광역철도의 SKIP-STOP 운영에서 최적 열차패턴 및 차량요소 산정을 위한 정량분석 연구

Recently, in the metro railways, researches on the skip-stop operation and development of the double deck train-set are active, which is to improve the service quality through reducing the passenger travel time and suppling seating service. Constructing new line or reforming the existent line needs huge amount of budget. Therefore, previous to start these large scale projects, scrutiny on benefit improvement, cost reduction and those optimal trade-off is indispensable. In this paper, a quantitative analysis to determine the optimal train service patterns and train-sets necessary is proposed, under the skip-stop operation condition in the metro railways. The analysis models are formulated in mathematical programming model, and tested validity using the LINGO 7.0.

The dwell time and the passenger flow time are surveyed on the definition, affecting factors, several conclusions, and the forecasting models based on the regression. Also, the results of the field survey and analysis are presented for the congested subway stations in Seoul. It is claimed that the comprehensive research should be fulfilled on the passenger flow for the Korean case itself, since the results are quite different from the results from, Moreover, the result is a important factor for the economic assessment of construction or renewal of the rail line.

This paper addresses the mathematical model of the long-term track tamping scheduling problem in the railway system. The proposed model is analyzed in problem size, then three solution approaches (relaxation, decomposition, and heuristic) are presented at the sketch level.
최적화 해법을 이용한 열차경합 해소와 한국철도 적용방안

열차경합의 사전검지 및 해소 시스템(Railway Conflict Detection and Resolution System, RCDRS)은 열차운행관리 시스템(Railway Traffic Management System, RTMS)의 최상위 의사결정지원 모듈이다. 본 논문에서는 한국철도에서 RCDRS의 필요성과 국외 적용현황 및 기존 연구현황을 분석한다. 또 RCDRS를 한국철도에 적용하기 위한 전반적인 방안을 한국철도 주요 노선별 열차운영 여건을 고려하여 제시한다. 또, 철도청에서 실시하는 ‘사령실 통합 신호설비 시설’ 사업에 관한 RCDRS의 1단계 적용방안을 제시한다.
