As increasing demand for the living environment to promote social health, this study focused on consumers customized rental housing community space. Set the community spatial planning objectives and strategies shown in previous studies to the conceptual model for evaluation of community space. Based on the planning methods and standards of consumers custom community facilities, we analyzed the Seoul consumer customized public rental housing nine cases. Because almost located in the small vacant lot, they had limitations as a base for the local community. Nevertheless, through the arrangement of the building, Child care households increase the chance of contact with the neighbors. In elderly households, welfare facilities strengthen the character of as a base for local community. 1-2 person households situated close to the cultural facilities, by installing a hobby room and gym, was judged to be able to promote the community. Consumer custom rental housing community space evaluation items presented in this study, was set up by analysis of the conceptual model for evaluation of community space and implications of the 9 cases.

In Singapore, the housing penetration rate has dramatically increased from 30% in 1970 to 90% in 1990, which is the basis for stable growth of society. The HDB flats, which houses 80% of the population, has supplied various types of housing from the beginning and has been prevented from slumming through continuous renovation. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the western type of apartment is transformed by the climatic conditions and socio-cultural environment of Singapore. In comparison with the apartment in Korea, which has been established as a typical residential type by the support of the government such as Singapore, By knowing why HDB apartments built in the 1970s and 1980s are still popular today, I would like to find implications for Korea, where reconstruction is an everyday reality. Through this, We expect to be able to gauge the future development of apartments in Southeast Asia. Analysis of 50 planes of popular HDB flats, I found the characteristics: The rapid application of policies, the succession of traditional cultures, the introduction of Western lifestyles, the reflection of society, and the response to hot and humid climates.

Umbilical cord entanglement has been reported to occur in monoamniotic twins. However, it can occur in diamnionic twins due to rupture of the intertwin-dividing membrane, and is a cause for concern. A 31-year-old nullipara visited our hospital at 28+3 weeks gestation. A monochorionic diamniotic twin gestation was diagnosed ultrasonographically by visualizing a thin intertwin-dividing membrane and a single placenta. A cesarean section was performed at 35+3 weeks gestation and concordant twin fetuses with entangled umbilical cords were delivered. Gross examination revealed a single placenta with a ruptured dividing membrane. Our case, along with the other cases, confi rms that antepartum rupture of an intertwin-dividing membrane is a clinical condition that should be considered in all cases of monochorionic diamniotic twin. A careful inspection of the dividing membrane and each cord insertion site should be performed. Once the dividing membrane cannot be easily visualized, the possibility of antepartum rupture should be suspected.
OFDM 레이다에서 딥러닝을 이용한 물체의 거리 및 속도 추정

본 논문은 OFDM 레이다 시스템에서 물체의 거리와 속도를 추정하기 위한 새로운 합성곱 신경망(Convolutional Neural Network, CNN) 기법을 제안한다. 구체적으로, OFDM 레이다를 통해 송신부에서 송신과 동시에 수신도 수행하여 레이다 신호처리를 진행한 후에 물체의 거리와 속도를 추정한다. 제안하는 물체 거리 및 속도 추정 기법인 합성곱 신경망의 구조는 7 개의 합성곱 계층과 1 개의 완전 연결 계층으로 구성된다. 모의 실험에서 제안 기법과 보편적으로 널리 사용되는 CFAR(Constant False Alarm Rate) 기법의 성능을 비교한다. 물체를 SNR(Singnal to Noise Ratio)이 –20dB 부터 10dB 까지 3dB 간격으로 비교 검증을 진행한다. 그 결과, SNR 10dB 에서 64 심볼을 이용하는 경우 제안 기법의 성능이 기존 기법보다 거리오차는 약 6m, 속도오차는 약 9km/h 줄어들었음을 확인한다. 기존 기법과의 비교 이외에 제안 기법을 환경 별로 성능을 비교한 결과, 클러터가 존재하지 않는 환경에서 SNR 10dB 에서 64 심볼일 경우에 거리오차는 약 0.65m, 속도오차는 약 1.10km/h 로 가장 좋은 성능을 보인다.
