        본 연구는 소나무속(Pinus)에 속하는 변이개체들에 대한 계절별 변색 및 생장 특성을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 외부형태적 특성 조사는 경북 포항시 기계면에 위치한 황금소나무 농장에서 2013년 3월부터 2014년 3월까지 접목 증식된 모수를 대상으로 실시하였다. 거제황금소나무는 침엽의 기부부터 녹연두 및 노랑색의 변색을 보였다. 속리산황금소나무, 울진황금소나무는 소지가 붉은 편이고, 신초 생장 시 침엽이 녹연두색에서 탁한노란연두의 색으로 변색하는 특징을 보였다. 긴잎홍공작송, 홍공작송은 침엽이 겨울철에 연한 붉은색으로 변색하는 특징을 보였다. 범솔은 침엽의 중간 부분부터 반점의 형태로 밝은노란연두의 색을 띠는 특징을 보였다. 황금잣나무, 취설금은 침엽의 중간지점과 끝부분에 반점처럼 연한노란연두의 색을 띠는 특징을 보였고, 취설금은 겨울철 침엽이 하얗게 변색되는 특징을 보였다. This study was conducted to understand the growth characteristics and seasonal discoloration of various species genus Pinus. The study was carried out to survey external morphology of trees by grafting propagated located in Pohang-city Gyeongsangbuk-do from March 2013 to March in 2014. Pinus thunbergii(Geoje) had a strong yellowish green color and vivid yellow color discoloration from basal needle leaves. P. densiflora(Songnisan), P. densiflora(Uljin) has red twigs, needle leaf with strong yellowish green discoloration while freshly growing needle leaves. P. thunbergii(Honggongjaksong), P. densiflora(Honggongjaksong) had needle leaves which become light red during winter season. P. thunbergii(Bumsol) had brilliant greenish yellow as spot type on middle of needle leaf. P. parviflora(Hwanggeum-jatnamu), P. parviflora(Chwiseolgeum) showed characteristics of light greenish yellow as spot type on middle and end part of needle leaf, P. parviflora(Chwiseolgeum) needle leaf had white color during winter season.

        마이크로웨이브 졸-겔법을 응용한 극저온 자기냉매용 HoN 분말 합성 및 자기열량효과

        Rare-earth (RE) mono-nitrides can be used as magnetocaloric materials for the magnetic refrigerant for liquefying hydrogen. In this study, holmium nitride (HoN) particles were prepared by sol-gel method with microwave irradiation. HoN particles were successfully synthesized by 2-step heat treatment in N2 atmosphere form gel-type intermediate by microwave irradiation. X-ray diffraction patterns of the synthesized HoN particles exhibited the six sharp peaks in good agreement with each plane of crystallographic structure of HoN. Especially, the synthesized HoN particles reveal a high magnetic entropy change (△Sm) of 36.6 J/kgK in applied field of 5T at 14.2 K which is comparable with those of rare earth mono-nitrides by carbothermic reduction method or plasma arc discharge technique.

        MaxEnt 분석을 통한 한반도 특산식물 개느삼 서식 가능지역 분석

        본 연구는 한국 특산식물이고, IUCN Red List의 EN(위기종) 등급에 속하는 개느삼을 대상으로 자생지 분포, 자생지 분포 예측을 하기 위해 수행되었다. 개느삼의 자생지 분포 조사 결과, 강원도 양구군 13곳, 인제군 3곳, 춘천시 2곳, 홍천군 1곳 총 19곳에 분포하는 것을 확인하였다. 우리나라에서 가장 북쪽 자생지는 양구군 임당리, 동쪽 인제군 한계리, 서쪽 춘천시 지내리, 남쪽 홍천군 성동리로 각각 확인되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 해발고도는 169-711m에 분포하는 것으로 나타났고, 평균 해발고도는 375m로 조사되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 면적은 8,000-734,000㎡인 것으로 분석되었고, 평균 202,789㎡로 조사되었다. 대부분의 개느삼 자생지는 간벌, 가지치기 등과 같은 숲가꾸기가 이루어진 곳으로 조사되었다. 개느삼 잠재 분포지 분석을 MaxEnt 프로그램을 이용하여 수행한 결과, AUC값은 0.9762로 분석되었다. 분포예측 자생지는 강원도 양구군, 인제군, 춘천시, 화천군 지역에 집중되어 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 자생지 분포예측에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 변수는 연간강수량, 토양탄소함유량, 최한월 기온으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 개느삼은 광량이 풍부하고 능선부에 주로 서식하는 것을 확인하였고, 향후 본 연구결과의 자생지 정보를 토대로 개느삼 자생지를 보전하기 위한 보호지역 지정 등을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study was carried out to present the habitat distribution status and the habitat distribution prediction of Sophora koreensis, which is the Korean Endemic Plant included in the EN (Endangered) class of the IUCN Red List. The habit distribution survey of Sophora koreensis confirmed 19 habitats in Gangwon Province, including 13 habitats in Yanggu-gun, 3 habitats in Inje-gun, 2 habitats in Chuncheon-si, and 1 habitat in Hongcheon-gun. The northernmost habitat of Sophora koreensis in Korea was in Imdang-ri, Yanggu-gun; the easternmost habitat in Hangye-ri, Inje-gun; the westernmost habitat in Jinae-ri, Chuncheon-si; and the southernmost habitat in Sungdong-ri, Hongcheon-gun. The altitude of the Sophora koreensis habitats ranged from 169 to 711 m, with an average altitude of 375m. The area of the habitats was 8,000-734,000 ㎡, with an average area of 202,789 ㎡. Most habitats were the managed forests, such as thinning and pruning forests. The MaxEnt program analysis for the potential habitat of Sophora koreensis showed the AUC value of 0.9762. The predictive habitat distribution was Yanggu-gun, Inje-gun, Hwacheon-gun, and Chuncheon-si in Gangwon Province. The variables that influence the prediction of the habitat distribution were the annual precipitation, soil carbon content, and maximum monthly temperature. This study confirmed that habitats of Sophora koreensis were mostly found in the ridge area with rich light intensity. They can be used as basic data for the designation of protected areas of Sophora koreensis habitat.

      • 지리산국립공원 내 5개 습지구역의 식물상

        본 연구는 지리산국립공원 내에 위치한 5개 습지구역인 덕평봉, 세석, 왕등재, 외곡, 정령치의 식물상을 파악하여 습지구역의 보전 및 기초자료로 제공하고자 수행하였다. 현지조사는 2010년 3월부터 8월까지 실시하고, 2013년 6월부터 8월까지 보완조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 5개 습지구역에서 출현한 관속식물은 총 68과 175속 243종 5아종 29변종 277분류군이 조사되었다. 희귀식물은 CR등급(멸종위기종) 1종(방울난초), EN등급(위기종) 2종(분홍바늘꽃, 흰참꽃나무), VU등급(취약종) 3종(가문비 나무, 시호, 버들금불초), LC등급(약관심종) 9종(구상나무, 세잎종덩굴, 낙지다리 등), DD등급(자료부족종) 2종(물석송, 지리바꽃), 총 14과 17속 14종 3변종 17분류군이 조사되었다. 특산식물은 구상나무 등 8분류군이 나타났다. 식물구계학적 특정식물 Ⅴ등급은 2종, Ⅳ등급은 3종, Ⅲ등급은 6종, Ⅱ등급은 17종, Ⅰ등급은 15종이 각각 출현하여 총 25과 42속 42종 1변종 43분류군이 출현하였다. 귀화식물은 소리쟁이 1종이 정령치에서 출현하였다. This study was carried out to investigate flora distribution of 5 wet lands(Deokpyeong-bong, Seseok, Wangdeungjae, Oegok, Jeongnyeongchi) in Jirisan Korea National Park in order to establish efficient conservation and base line data of wet lands area. The field survey was conducted from March to August in 2010 and supplements investigate from June to August in 2013. The flora of 5 wet lands in Jirisan National Park were found to be; 277 taxa; 68 families, 175 genus, 243 species, 5 subspecies, 29 varieties. Rare plants were found to be; 14 taxa, 17 genus, 14 species, 3 varieties. Among them CR degree was found to be 1 species( Habenaria flagellifera), EN degree; 2 species( Epilobium angustifolium, Rhododendron tschonoskii), VU degree; 3 species( Picea jezoensis, Bupleurum falcatum, Inula salicina var. asiatica), LC degree; 9 species( Abies koreana, Clematis koreana, Penthorum chinense, Viola albida, Gentiana triflora var. japonica, Lilium distichum, Tricyrtis macropoda, Iris ensata var. spontanea, Acorus calamus), DD degree; 2 species( Lycopodium cernuum, Aconitum chiisanense). In all surveyed areas, a total of 8 species( Abies koreana, Filipendula formosa, Carex okamotoi etc.) were found to be endemic to Korea. Distribution of floristic special plants in the surveyed areas were found to be divided into five classes (class Ⅰ∼Ⅴ). The floristic special plants found in surveyed areas were 2 taxa of grade Ⅴ, 3 taxa of grade Ⅳ, 6 taxa of grade Ⅲ, 17 taxa of grade Ⅱ, 15 taxa of gradeⅠ. One species of naturalized plants ( Rumex crispus) was found in Jeongnyeongchi.

      • 소나무속(Pinus) 변이개체의 시기별 접목 활착율

        본 연구는 소나무속(Pinus)에 속하는 변이개체들에 대한 시기별 접목 활착율을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 소나무속의 변이개체 거제황금소나무 외 5종에 대한 접목 활착율을 조사하기 위한 접목은 2013년 3월부터 10월까지 경북 포항시 기계면에 위치한 황금소나무 농장에서 광분해비닐 테이프를 이용한 접목방법을 이용하여 실시하였다. 거제황금소나무 외 5종에 대한 접목 활착율을 조사한 결과전체 61.4%의 활착율을 보였다. 시기별에 따른 활착율은 3월에서 5월에 실시한 개체가 88.3%의 높은 활착율을 보였고, 10월에 접목한 개체는 모두 고사하였다. 수종별로는 범솔이 64.8%의 활착율을 보였고, 취설금, 황금잣나무는 모두 고사하였다. 접목 방법으로는 녹지접 61.6%, 고접 68.2%의 활착율을 보였다. 광분해비닐 테이프를 이용한 접목 방법은 4월에 실시한 개체가 가장 높은 접목 활착율 을 나타냈고, 3월 5월 순으로 나타났다. 소나무속에 속하는 변이개체에 대한 접목 활착율은 대목의 세력, 접수의 건전성, 기상요인 등의 영향을 받기 때문에 보다 세부적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to understand different time grafting succession rates of variants species of the genus Pinus. Survey for different time grafting used by photodissociation vinyl variants species of the genus Pinus located in Pohang-city Gyeongsangbuk-do was done from March to October in 2013. P. thunbergii(Geoje) and 5 species showed grafting succession rates of 61.4%, high grafting succession rates of 88.3% was observed grafted in March to May by different time grafting, while all populations that were in October died. P. thunbergii(Bumsol) showed succession rates of 64.8%, while all the P. parviflora(Chwiseolgeum) and P. parviflora(Hwanggeum-jotnamu) withered. Grafting succession rates for softwood grafted was 61.6% while that of top grafting was 68.2%. Those that were grafted in April by using photodissociation vinyl showed most high grafting succession rates, appeared in order March, May. The results suggest that more detail studies for variants species of genus Pinus because grafting succession rates is influenced by force of understock, soundness of scion, environmental factors.

        우리나라 산림박물관의 운영특성 및 관리 만족도 분석

        The present study grasped the operation characteristics and operation management of forest museums in Korea and analyzed satisfaction with the foregoing. In the results of a survey of forest museums` operation characteristics, with regard to groups to which exhibits were helpful, over half of respondents answered that the exhibits were helpful to students and many respondents had an opinion that all age groups should be equally considered as targets of exhibition. Among matters that were considered with regards to forest museums,accessibility showed the highest rate of answers followed by museum programs. The curator was needed for the majority of respondents were exhibits prior to the survey had the highest expectations for the medium. With regard to the operation management of forest museums, the expected value of periodic and extraordinary exhibitions was shown to be high and high and satisfaction was shown by the professionalism of staff. As for matters of forest museums that must be improved, attention should be paid to the development of programs in which users can participate, diverse exhibition media should be developed, and exhibition should be planned to fit the composition of exhibits. As for operation management, since exhibits were repeated every year, environments should be changed by exhibiting new exhibits or otherwise and active methods of improvement should be devised such as the utilization of broadcasting media for public relations.

        산림생물다양성 특정지역 풍혈지(정선군 여탄리)의 관속식물상

        This study carried out a survey to utilize basic data for the conservation of northern lineage plants that are vulnerable to climate change, targeting algific talus slope of a specific forest biodiversity region in Yeotan-ri, Jeongseon-eup, Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do. The survey was conducted by dividing the wind hole into 625 ㎡ inside and 6,925 ㎡ outside based on the wind hole. The vascular flora were identified as 84 families, 203 genera, 296 species, 6 subs., 27 var., 2 for., and a total of 331 taxa. This was found to be about 7% of 4,724 species of vascular plants in Korea. Plants endemic to the Korean peninsula were identified as 19 taxa, including Syringa fauriei, and 11 taxa for rare plants designated by IUCN. Critically endangered grade (CR) was Paeonia obovata 1 taxa, Endangered grade (EN) was Forsythia saxatilis and Prunus choreiana 2 taxa. A total of 78 taxa were florisitc target species, and 19 taxa were classified for indicator plants in the limestone area. As for alien plants, 20 taxa such as Taraxacum officinale were identified, and the naturalization rate was 6.04% and the urbanization rate was 5.33%. Geographical plants of the study area are 2 taxa of Syringa fauriei and Syringa villosa subsp. wolfii.

        전남 동부지역 우량 산림습원의 관속식물상

        This study conducted monitoring of flora and vegetation in order to utilize basic data for forest wetland conservation targeting outstanding forest wetlands located in the eastern part of Jeonnam Province. The survey was carried out for a total of 54 times from May 2020 to October 2020, 1-2 times each for each season. The vascular plants of outstanding forest wetland in eastern Jeollanam-do were 93 families, 251 genera, 336 species, 5 subspecies, 47 varieties, 7 forma, and a total of 395 taxa. This was about 8.5% of 4,641 species of vascular plants in Korea Peninsula. A total of 8 taxa and 12 taxa were identified Korea endemic plants and rare plants respectively. A total of 68 taxa and 19 taxa of floristic target plants and invasive alien plants were classified each. the naturalized Index was 4.83% and the urbanized Index was 5.90%. As a result of the analysis by wetland type of the forest wetlands, obligate upland plants were the highest in the forest wetlands in the eastern Jeonnam province (61.4%), with unclassified wetland plants 19.1%, facultative wetland plants 8.2%, and obligate wetland plants 4.6%, facultative upland plants 4.5%, and facultative plants 2.3% were confirmed in the order.

        한반도 특산식물 꼬리말발도리의 분포와 생육환경특성

        The current status of geographical distribution range of Deutzia paniculata, one of the korean endemic plants, was investigated based on the species distribution information. The information of the geographical range used for analysis includes all the published references to the distribution of D. paniculata, herbarium specimens in Korea National Arboretum (KH) including its online database: http://www.nature.go.kr, and field research. Although, D. paniculata was firstly recorded in Wonsan, Hamgyeongnam-do, North Korea, this research revelaved that D. paniculata is mainly distributed in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do, southern regions of the Korean Peninsula. According to the distribution map, this species was estimated on distribution edge of in Anyang region of Gyeonggi-do, Mt. Naejang of Jeollabuk-do and Mt. Taebaek of Gwangwon-do on the distribution edge. However, it was made use of intensive field survey to identify the natural population of the species in these regions. D. paniculata habitat was mainly distributed between 290 meters and 491 meters in altitude, but it was also found ranged from 936 to 959 meters in Gun-wi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. T he distribution slope was 5° to 35° and the north, N, NE and NW in the aspect. The flora of va scular plants in D. paniculata habitats was listed in 137 taxa: 54 families, 103 genera, 120 specie s, 2 subspecies, 12 varieties and 3 forms while Korean endemic plants were found in three taxa, Stewartia koreana, Weigela subsessilis and D. Paniculata. Based on a collection of non-biological environment and biological environment data, D. paniculata population were discussed to make str ategy and basic research methods for sustainable preservation.

        백두대간 할미봉과 구시봉 일대의 관속식물상

        본 연구는 소백산맥 중 덕유산과 백운산의 사이에 위치한 할미봉(1,026m)과 구시봉(1,014m)을 대상으로 주요 관속 식물상을 파악하여 주요식물에 대한 효율적인 관리와 보전 및 그 일대 식물자원의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행하였다. 현지조사는 2013년 3월부터 2014년 3월까지 계절별 조사를 실시하였으며, 조사경로는 계곡부, 능선부, 사면부 등을 포함하여 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 할미봉과 구시봉 일대에서 출현한 관속식물은 총 95과 287속 454종 4아종 59변종 11품종 528분류군이 조사되었다. 희귀식물은 EN등급(위기종) 1분류군(흰참꽃나무), VU등급(취약종)2분류군(쇠채, 솔나리), LC등급(약관심종) 12분류군(구상나무, 매미꽃, 태백제비꽃 등) 총 10과 14속 13종 2변종 15분 류군이 조사되었다. 특산식물은 처녀치마 등 15분류군이 나타났다. 식물구계학적 특정식물 Ⅴ등급은 승마 등 2분류군, Ⅳ등급은 개대황 등 6분류군, Ⅲ등급은 거제수나무 등 12분류군이 각각 출현하여 Ⅰ등급부터 Ⅴ등급까지 총 32과 52속 58종 1아종 2변종 61분류군이 출현하였다. 귀화식물은 소리쟁이, 족제비싸리, 선개불알풀 등 23종이 출현하였다. To investigate the distribution of vascular plants growing at Halmibong(1,026m) and Gusibong(1,014m) in Baekdutrail, we surveyed from March in 2013 to March in 2014. The flora of Haimibong and Gusibong in Baekdu trail were found to be; 528 taxa; 95 families, 287 genus, 454 species, 4 subspecies, 59 varieties, 11 forma. Rare plants were found to be; 15 taxa, 10 families, 14 genus, 13 species, 2 varieties. Among them EN degree was found to be 1 species(Rhododendron tschonoskii Maxim.), VU degree; 2 species(Scorzonera albicaulis Bunge, Lilium cernuum Kom.), LC degree; 12 species(Abies koreana Wilson, Coreanomecon hylomeconoides Nakai, Viola albida Palib. etc.) respectively. In all surveyed areas, a total of 15 taxa(Heloniopsis koreana Fuse, N.S.Lee & M.N. Tamura etc.) were found to be endemic to Korea. Distribution of floristic special plants in the surveyed areas were found to be divided into five classes (class Ⅰ∼Ⅴ). The floristic special plants found in surveyed areas were 2 taxa of grade Ⅴ, 6 taxa of grade Ⅳ, 12 taxa of grade Ⅲ, respectively. The naturalized plants were investigated as 23 taxa; Rumex crispus L., Amorpha fruticosa L., Veronica arvensis L. etc..
