20kW급 건물 태양광발전시스템의 기상요소에 따른 성능분석 및 BEMS 연계 방안

As renewable energy is emerging as an alternative to climate change and power shortages, the government is trying to expand it through laws, standards, etc. In particular, photovoltaic power system is a representative renewable energy used in buildings. Photovoltaic power system can be used to manage about building energy consumption with BEMS(building energy management system). Parameters affecting photovoltaic power are classified into meteorology, geography and equipment. Among these parameters, geographical parameters and equipment parameters are determined at the design phase before the installation of the photovoltaic power system, but meteorological parameters have influence on photovoltaic power at the operating phase. In this paper, 20kW building photovoltaic system is analyzed performance by meteorological parameters and reviewed the connection methods with BEMS for efficient building energy management.

Buildings should meet the design standard for preventing the energy loss in the heating and heat insulating part at the architectural design phase. Korean government has gradually strengthened the building design standards for goals of zero energy house in 2025. Design standard of Korean government presents the regional classification by climatic conditions in consideration of the heating and heat insulating properties. However, the regional classification has the wide deviation of the group because the region is simply classified into three groups. These regional classification can cause significant energy loss problems due to over- and under-capacity calculation of cooling and heating system in the building. In this paper, A result, which reviewed regional classification in Korean government’s design standards by using the design outdoor temperature of 32 cities provided by the ASHRAE, showed the need of improvement because of regional differences in climate. For this reason, we proposed three improvement methods of the regional classification consisting of less than five groups for the design standard.
대만에서의 문화한류, 관광자태도, 재방문의도 간 관계연구 : 태도의 매개효과

본 연구는 대만 내에서의 한류, 관광자 태도, 재방문의도 간 영향 관계를 파악하고, 관광자 태도의 매개효과를 실증하기 위하여 진행되었다. 이러한 연구목표 아래에 2019년 7월 23일부터 8월 22일까지 한국을 방문하여 서울 및 수도권 패키지 관광을 진행한 대만인들을 대상으로 총 200부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 중 154부의 데이터를 코딩하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모델분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대만에서의 문화한류는 관광자 태도와 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 태도는 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 관광자 태도가 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는데 있어 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그동안 부족하였던 대만 내에서의 한류 현황을 세밀하게 파악 및 정리하여 이론적 토대를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 대만 관련 한류 연구확장에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 대만 관광객들의 유치 중요성이 커짐에 따라 대만 관광객을 유치하기 위하여 마케팅계획을 실시하기 전 실무자들에게 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among cultural Hallyu in Taiwan, tourist attitude, and revisit intention. It also aims to study the mediating effect of tourist attitude. The 200 visitors from Taiwan were selected to respond to survey questionnaires. After data coding, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis were carried out with 154 responses. As a result, cultural Hallyu in Taiwan influenced on tourist attitude. Cultural Hallyu in Taiwan also influenced on revisit intention. In case of tourist attitude, it influenced on revisit intention and also had mediating effect on the relationship between cultural Hallyu in Taiwan and revisit intention. This research is expected to broaden the studies of cultural Hallyu regarding Taiwan by providing theoretical guidelines. It is also expected to give practical guidelines for tourism marketers who need to invite more Taiwan visitors, because Taiwan tourists are very important in Korean tourism markets now.

This study compared the heating energy of the apartment reference model with 26 Korean cities. The apartment reference model was developed using the Performance Evaluation of Eco-friendly Homes data of new apartment houses from 2012 to 2015. The heating energy of the reference model were shown by the maximum heating load and heating energy demand, which were calculated based on 26 cities’ standard weather data and the regional thermal insulation performance of building envelope standards. Averagely in the central, southern and Jeju region, heating energy demand of the model using the energy-saving design standards is 31.9, 26.4 and 22.4 kWh/㎡․yr, and heating energy demand of the model using the alternative design standard is 21.7, 16.8 and 13.1 kWh/㎡․yr, respectively. The heating energy of the model with 26 cities shows that the regional thermal insulation performance of building envelope standards has to be enhanced to meet the requirement of the passive house.
