The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviors of workers in golf resorts. To this end, a total of 250 employees working in four golf courses was conveniently selected using a conveniently sampling method and responded to a survey questionnaire. 220 usable questionnaires were utilized to the final data analyses. Statistical Package of PASW 18.0 was used for data analyses including descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, self-leadership had a significant impact on organizational commitment. Secondly, self-leadership had a significant influence on organizational citizenship behaviors. Lastly, organizational commitment was a significant predictor of organizational citizenship behaviors. Additionally, practical implications of the findings and suggestions were discussed.

한국 근대기 부적의 조형성 -개항 이후 일제강점기 동안 유통된 부적이미지를 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국의 전통 시각이미지로 자리해 온 부적의 근대적 조형성을 고찰하고 있다. 이는 일본에 의한 근대화 이후 전통의 가치가 굴절되었던 시기에 대중적으로 소비되었던 부적의 시각적 특징을 살펴 보는 것으로, 궁극적인 목적은 `전통적 가치의 지속과 현실적 재구성`이라는 관점에서 전통의 시각 언어를 이해할 수 있는 단초를 제공하는데 있다. 근대 부적에 대한 분석은 일제강점기 일본 민속학자들에 의해 저술된 『조선의 귀신』, 『조선무속의 연구』, 작자미상인 『각양부적』에 실린 이미지를 대상으로 했다. 이들 자료는 모두 1920,30년대에 수집된 부적을 기록하고 있다는 점에서 근대 이전시기 부적과의 공통점과 차이점을 살펴볼 수 있는 주요 분석 지표로 작용했다. 이와 함께 부적이 사용된 양상을 살펴보기 위해 무속신앙과 관련된 한국의 근대 일상사 연구 및 해당 문헌 등을 고찰하였다. 연구결과, 근대 부적은 전통의 부적이 내재한 고유의 구성원리를 따르면서 부적 특유의 시각성을 강화하는 조형적 변이를 동반했다. 이전시기보다 한자부적의 자획(字劃)이 선적인 조형요소로 기능함으로써 회화적 형상을 띤 문자부적의 특성이 두드러졌으며, 초월적인 힘을 가시화하기 위한 방편으로 신체 일부를 문자와 연결시키거나 특정 도형과 결합하는 방식을 나타냈다. 이는 계몽운동과 식민정책의 영향으로 집단적 정서와 욕구를 공식화한 이미지로서의 기능은 사회로부터 배격되었으나 주술적 가치를 내재한 고유의 시각성은 오히려 개인의 목적에 따라 심화되었음을 나타낸 것이었다. 즉 근대 부적의 조형성은 근대 이전 집단적 소원에 기초해 형성되었던 특유의 조형성을 기반으로 `근대`라는 시대적 상황에 따른 시각적 구성의 변이를 동반하며 일상의 시각언어로 소용된 것이었다. 이처럼 본 연구는 전통의 가치를 내재한 시각적 형상이 시대적 현실에 반응하여 나타낸 조형적 특징을 고찰함으로써 전통의 시각언어를 새롭게 조명할 수 있는 단초를 제공하고, 나아가 `디자인 분야에서의 한국적 조형의 모색`에 관한 기왕의 연구흐름에 또 다른 시각을 제공하였다는데 의의를 갖는다. The current paper studies the modern visuality of talisman, which has been a traditional visual image in Korea. Looking into the formative characteristics of talismans that were popularly consumed during a period when the traditional values were inflected after modernization forced by Japan, this study ultimately aims to find a clue for understanding Korean traditional visual language in the perspective of "continuation of traditional values and their realistic restruc turing." Analyses on modern talisman were conducted by reviewing images reported in books written by Japanese folklorists during Japanese occupation, such as 『Ghosts in Joseon』, 『Research of Joseon Shamanism』, and 『Various Talismans』, The data in these books are major analytic indices because they contain images of talisman collected at the time, allowing researchers to compare modern talismans with pre-modern ones. In addition, literature on modern daily life in Korea related to shamanism were studied, in order to understand the ways in which the talismans were used. As a result of the research, it was found that a modern talisman was accompanied by a formative variation intensifying a talisman-specific visuality while following a unique constituting principle inherent in a traditional talisman. Particularly, with the number of strokes of Chinese character talisman functioning as a more linear formative element in comparison with earlier times, the characteristic of a character talisman assuming a picturesque shape stood out, and a modern talisman represented a method of connecting a part of the body with a character, or combining it with a specific figure as an expedient for visualizing transcendental power. This shows that while the enlightenment and colonization policies rejected talismans as bearers of images that officialize group sentiments and desires, inherent visuality containing shamanistic values deepened in contrast, depending on individual objectives. Like this, this study has significance in that it provides the beginning, which makes it possible to shed a new light on a traditional visual language, by considering formative characteristics represented by a visual shape embedding traditional value in response to reality of the times, and further provides another perspective to the past & gone research flow on `Inquiry into Korean Moulding in Design Field.`

봉사학습의 유아교육 적용 가능성 탐색

본 연구는 봉사학습과 관련한 국외 유아교육 연구의 문헌분석을 통해 봉사학습의 적용 가능성과 연구 방향을 설정하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 48편의 국외 학술지 논문을 선정하고, 연구주제와 내용을 살펴보는 문헌분석을 실시하였다. 연구주제를 분석한 결과, 봉사학습에 관련한 국외 연구들은 봉사학습의 의의, 교육적 효과, 봉사학습의 적용 측면에서 이루어지고 있는것으로 나타났다. 봉사학습은 유아발달과 교사 전문성 향상에 교육적인 효과를 나타내었고, 교사양성 과정에서 광범위하게 활용되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 유아교육에서 봉사학습의 적용을 활성화하기 위한 방향성을 논의하였다. This literature synthesis incorporates theoretical and empirical literature on early childhood education focusing on service learning. The purpose of the review is to offer implications for research to apply service learning in the field of early childhood education. 48 peer-reviewed articles are included in the research synthesis and are analyzed by research topics and outcomes. The research synthesis reveals the conceptualization and values of service learning, the effects of service learning on children and teachers, and service learning in early childhood education. The review indicates that service learning has been positively linked to child development and teachers`` professional development, and has been extensively used in preservice teacher education. Finally, implications for further research are discussed.

This study alms at analyzing the general characteristics of the seniors to figure out the influence of the health related behavior of the seniors, that is, health acknowledgment, health improvement behavior and health interests in the life the seniors and find out the relationships of their general characteristics, health related behavior, self-esteem and satisfaction of life, looking at the differences of satisfaction of life according to the general characteristics and self-esteem and the factors that influence the satisfaction of life. Delving into the relationships between the health related behavior according to the general characteristics(health perception, health improvement behavior, and health interests) and self-esteem and factors of satisfaction in life, among the health related behavior according to the general features, health perception appeared to affect the health perception when they receive lots of monthly allowances and their subjective physical status is good. Among the health related behavior according to the general features, for the health improvement behavior, female seniors between 60~64, with lots of monthly allowance, with their subjective health status good had good dietary habit, were interested much in exercise, were participating directly in exercise, were active in personal sanitation and disease prevention, had good interpersonal relationships, and were good at controlling their stress. Female seniors were showing more interest in health interests among the health related behavior according to the general features, and there was no significant factor between self-esteems according to the general features. In the satisfaction of life according to the general features, female seniors in their 65~69, with lots of monthly allowances and with good subjective health status showed high satisfaction in life. The satisfaction of life for the seniors appeared high when they are women, when they receive high monthly allowances, their subjective physical status is good, their perception of health is good, they have a lot interest in exercise, they participate directly in exercise, and when they control stress well.

국내 호스피스·완화의료 환자 대상 음악중재연구 내 중재 제시 방법 및 논거 분석

본 연구에서는 국내 호스피스·완화의료 환자 대상 음악중재연구에 제시된 중재 제시 방법 및 중재에 제시된 논거 분석을 통해 기존의 음악 중재가 연구 참여자의 필요에 맞춘 적절한 논거와 전문성에 의해 구성되었는지를 확인하고 향후 호스피스·완화의료 환자 대상 음악중재연구에 있어 갖춰야 할 전문성과 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 선정 기준에 부합하는 총 27편의 논문을 대상으로 연구의 전반적 특성에 대하여 분석한 후 KCI에 등재(후보)된 학술지 내 게재 된 연구 12편을 선정하여 세부 논거 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중재 제시 방법과 논거 제시 수준이 연구자의 학문적 배경에 따라 상이함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 함께 호스피스·완화의료 환경 내 중재는 연구 수 부족, 전문가, 비전문가의 중재 혼용 제공, 윤리적 고려 부족, 중재 제공자의 전문자격 미보유, 중재 제공자의 전문적 역량 부족, 중재 활동과 음악, 악기 사용에 대한 논거 빈약, 중재자의 전문성 및 유연성 부족 등의 문제가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 음악치료가 호스피스·완화의료 환경 내 전문적 분야로 자리할 수 있도록 연구자들 이 전문적 역량을 갖추고 중재 연구 시 활동, 음악, 사용된 악기에 대한 더욱 명확한 논거를 제시하여 치료적 타당성을 갖추어야 하며 근거 기반의 후속 연구가 활발히 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the rationale and format of music therapy interventions with patients receiving hospice or palliative care in Korea. Through this analysis, I examined whether the music intervention used was based on a valid rationale and represented the professionalism expected of today’s music therapy interventions. A total of 12 studies that met the selection criteria were identified, and the overall characteristics of each study and its format were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the rationale for each study and its format were influenced by the author’s research field. The analysis also showed that the research on music-based interventions in hospice or palliative care settings was insufficient and involved a mix of professional and nonprofessional interventions. The results of this study suggest that importance of researchers possessing professional competence which requires offering a clear justification for their choice of interventions, music, and instruments. Additionally, these results emphasize the need for further development of evidence-based music therapy approaches in hospice and palliative care settings as the role of music in supporting patients in these environments has gained increasing recognition and validation.
