고해상도 관측위성의 대용량 영상 데이터 송신용인 2축 짐벌식 X-밴드 안테나는 궤도 임무수행 중 안테나 구동에 따라 미소진동을 유발하며, 이는 관측위성의 영상 품질을 저하시키는 요인 중 하나이기 때문에 반드시 절연되어야 할 대상이다. 본 논문에서는 상기 X-밴드 안테나의 방위각 구동에 따른 미소진동절연과 동시에 기존에 제안된 티타늄 블레이드 기어가 소성변형에 취약한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 초탄성 형상기억합금 (SMA)을 활용한 메쉬 와셔 기어를 제안하였다. 상기 SMA 메쉬 와셔 기어의 기본 특성을 파악하기 위해 SMA 메쉬 와셔 두께방향 정하중 시험과 SMA 메쉬 와셔 기어 수준의 회전방향정하중 시험을 실시하였다. 아울러 안테나 조립체 수준의 미소진동 측정시험을 통해 제안된 SMA 메쉬와셔 기어의 진동절연이 효과적임을 입증하였다. A two-axis gimbal-type X-band antenna is widely used to transmit bulk image data from high-resolution observation satellites. However, undesirable microvibrations induced by driving the antenna should be attenuated, because they are a main cause of image-quality degradation of the observation satellite. In this study, a pseudoelastic memory alloy (SMA) gear was proposed to attenuate the microvibrations by driving the antenna in an azimuth angle. In addition, the proposed gear can overcome the limitations of the conventional titanium blade gear, which is not still enough and is vulnerable to plastic deformations under excessive torque. To investigate the basic characteristics of the proposed SMA mesh washer gear, a static load test was performed on the thickness of the SMA mesh washer and the rotation of the gear. Moreover, The microvibration measurement test demonstrated that the SMA mesh washer gear proposed in this study is effective for microvibration attenuation.

차세대 중형위성에 탑재되는 2축 짐벌식 안테나는 고해상도 영상정보를 효율적으로 지상국에 송신하기 위해 적용된다. 본 연구에서는 발사 진동환경에서 상기 2축 짐벌식 안테나의 구조 건전성을 보장하기 위해 발사구속장치의 적용을 포함한 구조설계를 수행하였으며, 이에 대한 설계유효성을 입증하고자 구조해석을 실시하였다. 우선 모드 해석을 통해 발사 및 궤도환경 하에서 발사구속장치가 각각 구속 및 해제됨에 따른 안테나의 동적응답특성을 예측하였다. 또한 준정적 해석을 통해 안테나 조립체에 대한 구조 건전성을 검토하였으며, 안테나 기저면과 위성체간의 체결부 I/F에 적용된 볼트에 대한 구조 건전성을 검토하였다. 마지막으로 발사구속장치의 구속력에 따라 Ball & Socket Interface의 소켓과 볼트머리 간에 발생하는 이격 (Gapping)을 비롯해 상기 Interface에 적용된 볼트 자체의 안전여유를 산출하여 발사구속장치의 적정 구속력 범위를 결정하였다. A two-axis gimbal-type antenna for a Compact Advanced Satellite (CAS) is used to efficiently transmit high resolution image data to a ground station. In this study, we designed the structure of a two-axis gimbal-type antenna while applying a launch lock device to secure its structural safety under a launch environment. To validate the effectiveness of the structural design, a structural analysis of the antenna was performed. First, a modal analysis was performed to investigate the dynamic responses of the antenna with and without the mechanical constraints of the launch lock device. In addition, a quasi-static analysis was performed to confirm the structural safety of the antenna structure and bolt I/Fs between the antenna base and the satellite. The suitable range of constraint force on the launch lock device was also determined to ensure the structural safety and mechanical gapping of the ball & socket interfaces, which places multi-constraints on the azimuth and elevation stage of the antenna.
콜라겐 젤과 성장인자 전처치 및 피복재료가 다공성안와삽입물의 섬유혈관증식에 미치는 효과

Purpose: To determine the effect of bFGF complexed collagen gel, which allows constant release of bFGF along with biodegradation of the collagen gel. The specific study purpose was to determine whether it can accelerate the fibrovascular ingrowth into wrapped HA-coated porous alumina and to verify the safety of new wrapping materials. Synthetic polyester-urethane (Neuropatch?) and lyophilized bovine pericardium (Lyoplant?) were compared to donor sclera for the fibrovascular ingrowth into HA-coated porous alumina. Methods: The experimental and control groups, each consisting of 9 rabbits were wrapped with each wrapping materials (3 rabbits per wrapping material). The experimental group underwent pretreatment of bFGF-collagen gel while the control group did not. The fibrovascular ingrowth was compared at 2 and 4 weeks after implantation. Western blot analysis was conducted at 4 weeks using antibodies against CD141 and laminin. The rate of fibrovascular ingrowth was fastest in orbital implant wrapped with Lyoplant?. Results: Histopathologic examinations at 2 weeks showed no differences in distance and percentage area of fibrovascular ingrowth. Histopathologic examinations at 4 weeks showed that pretreatment of bFGF-collagen gel increased the fibrovascular ingrowth in the experimental group. Western blot analysis on experimental group also showed that the expressions of CD141 and laminin were increased by bFGF-collagen gel, thereby indicating that the fibrovascular proliferations were accelerated by bFGF released from the complex. Conclusions: bFGF-collagen gel increased the rate and degree of fibrovascular growth into hydroxyapatite- coated porous alumina by releasing bFGF as the collagen gel biodegraded. Both Lyoplant? and Neuropatch? were evaluated as safe for substitution of the donor sclera.

차세대 중형위성에 탑재되는 2축 짐벌형 X-밴드 안테나는 대용량 영상정보 송신 안테나로, 위성의 자세와 궤도 운동과 무관하게 자세 및 안테나 지향각에 따라 방위각 축과 고각축이 동시에 회전 구동하여 지상안테나를 지향하게 된다. 상기 안테나는 위성체 외부에 극심한 온도차를 보이는 궤도 열환경에 노출되며, 안테나 및 주요 구성품이 허용온도 범위 내를 유지할 수 있도록 열설계를 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 2축 짐벌형 X-밴드 안테나의 열설계 유효성을 해석적으로 요구조건을 만족함을 확인하였으며, 시스템 열진공 시험 조건해석 및 궤도 운용조건에서의 열해석을 수행하여 히터 용량 및 듀티 사이클을 도출하였다. 아울러, 상기 안테나의 핵심 주요 구성품에 대한 허용온도 요구조건 충족 여부를 확인하였다. A two-axis gimbal-type X-band antenna for CAS(Compact Advanced Satellite) transmits large amount of image data to ground station regardless of satellite attitude and orbital motion. This antenna mounted on the external surface of the satellite is directly exposed to the extreme space with thermal environment during the orbital operation. Therefore, a proper thermal design is needed to maintain the antenna itself as well as other main components within allowable temperature range. In this study, the thermal design effectiveness of two-axis gimbal X-band antenna was verified through the thermal analysis. In addition, required power and duty cycle of heater were estimated through the thermal analysis under conditions of system level thermal vacuum test and on-orbit thermal environment. The thermal analysis results indicated that all the main components of X-band antenna satisfy the allowable temperature requirement.

As the previous research for developing prefabricated envelope system, this paper aims to analyze the characteristics of existing public buildings envelope in Korea. The survey was conducted by using web portal site “road view” function after appropriate sample design. Based on survey, the envelope chracteristics were categorized into 7 items which the orientation of enterance, shape of plan, envelope design pattern, opening type, window to wall ratio, envelope construction method, window alignment with wall and window type. We will use this results for deriving representative types of public building envelope and prefabricated envelope module design.
인삼패독산(人蔘敗毒散) 및 발효인삼패독산의 급성독성 연구

Objective : This study was carried out to investigate the acute toxicity and safety of Insampaedok-san and Fermented Insampaedok-san. Methods : SPF ICR male and female mice were administered orally with Insampaedok-san and Fermented Insampaedok-san. of 0(control group), 1,250, 2,500 and 5,000 mg/kg. After single administration, we daily examined number of deaths, clinical signs, gross findings and changes of body weight for 14 days. Hematological parameters and isolated organ weights were determined after 14 days of administration. Results : No dead animal and no significant changes of body weights were found during experimental period. In addition, no differences were found between control and all of treated groups in clinical signs, organ weights, hematology, and other findings. Conclusions : Insampaedok-san and Fermented Insampaedok-san. did not show any toxic effects and oral $LD_{50}$ values of the extracts was over 5,000 mg/kg in ICR mice.
후천성 면역부전증에 병발한 원발성 중추신경계 림프종 1예

저자들은 인간면역부전바이러스 검사 양성, cryptosporidiosis로 후천성면역부전증을 진단받은 환자에서 나타난 원발성 중추신경계 림프종을 경험하였기에 이를 보고한다. A 43-year old man with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome was admitted to this hospital because of cognition defect. The patient with a history of homosexual behaviour developed acquired immunodeficiency syndrome seven months before this admission, when he was positive for HIV test, had cryptosporidiosis and suspicious pulmonary tuberculosis. One week before admission, fever, cognition defect, including inappropriate response and memory disturbance, and ptosis of the left eye developed. Brain MRI showed an ill-defined, rim enhancing lesion in the left mid brain and both thalami. Stereotaxic brain biopsy showed malignant lymphoma with monoclonal T cell phenotype on nested PCR and immunohistochemistry. Brain radiotherapy of 6120 rad was delivered, which resulted in stable disease. We report the first case with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and primary central nervous system lymphoma in Korea.
