Joint angle generally can be measured to check the recovery process in rehabilitation field. This paper suggests to measure joint angle with Infrared sensor based on triangulation principle. We performed various experiments to find the optimal condition of the sensor’s attached distance, height, and angle. The results were compared with commercial goniometer for accuracy. The proposed infrared joint angle sensor can be effectively used in rehabilitation and sport science fields.

The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the transformation of kitchen space and how the importance of this space has been developed, which had been considered as a female-related space, through the analysis of area and integration degree. The selected research domain is focused on 3LDK floor plan layout with the floor area of 105 that is generally distributed in South Korea, and Space Syntax is utilized as a research methodology evaluating Convex Spaces in apartments. As a result of social advancement of women and changes in social awareness, the size of the floor area in living room has been increased. Also, the degree of integration in living room space has risen up than that of DK space since 2006. Therefore, it can be seen that DK space, a female housework space, is transforming into a communal space for family members.

다양한 미생물은 세포와 주변의 과산화를 방지하고 여분의 에너지를 보관하기 위해 ${\alpha}$-acetolactate decarboxylase(ALDC)를 이용해 아세토인을 생성한다. 아세토인은 안전한 식품 향미 개선제이기 때문에 ALDC를 이용한 아세토인 생합성에 많은 산업체가 관심을 가지고 있다. ALDC는 ${\alpha}$-acetolactate의 탈카르복실화 반응을 통해 아세토인을 생산하는 금속 의존 효소이다. 본 논문에서는 고초균 아종 spizizenii의 ALDC(bssALDC) 결정구조를 $1.7{\AA}$ 해상도에서 보고한다. bssALDC는 두 개의 ${\beta}$-sheet가 중앙부를 형성하는 ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ 구조를 가진다. bssALDC는 중앙부의 소수성 상호작용과 주변부의 친수성 상호작용을 통해 이합체를 형성한다. bssALDC는 세 개의 histidine 잔기와 세 개의 물 분자를 이용해 아연 이온에 배위결합한다. 구조와 서열의 비교 분석에 기초하여 아연 이온과 이 주변부 bssALDC 잔기들이 bssALDC의 효소 활성부위임을 제안한다. Acetoin is generated by numerous microorganisms using ${\alpha}$-acetolactate decarboxylase (ALDC) to prevent overacidification of cells and their environment and to store remaining energy. Because acetoin has been used as a safe flavor enhancer in food products, industries have been interested in biotechnological production of acetoin using ALDC. ALDC is a metal-dependent enzyme that produces acetoin from ${\alpha}$-acetolactate through decarboxylation reaction. Here, we report the crystal structure of ALDC from Bacillus subtilis subspecies spizizenii (bssALDC) at $1.7{\AA}$ resolution. bssALDC folds into a two-domain ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ structure where two ${\beta}$-sheets form a central core. bssALDC assembles into a dimer through central hydrophobic interactions and peripheral hydrophilic interactions. bssALDC coordinates a zinc ion using three histidine residues and three water molecules. Based on comparative analyses of ALDC structures and sequences, we propose that the active site of bssALDC includes the zinc ion and its neighboring bssALDC residues.
운동유무가 20 20대 대 성인여성의 FMS FMS점수에 점수에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the stability and balance of the body, mobility complex exercise group and a student group for FMS tests to compare the differences between the two groups to identify its purpose. Method : The subjects of this study FMS measuring D University Physical Therapy, a student enrolled patients (7:7), and 7 patients total of 14 patients was conducted, compound exercise group weekly stretching 10 minutes, the 24 members who have run a complex exercise, 10 minutes of cool down stretching, 20-minute aerobic exercise were included in the study. Result : The results of this study, according to 1) Deep squat, Inline lunge, Trunk Stability Push-up there was significant difference(p<0.05), compound exercise group came out significantly higher. 2) Hurdle Step, Shoulder Mobility Reaching, Active Straight-leg Raise, Rotary stability in measured target these women flexibility because the test items that did not show a significant difference(p>0.05), the two groups averaged compared to the other items were higher. Complex exercise group, a statistically significant difference was overall average. Conclusion : FMS can not be resolved because of a compensatory mechanism to identify disparities and unbalanced movement patterns can help. Therefore, if the FMS and other tests conducted by splicing, will be utilized more profitably, and you will be able to suggest ways that can have a positive impact injury prevention is added to the side to expand the scope of the physical therapist.

This study suggests a new method to detect color information without using spectrophotometer by optical element such as optical fiber, color sensor, and LED. This research aim is to develop a portable color information detection system. It detects the color information and wavelength of the sample in the CIE diagram. In this color information detection system, the wavelength can be calculated with any kind of samples including liquid and solid types without disturbance from surroundings because of selectively measuring reflection, absorption, and transmittance according to the state of the sample. It can be used a colorimeter and partially replace the function of a spectrophotometer.

Human senses have been studied widely. Many studied are being actively conducted to analyze correlations between two or more different senses. Among them, research on tactile visuality where a subject can indirectly experience visual sensation through tactile elements is also progressing in various fields. In this study, we analyzed color information by having subjects perceive sandpapers with different roughness through tactile sense, then having them choose a color that is reminiscent of the tactile sensation. Unlike existing tactile-visuality studies allowing the perception of indirect visual sense by using tactile sense, this study shows that it is possible to analyze with quantitative value by representing visual image perceived by tactile sense as a color. This study will contribute to emotional evaluation research that combines two or more of the senses felt by humans, and especially is considered to be useful as basic data when conducting research about tactile visuality or auditory tactile sense.

The measurement and analysis of angular change have been studied in many fields. This study developed an angle measurement technique with optical fiber and photodiode. The position and attached angle of photodiode were investigated to find the proper combination of parameter. The results showed that the increased measuring range was achieved when the position of detector was away from the center of rotation. Inverse mathematical model was used to obtain angular changes with an optical fiber. The applications of this study include in optical sensor, joint angle measurement, and sport science.
