,000won according to elemental classification system for established case study. And activities for architecture, civil, electricity, and landscape takes up about 48%, 7%, 20%, 20%, and 5% respectively. 2) Monthly payment of long-term maintenance cost for each household of case study was analyzed as about 13,114won and approximately 6,684,757,000won has been shown as total amount of accumulated long-term maintenance cost for 40 years. As a result of deviation after comparison of accumulated long-term maintenance cost and maintenance cost, accumulated long-term maintenance cost has been analyzed relatively more expensive than those of expenses of maintenance cost when the time of operation eclipse 24 years, as maximized maintenance activities executed.
