        RCEP 체결에 따른 제주 감귤산업 영향 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 RCEP 체결이 제주 감귤산업에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있으며, 이를 위해 감귤류 수급전망 모형인 JNU-MANMOS 모형을 개발하였다. 모형은 부분균형모형으로 설계되었으며, 연차별 관세 및 정책 변인들에 대한 영향 파악이 가능하도록 동태 축차적 시뮬레이션 모형으로 구축하였다. 감귤류 수급모형은 노지감귤, 하우스감귤, 만감류에 대해 총 3가지 모형을 각각 구축하였고, 각 품종의 주요 수확기를 기준으로 하되, 동 기간 미국산 오렌지 및 냉동 열대과일품목의 수입량과 수입가격을 시기별로 구분하여 모형에 반영하였다. 개별 방정식의 추정을 통해 모형을 구축하였으며, 각 모형에서 도출된 중장기 계측치에 대해 예측력 검정을 시행하였다. 향후 15년에 대한 중장기 전망결과, 감귤류 총 재배면적은 2020년 2만 ha에서 2036년 1만 8,200ha로 지속적으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 생산량 역시 2020년 65.5만여 톤에서 2036년 56.4만여 톤까지 감소하는 것으로 전망되었다. 반면, 시장 공급량 감소로 인한 가격상승의 영향으로 실질 조수입은 2030년 1조 270억원에서 2036년 1조 380원으로 현재 보다 약간 상회하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, RCEP 체결에 따른 관세 감축 파급영향 시뮬레이션 결과, 관세 감축분에 따라 상이한 결과를 보이나 실질 조수입이 적게는 연평균 36.5억원(20%), 많게는 150.8억원(80%) 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the RCEP agreement on the tangerine industry in Jeju. To do so, we developed the JNU-MANMOS model, a partial equilibrium dynamic recursive simulation model. Citruses were classified as open-field, house, and late citrus by crop type and variety, and based on the main harvest period of each variety, the import volumes of imported items like American oranges and frozen tropical fruits were reflected. As a result of the mid- to long-term outlooks, predicted total tangerine production acreage is likely to continuously decrease. On the other hand, real income was found to increase slightly due to price increases caused by a reduction in supply. Also, simulation of the ripple effect of tariff reduction, following conclusion of the RCEP, showed that real income decreased by an annual average from KRW 3.65 billion(20%) to KRW 15.08 billion(80%).

        A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous quantitative analysis of methylparaben (MP), ethylparaben (EP), propylparaben (PP), butylparaben (BP) and imidazolidinyl urea(IU) or diazolidinyl urea(DU) in cosmetics was studied by using a cyano-propyl column and 0.05M hexanesulfonic acid at 228 nm. Calibration curves were found to be linear in the 60-1000 μg/Ml range (parabens),100-1,250 μg/Ml range (IU) and the 120-2000μg/Ml range (DU). Linear regression analysis of the data demonstrates the efficacy of the method in terms of precision and accuracy. An extraction method is developed and validated in order to apply this chromatographic method to a commercial cosmetic cream. The precision of this method, calculated as the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the recoveries (0.46- 2.71%) was excellent for all compounds.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of supplementation of mulberry powder, mulberry extract and silkworm powder during the 8 weeks of resistance exercise on muscle increase of rats. Fifty males, Sprague-Dawley rat, were randomly divided into 5 groups: CON (control group, n = 10), REG (resistance exercise group, n = 10), MP REG (mulberry powder intake and resistance exercise group, n = 10), ME REG (mulberry extract intake and resistance exercise group, n = 10) and SP REG (silkworm powder intake and resistance exercise group, n = 10). After climbing the ladder without weights during the 1 week of adaptation period, the rats in the resistance exercise group were trained to climb a 0.98-m vertical (80 degree incline) ladder with weights in their tail during 7 weeks (10 times each day, 2 days per week). After exercise, the skeletal muscle was extracted from the flexor hallucis longus. The absolute weight of skeletal muscle was measured by the electronic balance and the relative weight of skeletal muscle about the weight was calculated. The strength and density of legs muscle were analyzed by the computed tomography scan. After 8 weeks of resistance exercise, the absolute weight of skeletal muscle wasn`t significant, but it increased in MP REG 8%, ME REG 8% and SP REG 10% compared to REG. The relative weight of skeletal muscle increased significantly in SP REG compared to REG (p < 0.05). Additionally, there was a significant increase of density and strength of the forelegs in SP REG compared to CON (p < 0.05). However, there was no significant increase of density and strength of the hind legs. In conclusion, regular resistance exercise made rats muscle increase and there was more muscle increase effected by providing silkworm.

Fifty males, Sprague-Dawley rat, were randomly divided into 5 groups: CON(control group, n = 10), REG (resistance exercise group, n = 10), MP REG (mulberry powder intake and resistance exercise group, n = 10), ME REG (mulberry extract intake and resistance exercise group, n = 10) and SP REG(silkworm powder intake and resistance exercise group, n = 10). After climbing the ladder without weights during the 1 week of adaptation period, the rats in the resistance exercise group were trained to climb a 0.98-m vertical (80 degree incline) ladder with weights in their tail during 7 weeks (10 times each day, 2 days per week). After exercise, the skeletal muscle was extracted from the flexor hallucis longus. After separating the total ribonucleic acid (RNA) of each group, quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to analyze RNA quantitatively. AR mRNA and MRFs expression revealed that all of the treated groups had significantly difference. AR mRNA expression increased in ME REG 6.24 ± 1.85 and SP REG 9.68 ± 0.28 fold compared to CON. Myod mRNA expression increased in MP REG 6.04 ± 0.47, ME REG 4.31 ± 1.58 and SP REG 8.11 ± 0.57 fold compared to CON. And myogenin mRNA expression increased in MP REG 4.11 ± 0.42, ME REG 4.12 ± 0.45 and SP REG 6.50 ± 0.61 fold compared to CON. In conclusion, during the resistance exercise, providing mulberry and silkworm gives positive effect on AR mRNA and MRFs expression increase.

        일상생활에서의 라이프케어를 위한 즉각적 추나요법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 만성과 급성요통환자를 대상으로 라이프케어를 위한 도수치료방법 중 즉각적 추나요법 적용 전과 후의 생체역학적 변인을 비교분석한 것으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 만성과 급성요통환자의 압통, 근활성도, 몸통 가동범위는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 추나요법의 적용 전, 후 압통은 만성과 급성요통환자 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<.05), 통증을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 추나요법의 적용 전, 후 근활성도는 만성요통환자가 요방형근과 중둔근에서 유의한 차이를 보이며 근활성도가 높아졌고(p<.05), 급성요통환자는 척추기립근, 요방형근, 중둔근에서 유의한 차이를 보이며 근활성도가 높아졌다(p<.05). 넷째, 추나요법의 적용 전, 후 몸통 가동범위는 만성요통환자가 신전과 좌측굴, 우측굴에서 유의한 차이를 보이며 가동범위가 커졌으며(p<.05), 급성요통환자는 모든 방향에서 유의한 차이를 보이며 가동범위가 커지는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 본 연구에서 요통환자의 압통과 근활성도, 몸통 가동범위를 분석한 결과 통증과 근활성도, 몸통 가동범위 모두 긍정적으로 나타나 요통에 대한 추나요법의 효과를 검증하였으며, 다양한 방법의 연구가 진행되길 제언하는 바이다. The purpose of this study was to compare the biomechanical variables before and after the application of chuna therapy for life-care in chronic and acute low back pain patients. The following conclusions were drawn. First, there was no significant difference in pressure pain, EMG and Trunk ROM(range of motion) between chronic and acute low back pain patients. Second, before and after application of chuna therapy, post-pressure pain showed significant difference between chronic and acute low back pain patients and reduced pain (p<.05). Third, before and after application of chuna therapy, there was a significant difference between the patients with chronic low back pain and those with quadratus lumborum and glutaeus medius (p<.05). And patients with acute low back pain showed significant differences in muscle activity in erector spinae, quadratus lumborum, and glutaeus medius (p<.05). Fourth, before and after the application of chuna therapy, trunk ROM showed significant differences in backward, left and right direction of patients with chronic back pain (p<.05). And Patients with acute low back pain showed significant differences in the range of motion before, after, left, and right (p<.05).

        흰쥐의 척수에서 Glutmamte가 매개하는 Nociceptive Response에 있어서 Protein kinase C의 관련성

        When glutamate was injected intrathecally, the result is similar to those produced by TPA injected. The involvement of protein kinase C (PKC) in the nociceptive responses in rat dorsal horm neurons of lumbar spinal cord was studied. In test with formalin, a PKC inhibitor (chelerythrine) inhibited dose-dependently the formalin-induced behavior response. Neomycin also inhibited it significantly. But, a PKC activator (12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-ester, TPA) showed reverse effect. When gluatamate was injected intrathecally, we observed the result is similar to those produced by TPA injection. On the other hand, intrathecal injection of glutamate induced thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia. In Tail-flick test, we examined the involvement of PKC on the glutamate-induced thermal hyperalgesia. Chelerythrine showed an inhibitory effect and TPA enhanced thermal response. Glutamate decreased the mechanical threshold signficantly. A pretreatment of chelerythrine and neomycin inhibited glutamate-induced mechanical hyperalgesia, but the effect of neomycin was not signficant. TPA had little effect on the mechanical nociceptive response. These results suggest that the PKC activation through metabotropic receptor at postsynaptic region of spinal cord dorsal horn neurons may influence on the persistent nociception produced by chemical stimulation with formalin, thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia induced by glutamate.

        Power actuated fasteners in sort of mechanical methods have appeared to be an alternative to metallurgical methods in the connection of a structural steel member and a thin steel plate. Power actuated fasteners can be driven by power actuated tools or by pneumatically driven tools. Tensile tests was conducted to investigate the effect of this mechanical method on the structural steel member. The main parameters are steel plate thickness, notch thickness, steel type, and damage types, that is, non-damage, drilled hole, and driving pin. This research supplies the fundamental data to the design criterion of this mechanical method by clarifying the influence of the mechanical method on the tensile property of the structural steel member. In a results, the strength and stiffness specimens using driving pin was raised but decreased deformation capacities and elongation.

        흰쥐의 염증반응에 대한 CW-501027과 CW-501029의 억제효과

        The use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is limited by their ability to induce gastrointestinal injury. It has been shown that nitric oxide (NO), similar to pro staglandins (PGs), appears to play an important role in gastric mucosal defence. We hypothesized that NSAIDs contained NO group would be less acutely toxic to the gastric mucosa, but would not interfere with their ability to suppress inflammatory process in rats. We have compared the ulcerogenic and anti-inflammatory effect of CW-501029 (NO-NSAIDs), CW-501027 (NSAIDs) and indomethacin. Both did not change mean blood pressure and heart rates, indicating that they had no side effect on cardiovascular system. We found that CW-501029 increased nitrite/nitrate levels without changing of blood pressure and heart rates. We suggest that it may help gastric mucosal blood flow, the which helps reducing the discomfort in astrointestinal system. Carrageenan-induced PGE2 increase was reduced in a similar tendency when compared CW-501027 or CW-501027 with control in back exudate of rats, but CW-501029 less reduced PGE2 than CW-502027 or indomethacin in gastric tissues. CW-501027 or CW-501029 reduced platelet aggregation. From these results we suggest that CW-501029 may improve the side effect by reduction of short-term gastric injury and less inhibition of PGs synthesis.
