        PEG를 가소제로 사용한 장용성 연질캡슐의 코팅 품질 특성

        본 연구에서는 장용성 연질캡슐 코팅가소제로서 PEG(polyethylene glycol)의 활용가능성에 대하여 알아보고자 PEG의 분자량 및 첨가 농도에 따른 코팅 품질을 확인하였으며, 기존에 보고된 가소제인 AMG(acetylated monoglyceride)와 triacetin을 사용하여 코팅된 장용성 연질캡슐의 품질 특성을 비교하였다. PEG 분자량(400, 4,000, 6,000)에 따른 코팅 품질에는 큰 차이가 없었으나 PEG 첨가 농도의 경우 고형분 대비 5% PEG를 사용한 코팅에서는 연질캡슐피막 접착부에서 코팅 필름 갈라짐이 발생하였으며, PEG 첨가량이 낮을수록 인공장액에서의 붕해시간이 연장되고 백색도가 증가하는 결과를 나타내었다. 용출시험에서 용출의 초기 구간(30~90분)에서는 PEG의 용출 속도가 상대적으로 빠른 모습을 나타내었으며, PEG, AMG 및 triacetin 간의 유의적 차이가 일부 시점에서 관찰되었으나 전체적인 용출 양상은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 PEG 코팅에 비해 AMG와 triacetin 코팅의 경우 백색도가 유의적으로 높았고 가속조건인 고온다습한 환경에서 2개월간 보관 후에 코팅 필름이 갈라졌으며, 붕해시험에서 부적합한 결과를 확인하였다. 결론적으로 우수한 물리?화학적 특성으로 의약품 등에 널리 사용되는 첨가제인 PEG는 장용성 연질캡슐 코팅가소제로서 활용가능성이 충분하다고 판단하였다. We investigated the applicability of polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a plasticizer in enteric-coated soft capsules based on determination of quality characteristics according to molecular weight and concentration of enteric-coating PEG solution. There was no difference according to molecular weight of PEG, whereas a low PEG concentration in the enteric-coating solution was associated with higher whiteness index and slower disintegration time in pH 6.8 media. Brittleness was observed in the coating film at seam areas in 5% PEG enteric-coating solution after 2 weeks of storage at room temperature. The enteric-coating properties of PEG were compared with those of acetylated monoglyceride (AMG) and triacetin, which are enteric-coating plasticizers. Enteric-coated soft capsule containing PEG as a plasticizer showed a lower whiteness index and faster dissolution profile than AMG and triacetin. Moreover, enteric-coated soft capsule containing AMG and triacetin as plasticizers showed coating film brittleness at seam areas after 2 months of accelerated storage [40°C, relative humidity (RH) 75%] but no difference at room temperature storage (25°C, RH 60%). The present study suggests that concentration of PEG is important to determine enteric-coating quality, regardless of the molecular weight of PEG. In conclusion, PEG has potential as a plasticizer due to its transparency and storage stability in enteric-coated soft capsules.

        웹기반 고객효용 측정시스템에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develope the marketing decision making support system that can effectively estimate customer utility in terms of interactive communication with customer by using the information system like internet. Interactive communication using internet reduces the large portion of respondent burden in responding to the complicate questions in conjoint research. The system collect the data allowing respondents choose the most preferred among four possible products generated by orthogonal design in conjoint analysis and shown in the computer screen instead of sorting many products in terms of their preference. Respondents are not forced to answer all the fixed number of questions. Rather they can stop answering the questions at any moment. When the information obtain from respondents are not enough, the system will infer the information necessary to analyze the respondent`s utility from the existing response database using case based reasoning technique. The contribution of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, this study is a meaningful attempt to improve marketing research method. In the traditional conjoint analysis the number of cards generated was the great burden of respondent, which was greatly reduced by the computerized system developed in this study. However the forecasting accuracy of the system was as good as the model generated by the traditional method. Secondly, the system enable to use the accumulated customer utility data in developing diverse marketing activities such as market segmentation, new product development, and market simulations. Thirdly, the system can recommend the products according to the customer utility estimated. It will increase customer`s satisfaction but reduce the company`s sales expenses. Lastly, by analyzing the utility data in the database, the company can develop various database marketing and customer relationship management strategies.

        청년농업인의 영농정착 성공 특성 및 영농수준에 관한 연구

        This paper is a study on characteristics of establishment in farming and farming level of young farmers focusing on excellent examples of alumnus of Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries(KNCAF). Above all, major success characteristics of excellent cases are as follows. First, They make an effort to secure of agriculture competitiveness through an increase in farm size, and then strive for their specialty. Second, They are leading value based agriculture through an innovations in techniques. According to analysis results, KNCAF’s excellent examples of alumnus have the following features: aim at environmentally-friendly agriculture, actively introduction of new technology, planning of development for the 6<SUP>th</SUP> industry, continued research activity, community reinvigoration and leading development of agriculture through active network. Finally, This result in various certifications and awards(environmentfriendly certification, HACCP certification, non antibiotic/pesticide-free certification, organic certification etc.). The growth phases of graduate farmers showing the above-mentioned characteristics are examined as follows. They are evenly distributed from inflow phase to stabilization phase. And there is strong possibility of entering the management transfer phase where they participate in successor training such as on-the-job training in the future. Therefore, there is necessity of additional curriculum that can satisfy the demand for advanced education in order that they grow the core people and leader of farm village. To this end, after graduation, it is necessary to develop evaluation indicators according to growth phases of young farmers, and as a result, the extended curriculum should be specifically examined.

        양돈브랜드 경영체 우수 브랜드 품질관리 전략

        This study attempts to suggest marketing strategies of pork brands by analyzing factors, which is important in brand quality management. For this purpose, this study compares the pork brand evaluation standards of the Korea National Council of Consumer Organizations (KNCCO) with excellent pork brands in production and marketing perspective. The results show that farmers and retailers have a different idea for excellent pork brands from KNCCO’s evaluation standards. That is because while farmers and retailers has responded to the changes in consumers’ needs, KNCCO has sticked to more than 10 years old standards. Therefore, the pork brand business should manage its production and marketing in the standards meeting the current market needs in order to improve its brand values instead of following the KNCCO’s evaluation standards.

        체험품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        The specific goals of this study are as follows: First, we develop the items to measure the quality of rural tourism experience based on the Pine and Gilmore's experience economy theory and related literatures. Second, we examine the quality of experience is more important than it of service as Pine and Gilmore suggested. Third, we investigate which experience quality factors are more important in the farm tourism. Finally, we investigate the quality of experience affect on the visitors satisfaction. The results show that the importance of experience quality was more high than the service quality importance among the farm tourists. The effect of the four kinds of experience quality factors on customer satisfaction appears statistically significant. And the quality of experience results in very important factor affecting on the visitors satisfaction.         지역대학교 참여형 소규모 농업인 온라인 직거래 지원방안

        농산물 직거래는 중간상의 마진이 생산자의 수익과 소비자의 가격인하로 흡수되어 유통구조의 효율성을 증대시키기 때문에 우리나라 정부는 농산물 직거래를 장려하고 있다. 그렇지만 생산자의 정보화 능력 부족으로 인해 인터넷, SNS, 블로그를 이용한 직거래는 활성화되지 못했다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 정보화 능력이 좋은 지역대학생과 지역대학교를 직거래에 참여시키는 비즈니스모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 지역대학교 및 대학생, 생산자, 소비자 등 세 주체로 구성된다. 생산자는 정보화를 이용하여 직거래를 하고자 하는 농업인 및 농업인의 협동조합, 소비자는 직거래 농산물을 사려는 고객, 지역대학교 및 대학생은 생산자 인근의 대학교가 된다. 세 주체의 역할을 정립하고, 이를 충주의 사과농가와 건국대 글로컬캠퍼스에 적용해보았다. 적용한 결과 사과농가에의 적용은 문제가 없었고, 지역대학교의 능력은 충분한 것으로 드러났다. 이 연구의 결과는 농산물 직거래를 활성화시키는 좋은 방안의 하나로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. Korea Government have encouraged the direct dealing for agricultural products, because it makes a efficiency of distribution channel increased so that transfer intermediary margin to producers" profit and consumers" price down. However, the direct dealing using the Internet, SNS and blog have not being able to go well due to lack of information capability of small scale farmers. To solve the problem, in our research, we suggest a business model that producers collaborate with local university in rural area and students with good information capability of that university. Three participants make this business model up, that is, producers, consumers, and local university and their students. Producers, in the business model, are small scale farmers or cooperative association of small scale farmers who willing to deal with consumers using information and communication technology. Consumers are want to buy products through direct dealing with farmers. And, local universities are able to become an university which is adjacent to producers and capable to support producers technically. Finally, students of the local university have to ability to operate information service, just like web site, SNS and blog, on be half of small scale farmers. We designed three participant"s role. And we applied to real case. Producers of real case are apple farmers in Chungju and local university is Glocal campus of Konkuk University in same city. As a result, apple farmers want to take part favorably and Glocal campus of Konkuk University has a enough degree of competence to conduct the business model. We look forward to contribute that this study enhance a efficiency of agricultural products distribution.
