본 연구는 보육교사의 사진 찍기 경험에 관한 질적 연구이다. 연구대상은 현직 어린이집 교사 6명이며, 심층면접을 통해 수집한 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, [긍정적인 측면]에 관한 주제군의 경우 <사진 결과물에 대한 교사의 만족>, <타인으로부터의 긍정적인 피드백>, <영유아 발달이 보임>으로 주제가 분류되었다. 둘째, [부정적인 측면]에 관한 주제군은 <사진 찍기 환경에 대한 불편함>, <사진 찍기 수집과정에 대한 힘듦>, <사진 찍기의 기술적인 어려움>, <영유아의 초상권에 관한 고민>으로 주제가 분류되었다. 본 논문은 향후 보육교사의 사진 찍기에 적합한 환경과 교육을 지원 해 줌으로써 보육교사의 사진 찍기에 도움을 줄 수 있는 연구에 관한 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것이다. This study was a qualitative research on the childcare teacher s experience of taking photos. The research participants were 6 childcare teachers who worked in a childcare center. The data were collected and analyzed by in-depth interviews with them. The result of this study were as follows. First, the topic group on the [positive aspect] was classified as <Satisfaction of teachers in photographic results>, <Positive feedback from others>, and <Infant or child development was observed in the photos>. Second, the topic group on the [negative aspect] was classified as <Not a good environment of taking a photo>, <Difficulty in photograph collection process>, <Technical difficulty in taking a photo>, and <Troubles concerning the right of portrait of an infant or a child>. The results of this study can be provided as basic materials for research that supports systematic photo taking and data management education for childcare teachers.

여성주의 관점을 통한 문화콘텐츠 내 여성영웅성 연구: 디즈니 애니메이션, ‘뮬란’과 ‘모아나’의 여성 영웅적 서사구조 분석을 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 여성주의 관점을 통해 문화콘텐츠산업 내에서 생산/소비되고 있는 여성영웅성을 분석하고, 그 문제점 및 대안을 모색해 보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 전 세계적인 문화콘텐츠로서 큰 영향력을 행사하고 있는 디즈니 애니메이션 중 ‘뮬란’과 ‘모아나’를 조셉 캠벨의 영웅서사구조를 기준으로 삼아 분석함으로써 각 작품들 안에 놓여 있는 여성영웅성의 구조, 내용, 그리고 여성주의 관점에서의 한계 등을 밝혀보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 디즈니 애니메이션 중 여성 영웅을 소재로 하여 여성의 정체성이 가장 잘 드러난 두 작품 ‘뮬란’과 ‘모아나’를 선정하였다. 본 연구는 두 서사구조에서 여성 영웅에게 적용할 수 있는 단계와 기능을 고려하여 기준을 총 9단계로 정리하였다. 9단계 구조에서 인물 간의 갈등과 사건, 그리고 여성 주인공들의 욕망이 어떤 방식으로 드러나는지를 통해서 작품에 내재된 이데올로기를 분석하였다. 제작된 시기가 다른 두 작품의 비교분석을 통해 당대 지향했던 이데올로기와 가치관에 차이점이 존재하고, 현재 디즈니에서 올바른 젠더 정체성을 재현하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 앞으로 현대적 시각에 적합한 새로운 여성 영웅이 등장할 수 있길 기대한다. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the female heroes produced/consumed in the cultural contents industry from the perspective of feminism, and to explore the alternatives of problems. For it, this thesis analyzes ‘Mulan’ and ‘Moana’ among Disney animations, which are exerting great influence as global cultural contents, based on Joseph Campbell’s hero narrative structure. And through the result, the structure, content, limitations of female hero character is criticized by feminist aspect. This study selected two films, ‘Mulan’ and ‘Moana’, in which the identity of women is best revealed using female heroes among Disney animations. This study is based on the standards in consideration of the stages and functions applicable to female heroes in narrative structures of myth of Joseph Campbell. It was organized into a total of 9 steps. In the nine-stage structure, the ideology inherent in the work was analyzed through how the conflicts and events between characters and the desires of female protagonists are revealed. Through the comparative analysis of the two works of different production periods, it was found that there existed differences in the ideology and values that were aimed at the time, and that Disney is reproducing the correct gender identity. Therefore, it is hoped that in the future, new female heroes suitable for the modern perspective will emerge.

본 연구는 한국 사회에서 ‘남성 아이돌 그룹’의 여성혐오 논란과 이를 둘러싼 팬덤 내부/외부의 담론을 고찰함으로써 한국 사회에서 여성들이 겪고 있는 내적 갈등과 외적 대립의 과정을 확인하고자 했다. 연구결과, 방탄소년단 팬덤으로 대표되는 여성들이 팬덤 외부의 문제 제기로 인해 여성혐오에 대한 자신의 인식에 대해 성찰한 것, 그리고 스타에 대한 비난을 원천 봉쇄하고 비판 자체를 터부시하던 기존 팬덤의 성격에서 벗어난 것은 방탄소년단 여성혐오 논란에서 얻어낸 긍정적 의의라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 유동적이고 모호한 기준 아래 팬덤을 페미니즘에 방해가 되는 존재로 규정하고 이들의 의견을 억압하고 폄하하는 과정이 수반 되었다고 볼 수 있다. 여성혐오 논쟁에서 여성들이 자기혐오와 갈등의 과정 끝에 숨어버리거나, 자신의 의견과 취향을 사회로부터 용인 받지 못하거나, 페미니즘 자체에 대한 불편한 감정을 가지며, 또 다른 혐오의 재생산으로 이어질 수 있는 가능성들에 주의를 기울일 필요가 있다. This research examines the impact of Korean boy group’s misogyny issue leading to internal conflicts among female fans and external division. As a result of research, BTS’s fans who are mostly female reflected their identities by problem posed by external stakeholders on this issue. In the past, most fandoms tried to protect themselves from criticism but this case shows a positive significance since they broke out from stereotypical cases. Under the vague and flexible standard, fandom can be considered the obstructing factor for Feminism which suppress and denounce Feminists’ idea. It is important to pay attention to possibilities of females hide at the end of the conflict process, being unaccepted by the society for their opinions and tendencies, have uncomfortable emotion against Feminism itself, or Feminism leading to another type of aversion.
