This study is to find the plans for enhancing diversity of housing block types and strengthening the connections between housing design and streets. We categorized housing block types based on literature review, and compare each group’s floor area ratio and the light condition to one another through comparative analysis. We discuss the improvement with other researcher and designer based on outcome of the research. The results of this study are as follows. First, Contrary to our expectation, result shows that Block types have higher floor area ratio than tower types. Second, The block types are desirable to be built in the quasi-residence area. Third, The effective guidance for enhancing diversity of housing block types and strengthening connections between housing and streets are as follows. -the reducing the percentage of contribution, -the alleviating measure -the alleviating the official restrictions of the collecting units of housing. Forth, the design of block defining structure should be considered from the early stages of its urban design, and it should be supported by the institutional devices. Therefore, to enhance diversity of the types of housing block, the connections between Streets and Housing Design should be first consideration in the housing development.

The goal of this study is to realize the goal of developing a sustainable urban high-density urban type. The open space secured on the ground floor is a space for living dwellers and local residents, and it will have high satisfaction with convenience facilities and welfare facilities. In particular, it can be effective in resolving the heat island phenomenon in the sunshine and view zones and downtown areas by increasing the distance between the residential buildings. In particular, it is possible to create events for residents by creating amenity spaces and green spaces in high-rise buildings, as well as creating green spaces to create architectural spaces in harmony with forests. have. Since the demand for urban density, social, economic and environmental aspects have never been considered qualitatively. In this respect, the results achieved through the objectives of this study will greatly contribute to the creation of an urban environment that has a high floor area even in the city center and can continue to lead a more pleasant and efficient life in economic, social and environmental aspects. The results of this study enable us to obtain practical information on the quality of the city and the compactness, compactness and compressibility of the city in relation to open space, daylight, energy, wind and quality of life. It also allows you to estimate the risks caused by high density and can help you recognize problems that require a high level of consciousness in a compact urban type design. In addition, this can contribute to a more flexible thinking regarding density as a solution for compact buildings.
이동최소자승 중첩 격자 기법과 유전자 알고리듬을 이용한 2차원 구조물의 경감공 위치 최적 설계

항공우주 구조물의 설계 시, 과도한 응력집중을 방지하기 위해 경감공의 위치를 변경해야 하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 이러한 위치 최적 설계를 위해서는 경감공의 위치갱신에 따라 변경된 구조 형상을 반영할 수 있도록 재 모델링을 수행해야 한다. 널리 사용되는 재 모델링 기법으로는 재 격자 생성기법을 들 수 있다. 그러나 구조물의 형상이 변경될 때마다 격자를 재생성 할 경우 많은 시간이 소요되며, 특히 사면체나 삼각형에 비해 좋은 성능을 가진 육면체나 사각형 격자 사용에 제약이 따르게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 이동최소자승법 기반의 중첩 격자 기법과 유전자 알리고리듬을 이용한 새로운 위치 최적 설계 알리고리듬을 제안하였으며, 제안된 위치 최적 설계 알고리듬의 성능을 평가하기 위해 2차원 구조물의 경감공 위치 최적 설계를 수행하였다. In aerospace structural design, the position of lightening hole is often required to be optimized from the initial design in order to avoid an excessive stress concentration. To remodel the updated configuration in optimization procedure, re-meshing procedure is conventionally adopted. However, this approach is time-consuming, and has limitations especially in handling hexahedral or quadrilateral meshes, which are preferred because of their good numerical performances. To attenuate these disadvantages, new optimization scheme is proposed by combining the MLS(Moving Least Squares) based overset method and the genetic algorithm in this work. To test the validity of the proposed optimization scheme, optimizations of positions of lightening holes in 2D structures have been carried out.

The purpose of this study is to research the changed use of space in such region as the Preservation District of Ga Hoei Dong traditional houses in late Yi-Dynasty. After making a survey of the area we analyzed, the dwellers' behavioral needs and the changed use of their space. As a result of the analysis we come to know that the use of space in the Preservation District of Ga Hoei Dong traditional houses has been changed with the social, cultural and economic development. Therefore a thorough study on the traditional house is to be needed continually. And the result indicates the problems between forereign culture and settled one in housing environment. Such problems are to be solved to design a proper housing space in our time.

The behaviors of dwellers in the 1st floor unit is different from it of upper floor unit. in apartmenthouse. But the unit plans of apartmenthouse have been designed all the same in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find the dweller's behaviors of 1st floors unit for design of proper the unit plan for dwellers' life at the 1st floor in the apartmenthouse. The design of first floor units should be considered with changing usage such as children's playroom, cloth altering shop and other needs of dwellers. And therefor the unit has to be designed to give more flexibility to differentiate from upper floors. The using a common entance as main exit to ground floor unit should be replaced with other means such as individual garden or balcony to make best of its feature as ground floor.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the desirable design method of small Apartment House and to find out the information about human behavior to create place that help people accomplish their purposes with a maximum of satisfaction and a minimum of friction and frustration. The major results of this study are as follows; The residents: 1.have stability with territorialization with various methods in Apartment House. 2.maximaze the dwelling unit space three dimensionally. 3.utilize the Apartment House form with a positive change. 4.need a lot of time to have a good dwelling quality. 5.develop new techniques in their convenience, but the designers are not easy to consider them before. Finally, the relationship between the form of dwelling space and the dwelling behavior is cooperative.

This study can contribute to the apartment housing project that enables inhabitants in apartments to have their comfortable dweling space with diversity and individuality. This study takes Participant Observation method that has interviews and analysis based on Field Study Method, Characteristics of life styles in small apartments as the objects of field study are as follows. Public space is privately owned by mutual understanding of their present status. The fact that those things which must be in the house are jutting out disorderly can be understood as a traditional tacit approval. Small space brings a functional multi-use of the space, which can be recognized as a functional non-specialization in the spatial use. Customary life styles still remain heavy though much of our country has been westernized since modernization of the country. And design must be based on traditional and customary life styles, such as family style, daily behaviour, habit of washing, and food life etc.
