        콩나물의 재배기간에 따른 NDF에 결합된 미량 무기질의 변화와 추정이용률

        본 연구는 한국인이 많이 섭취하는 채소류의 하나인 콩나물을 재배기간 1, 3, 5일에 따라 자엽과 배축으로 분리하고 cell wall에 결합된 Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn의 함량을 측정하여 간과하기 쉬운 미량 무기질의 이용률을 추론하고자 실시하였다. 자엽의 NDF에 결합된 미량 무기질은 Mn을 제외하고 모두 5일째에 가장 적게 결합되어 있었고, 배축에서는 Cu와 Mn이 5일째에 많이 결합되어 있었으며 Fe과 Zn은 재배기간이 증가할수록 결합 정도가 유의적으로 감소하였다. 또한 자엽과 배축에서의 추정이용률을 보면 자엽에서 Cu, Fe 및 Zn은 재배기간이 증가할수록 높은 이용률을 보였고 Mn은 1, 3, 5일째 모두 99% 이상의 매우 높은 이용률을 보여 콩나물자엽에 있어서 특히나 Mn 자원으로서의 그 이용이 기대될것으로 판단되었다. 배축에서는 Cu와 Fe이 다소 낮은 이용률을 보였지만 Mn과 Zn은 3일째에 95% 이상으로 추정이용률이 높았다. This study was conducted to determine contents and estimated availabilities of trace minerals (Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn) in soybean sprouts depending on culture periods such as 1, 3 and 5 days. The proportional changes of Cu estimated availability in cotyledon were between 57.31 and 98.34%, between 63.69 and 82.56% for Fe, 99.19 and 99.82% for Mn and 48.60 and 94.56% for Zn, respectively, based on dry matter. The estimated availabilities of Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn in hypocotyl were between 34.63 and 56.0%, 20.74 and 40.33%, 86.5 and 95.88%, and 96.11 and 96.61%, respectively, on dry matter basis.

        콩나물 재배기간과 부위에 따른 NDF에 결합된 다량 무기질의 추정이용율

        본 연구는 콩나물을 재배기간과 부위별에 따라 나누고 cell wall에 결합된 다량 무기질의 함량을 측정하여 추정이용률을 추론하고자 실시하였다. 재배기간 1, 3, 5일차의 콩나물을 채취하여 자엽과 배축으로 분리한 뒤 화학적 방법으로 식이섬유를 분석하고, 중성세제섬유(neutral detergent fiber, NDF)에 결합된 다량 무기질(Ca, P, K, Mg)을 건식분해법으로 분석하여 평가하였다. 자엽과 배축에서의 추정이용률은 Ca이 자엽에서 1일째 97.73%, 3일째 98.44%, 5일째 98.34%로 매우 높았고 P은 1일째 90.98%, 3일째 93.14%, 5일째 94.67%로 Ca보다는 다소 낮은 이용률이었지만 모두 90% 이상의 높은 이용률이었다. K과 Mg의 추정이용률 역시 각각 97.73~98.70%, 98.61~99.11%로 매우 높았다. 또한 배축에서는 Ca이 1일째에는 89.50%였으나 5일째에서는 77.79%로 약간 감소하였으나 그 외 P, K, Mg은 3일째에서 5일째로 시간이 경과함에 따라 추정이용률이 증가하였다. This study was performed to evaluate contents and estimated availabilities of major minerals (Ca, P, K, Mg) in soybean sprouts. Two different sampling parts (cotyledon and hypocotyl), and three culture periods (1, 3, and 5 days) were evaluated. Results indicated that Mg (99.11%) from cotyledon for 5 days culture period was significantly higher than Ca (98.34%), P (97.67%), and K (98.70%). Percent average Mg estimated availability of 5 days cultured hypocotyl was also significantly higher than that of Ca (77.79%), P (91.91%), and K (96.80%). Therefore, the current results indicate that decreased Ca estimated availability in hypocotyl was time dependent and the cotyledon may be the better source for the estimated availability of major minerals than the hypocotyl of soybean sprouts because more than 90% of the major minerals was estimated availability.

        운모기판을 이용한 다결정 Si 전이막 성장 연구

        We investigated the growth feasibility of polycrystalline Si film on mica substrate for the transfer of the layer to a plastic substrate. The annealing temperature was limited up to $600^{\circ}C$ because of crack development in the mica substrate. Amorphous Si film was deposited on mica substrate by PECVD and was crystallized by furnace annealing. During the annealing, bubbles were formed at the Si/mica interface. The bubble formation was avoided by the Ar-plasma treatment before amorphous Si deposition. A uniform and clean polycrystalline Si film was obtained by coating $NiCl_2$ on the amorphous Si film and annealing at $500^{\circ}C$ for 10 h. The conventional Si lithography was possible on the mica substrate and the devices fabricated on the substrate could be transferred to a plastic substrate.

        The purpose of this study intended for the disabled using wheel chairs is to analyze the element of barriers in the respect of pedestrian accessibility to the public facilities in urban districts. First of all, a sidewalk is hard for the disabled to move around due to a variety of obstacles such as crossroads intercepting the continuity of sidewalk and the uneven objects placed on the sidewalk. Likewise, the sidewalk rarely has amenities like pay phones, drinking fountains, benches. There are a lot of difficulties in accessing public facilities, for example, public agencies, restaurants, convenience stores. Therefore, the procedures for the study are as followings : It investigates the prerequisite data just like not only activity scale of the disabled using wheel chairs but also installation criteria of public facilities on the sidewalk. Next this research finds out what the disabled using wheel chairs feel inconvenience in the process of movement. Lastly, it evaluates the existing urban planning of the sidewalk in terms of considering connection, accessibility, convenience based on the concept of "Barrier Free" and focuses on inventing improvable devices for walking environment of the disabled.

        This study aims to analysis and appreciate the administrative system of street furniture in Korea and to propose the method to improve the system. Street furniture is an important component of street environment, thus to improve the quality of street furniture is essential to improve the overall situation of urban street. The present state of street furniture in Korea shows some problems related to design, function, and so on. These problems are not treated in itself, but treated in relation with its administrative system because the problems are the results of the system. Firstly, there are no integrated organization which can coordinate the overall system dealt with establishment, operation and supervision of street furniture. Second of all, they have no specific guidelines for handling the street furniture. Lastly, there are some differences between public and private facilities and between region which have profitability and one which does not have. Recently, there are some endeavors to improve street furniture including establishment of laws and codes and organization of committee and bureau; however these attempts are nothing but initiative steps. The coordinated street furniture system of Boston and Toronto is a good example. To improve the administrative system of street furniture, first of all, the integrated organization to control overall system should be established, and the specific guideline to make, operate and supervise the street furniture should be prepared. Additionally, it is necessary to have a flexible system to response the diverse urban situation.
