대장악성종양수술 후 배변장애에 대한 치험 1례

In July, 2000, A 71-year-old man complained of these symptoms: frequent defecation, urgent need to defecate, fecal leakage, anal pain, flatus, and diarrhea after surgery for colorectal cancer. The symptoms are caused specifically by injury to the bowel and sphincter function. The patient suffered physically and psychologically; but, there was no special treatment in western medicine. Therefore, we treated him with electrical acupuncture for the management of sphincter tone and the alleviation of anal pain. We also treated him with herbal medicine for the recovery of strength and gastro-colic function. As a consequence of these treatments, the bowel disorders improved immediately and successfully, even though there were some limitations. So, We report this case with a brief review of related literatures.

신경절세포 부신경절종은 드물게 발생하는 신경내분비 종양으로 양성 질환으로 간주되어 왔다. 그러나 림프절전이나 기타 타 장기로의 원격전이가 확인된 예도 보고되고 있어 반드시 원격전이 가능성을 고려해야 한다. 신경절세포 부신경절종은 내시경 소견만으로는 진단이 어렵고 결국 조직학적 진단이 반드시 필요하다. 최근 저자들은 내시경 유두부절제술 후 2년 동안 재발을 보이지 않는 점막하 종양 형태를 가진 신경절세포 부신경절종 1예를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A gangliocytic paraganglioma (GP) is a rare benign neuroendocrine tumor. However, its origin remains unclear. It is seen most frequently in the second portion of the duodenum. At endoscopy, a GP characteristically appears as a pedunculated nodular submucosal tumor with erosions and surface ulcers. The histological diagnosis is usually made from endoscopic biopsies showing the presence of epithelioid, spindle, and ganglion cells. We experienced a case of GP in a 38-year-old female who was referred because of a possible ampullary tumor. The endoscopic images showed a 1.5-cm, oval ampullary tumor covered with normal mucosa. An endoscopic biopsy showed chronic duodenitis. The tumor was removed by an endoscopic papillectomy. We report a case of duodenal GP that presented as a submucosal tumor that was treated with a papillectomy and review the literature. (Korean J Med 2014;86:603-607)

온라인쇼핑몰의 서비스 역량이 고객신뢰와 만족 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

서비스 역량이란 기업이 제공하는 서비스의 수준 및 능력을 의미한다. 서비스 품질이 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것은 이미 다양한 선행연구를 통해 증명되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 통해 개념화된 관리 역량, 정보 역량, 신속성 역량이라는 서비스 역량의 구성요소가 온라인 쇼핑몰을 이용하는 소비자들의 신뢰, 만족 그리고 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 서비스 역량은 고객만족에는 모두 유의한 효과를 미치는 것으로 검증되었으며, 정보 역량과 신속성 역량은 고객신뢰에, 그리고 관리능력은 고객충성도에 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 온라인쇼핑몰은 서비스 역량을 활용하며 동시에 소비자에게 제공해야하고, 특히 관리능력을 극대화하여 고객과의 지속적인 관계를 형성함으로서 고객만족도를 증가시키는 동시에 고객 이탈을 최소화하는 전략을 구축하는 것이 중요하다. Service capacity is a level or ability of which a company can provide its service. Service capacity has an effect on positive company's productivity, and it is already proven by precedent studies. The purpose of this study is to find out how component of services, namely perceived management skills, capability of information and fast service, provide ability to influence the confidence of customers shopping online which also explains the satisfaction and loyalty through precedent studies. In the result of regression analysis, it was found to be effective that all service capacities brought about customer satisfaction and information, providing with customer aplenty of trust and confidence. Lastly, management ability affects customer loyalty. Online shopping should provide additional services through the use of service capacity. It is also critical to maximize management ability. According to these studies, it is important to improve customers’ satisfaction and minimize customers’ leaves by managing and fostering close relationships with customers.

추천석사논문 : 이원조의 횡단적 글쓰기 연구

이원조는 1930년대와 해방 직후 우리 문학사에서 상당한 비중을 차지하고 있었던 비평가이다. 그러나 그에 대한 연구는 미미한 수준에 머물러 있다. 이는 무엇보다 이원조가 사회주의 진영이냐 자유주의 진영이냐에 따라 문학사 전체를 양분하던 우리의 진영론적인 지적 풍토 아래서는 포착하기 힘든 인물이라는 데 원인이 있다. 그의 비평은 다양한 입장들과 모두 연결될 수 있으면서도 그 어느 입장과도 일대일 대응관계를 형성하지 않는다. 이러한 이원조 비평의 독특한 성격은 그것을 적절한 맥락에 위치시키기 어렵게 한 원인으로 작용한다. 그러나 그것은 동시에 이원조 비평에 접근할 수 있는 열쇠를 제공하기도 한다. 이점을 적절히 포착하기 위해 본고는 이원조 비평을 횡단적 글쓰기의 결과물로 규정한다. 이원조의 비평은 다양한 입장을 환기함으로써 그것들 중 어느 것이 그의 본래 입장인지를 묻게 한다. 이 때문에 그것은 부르주아, 프롤레타리아, 이 둘을 종합한 중간파적 입장, 또는 파시즘에 이르기까지 서로 모순되는 다양한 입장들에 결부되어 왔다. 그러나 어느 것이 그의 본래적 입장인가에 답하려는 시도는 그다지 유용하지 않다. 이원조 비평을 횡단적 글쓰기로 규정하는 것은 질문 자체를 바꿈으로써 그것에 내재한 간극으로 초점을 옮기기 위함이다. 중요한 것은 어느 것이 그의 진정한 입장인가가 아니라 그런 간극이 왜 발생했는가를 묻는 일이다. 이원조의 횡단적 글쓰기는 당대 상황에 대응할 방법을 모색하는 과정에서 이루어졌다. 그는 당대를 시대의식이 부재하는 위기의 시대로 파악하고 있었다. 이 때문에 그는 시대의식의재건을 조선 문학의 과제로 설정한다. 이런 생각은 성실성(sincerite)의 원리에 중심을 두고 있다. 성실성은 내면을 탐구함으로써 진리를 발견하려는 태도인 동시에 주체의 바깥에 있는 진리에 충실한 태도를 의미한다. 이는 그의 성장과정에서 형성된 유교적교양과 유학 시절 획득한 불문학적 지식, 그리고 사회 참여의 의지를 지니고 학습한 사회주의 이념이 교차하는 지점에서 형성된 것이다. Lee Wonjo is one of the important critics in Korean literary history. But we have only few studies on him. It`s because his works are elusive under our academic tradition which is focused on political positions. However Lee`s distinctive feature which is able to be linked with very diverse positions generates a key to get in his works. To capture this feature, this paper is characterizing Lee`s work as a ``transcritic``. Lee`s works are reminding various views so they have linked with bourgeois, proletariat, moderate and even fascist views. However, attempt to answer the question that ``What is his original position?`` is not helpful. That`s why this paper is characterizing his work as a trascritic. It sets a different question so we can focus on the gap inhere. It is not important that asking what his very position is, but why the gap is occurred. Lee`s transcritical writing was induced with seeking the way to cope with the circumstance at that times. He characterized that times as an age of crisis in which spirit of the age is absent. Thus he set a task of Korean literature to rebuild the spirit. His thought was based on the concept of sincerity. The sincerity means an attitude to pursuit the truth through self-reflection and also to serve the truth out of subject. The principle of sincerity was caused by his various intellectual nourishments. It was the crossing point of the confucian culture caused in his growing up, knowledge of French literature which he studied in Japan, and socialism that he learned with a will of social participation.

민첩성 역량이란 불확실한 전자상거래 환경에서 경쟁우위를 창출하기 위해 필요한정보들을 적시적소에 신속하게 적용시킬 수 있는 기업의 능력을 의미한다. 이러한 민첩성 역량이 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것은 이미 다양한 선행연구를 통해 개념적으로 증명되었다.본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 개념화된 대응성, 신속성, 유연성이라는 민첩성 역량의구성요소와, 운영성과와 전략성과로 구분된 기업성과의 수준간 상관관계를 분석하였다.분위회귀분석 결과, 운영성과의 수준과 민첩성 역량은 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 전략성과의 수준과 민첩성 역량은 유의적인 상관관계가 있음이 검증되었다.본 연구의 목적은 상이한 기업성과의 수준에 따라 민첩성 역량이 각기 다른 영향을미친다는 이론적 기반을 제시함으로써, 기업이 최적화된 물류전략 구축을 할 수 있도록기여하는 것이다. The agility capacity is an ability of company that can apply necessary information to proper time and place to create the competitive advantage in an uncertain electronic commerce environment. A number of studies have been showing there is a close relationship between these agility capability of companies and their business erformance. This study attempts to examine that there exists significant relationship between agility capability (responsiveness, fastness and flexibility that be conceptualized by literature study) and enterprise performance (divided by operational and strategic) level.As the result of Quantile Regression, the component of agility capability have effect to strategic performance even though no relationship was found out between component of agility capability and operational performance. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the theoretical base that the agility capability has different influence on each different performance level of enterprise. And also, it contributes to construct theoptimized logistics strategy suitable for enterprise performance level.

Recently, it has been evident that the upsurge in single families has lead to an increase in the purchase of convenience food. Under these circumstances, it is very important for food distributors to identify the most influential factor in customer behavior and find effective strategies in convenience food distribution service. Precedent studies have determined that service quality has a positive influence on customer behavior but there are insufficient studies related to distribution service quality of convenience food. This paper used Revised Important-Performance Analysis and Some implications can be derived, as follows. First, the company has to offer various HMR products. Second, the company should pursue mass-customization to reduce cost and improve service. Third, the company should expand its communication strategy to increase responsiveness capability and efficient customer relationship management. Finally, the company should implement Local foods strategy.
