스마트폰 제조사 CI컬러인식이 기업이미지, 기업태도, 제품구매의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 스마트폰 제조사들의 CI컬러에 대한 수용자들의 인식이 제품구매의도에 미치는 직접적인 영향과 함께 기업이미지와 기업태도를 매개로 하여 제품구매의도에 미치는 간접적 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또한 개인이 선호하는 컬러와 제조사의 CI컬러 간의 일치여부가 기업이미지, 기업태도, 제품구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 추가적으로 검증하였다. 316명의 온라인 패널에게 수집한 자료를 이용하여 분석을 실시한 결과, CI컬러인식은 제품구매에 직접적인 영향력이 없었으며, 반면에 매개변인인 기업이미지와 기업태도를 거쳐 제품구매의도에 간접적으로 유의미한 영향력을 미쳤다. 즉, CI컬러인식과 기업이미지 간, 기업이미지와 기업태도 간, 기업태도와 제품구매의도 간에 유의미한 정적 관계가 발견되었다. 한편, 선호컬러와 CI컬러 간 일치여부에 따라서 기업이미지, 기업태도, 제품구매의도에서 유의미한 차이가 발생하지 않았다. This study explored the direct and indirect effects of the CI color perception regarding smart-phone companies on the purchase intention through mediating variables such as corporate image and corporate attitude. Additionally, this study examined the effect of congruence between individual preference color and CI color on corporate image, corporate attitude and purchase intention. Results from structural analysis using the online survey data from 316 panel suggested that CI color perception indirectly affected purchase intention mediated by corporate image and corporate attitude. The significant relationships were found between CI color perception and corporate image, corporate image and corporate attitude, and corporate attitude and purchase intention. The effect of congruence between individual preference color and CI color was not found.
조피볼락(Sebastes schlegelii)의 성장, 사료 섭취, 체성분 및 혈액성상에 미치는 사료 공급 횟수의 영향

The effects of feeding frequency on the growth, food consumption, body composition, and hematological response of the Korean rockfish Sebastes schlegelii were investigated for 77 days at ambient water temperatures (17.2-24.5℃) in a sea cage in Tongyeong, Korea. Three replicate groups of fish were hand-fed to satiation with a commercial diet in one of four different feeding frequency trials (one meal every 2 days, and one, two and three meals per day). At the end of the experiment, the mean weight gain, specific growth rate, and daily feed intake of fish fed one and two meals per day were significantly higher than those of fish fed one meal every 2 days or three meals per day. The feed efficiency of the fish fed three meals per day was significantly lower than that of the fish in the other groups. The glucose concentration of fish fed one meal every 2 days was significantly higher than that of the other groups. We conclude that the optimum feeding frequency for improving the growth of Korean rockfish weighing 100-200 g reared in sea cages is one meal per day under our experimental conditions.
순환여과식 내 수온에 따른 돌돔(Oplegnathus fasciatus) 치어의 절식 및 식후 암모니아 배설

This study investigated diurnal fasting and postprandial total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) excretion rates in juvenile Oplegnathus fasciatus (rock bream; mean body weight 45.8±1.1 g) at three temperatures (15, 20, and 25°C) in a recirculating system (three replicates). The fish were hand-fed twice daily (09:00 and 17:00 h) with commercial food (46.7% protein) until satiation. The results showed that the fasting and postprandial TAN excretion rates were temperature-dependent. The mean hourly rates were 7.7 (15°C), 10.2 (20°C), and 11.9 (25°C) mg kg fish<sup>-1</sup> h<sup>-1</sup> for fasting and 34.0 (15°C), 47.8 (20°C), and 60.2 (25°C) mg kg fish<sup>-1</sup> h<sup>-1</sup> for postprandial. At each temperature, two postprandial TAN excretion peaks were observed 2-4 h after feeding; the second peak was always higher. The TAN loss to nitrogen consumption ratio was 41.1-46.8 % and increased significantly with increasing temperature. Temperature affected fasting and postprandial TAN excretion in juvenile rock bream, providing insight for culture management.
