        자발적인 유산소 운동프로그램 참여가 고혈압자의 신체구성 및 혈압개선에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to maintain a proper blood pressure for hypertensive through a exercise program, and was also to improve health care for local residents by increasing voluntary self-management performance in order to prevent a complication through diabetes, arterosclerosis, cerebral apoplexy and so on. 1. There was a significant decrease on the weight, but the amount of muscle increased significantly. There was a significant decease on body-fat ratio and abdomen-fat ratio. There was a significant increase on a basic metabolic ratio. 2. There was a significant decrease on arterial systole blood pressure, but there was, however, no significant change on diastolic blood pressure. As a result, during the voluntary participation in 12-week aerobic exercise program for a hypertensive, the amount of their muscle increased. A body-fat ratio and abdomen-fat ratio decreased, so that a basic metabolic ratio increased. In consequence of the above data, this voluntary aerobic exercise has a effect on the management of arterosclerosis blood pressure.

        고온환경에서 장시간 운동 시 오이음료 섭취가 프로락틴, 테스토스테론 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide useful data on the hormonal changes of university students(elite athletes) by comparing the change in the prolactin, testosterone and cortisol when the intake of cucumber drink in a high-temperature environment surveyed PE major students. The results of the study are as follows: First, there was no a significant difference between changes in the prolactin among groups when the intake of cucumber drink a half-hour ago of exercise, the beginning of exercise, and immediately after 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes of exercise in a high-temperature environment but was a significant difference between periods. However, there was no a significant difference between interaction effects among periods and groups. Second, there was no a significant difference between changes in the testosterone among groups when the intake of cucumber drink a half-hour ago of exercise, the beginning of exercise, and immediately after 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes of exercise in a high-temperature environment but was a significant difference between periods. However, there was no a significant difference between interaction effects among periods and groups. Third, there was no a significant difference between changes in the cortisol among groups when the intake of cucwnber drink a half-hour ago of exercise, the beginning of exercise, and immediately after 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes of exercise in a high-temperature environment but was a significant difference between periods. However, there was no a significant difference between interaction effects among periods and groups. All in all, it is considered that, when the intake of cucumber drink during a prolonged exercise in a high-temperature environment, its effect on fatigue- and stress-related hormones was more or less low. Therefore, it is suggested that, if taking a higher level of cucumber drink than hydration and ion drinks in during a prolonged exercise in a high-temperature environment, the level of change in the fatigue-and stress-related hormones would bring a more positive effect.

        4주간의 장시간 고강도 훈련이 장거리 선수들의 심폐기능 및 에너지 대사량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze effect of heart rate, minute ventilation, respiratory exchange rate, VO_2max/kg and energy metabolic by submaximal exercise after long-time & high-intensity training of 4 week. An subject in this study was selected among university representative athlete who has experience over 3 years. All subject performed long-time(6 hour) & high-intensity training throughout whole experimental period. After 4 week training, all athlete performed submaximal exercise(80%VO_2max, 60 min). Statistical techniques for data analysis were applied repeated ANOVA and paired T-test and the 5% level of significance. The results were as follow: 1) There is no significant difference in the heart rate, minute ventilation, respiratory exchange rate, VO_2max/kg in rest between before and after 4 week training. 2) There is no significant difference in the minute ventilation, VO_2max/kg in sbumaxial exercise between before and after 4 week training. But heart rate(p<.05), respiratory exchange rate(p<.01), energy metabolic(p<.01) is significant difference in sbumaxial exercise between before and after 4 week training. In conclusion, the long-time & high-intensity training of 4 week effect on developing heart rate, respiratory exchange rate, energy metabolic in sbumaxial exercise.

        태권도 음악 품새 수행이 여고생의 철분 상태변화에 미치는 영향

        This study sought to determine the positive effect of music pummsae by investigating how the general and music pummsae training would affect the level of iron status criterion parameters in the blood of high school female students. A total of 16 high school male students aged 16~18 years and known to have no specific disease upon interviewing them about their health were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: general (8) and music pummsae (8). The difference in the level of iron status criterion parameters in the blood before and after the experiment was tested after they were made to repeat the Taekwondo’s eight signs of divination (chapters 1~8) twice at the same speed. The test indicated that the levels of white blood cell count, RBC: red blood cell count, Hb: hemoglobin, Hct: Hematocrit decreased in the general poomsae group after the experiment. In the music pummsae group, however, the levels of white blood cell count, RBC: red blood cell count, Hb: hemoglobin, Hct: Hematocrit increased significant after the experiment. MCV, MCH, MCHC were increased in the general poomsae group after the experiment and the music pummsae group. But There is significant in the music pummsae group. This suggests that the music poomsae training has positive effects on the level of Iron Status criterion parameters.

        수상스키 참여자의 라이프스타일과 참여동기가 재이용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to search the life style and participation motive of participants in water skiing according to the trait of population statistics and identify the influence of life style and participation motive of those on reusing it. For this purpose, the study implemented independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis and thus it draw the following conclusions. First, There are differences among the contents of life style according to the trait of population statistics. When consulting those results about life style in the concrete, there are differences according to their age in family based style. There are differences according to their age in leasure culture-pursuing style. There are differences according to their age in individualistic style. There are differences according to their age in conservative type. Second, there are differences among the contents of participation motive according to the trait of population statistics. When consulting those results about participation motive in the concrete, there are differences according to their gender in self development. There are differences according to their gender and age in social fellowship oriented motive. There are differences according to their age in family oriented motive. There are differences according to their age in good use of leisure time. Third, there is influence of life style and participation motive of participants in water-skiing on their reuse. When consulting the results in the concrete, the participation motive has positive influence on reusing it. And also leisure culture-pursuing style, among the sub-variables, has positive influence on reuse.

        척수손상장애인의 댄스스포츠 종목별 에너지 소비량에 대한 연구

        This study was performed to present the exercise intensity in actual field using POLAR heart rate measurement equipment by predicting the heart-rate and energy consumption in different part of disabled dance sports, 16 athletes(8 men, 8 women) from Dance Sports Research Center located in Seoul who have spinal cord injury were the object of this study, Active professional dancers were selected to maintain the level of identity of this study and after the experiment, health checkup of the athletes were implemented by qualified medical research centers. Then we earned this conclusion : Heart rate was higher in men than women in part of dance sport, physical exercise was higher in women than men. Tango and jive showed higher exercise intensity in energy consumption, on the other hand, rumba showed low exercise intensity, In this study, because experiment was performed only three part of dance sports, we think expanding part of dance sports and considering variety of age, physical characteristic for versatile study.

        중년여성들의 운동참여가 혈액,골밀도,폐활량에 미치는 영향

        By studying the effect of the exercise practice in the purpose of providing the fundamental data which can be used for improving the effectiveness of participating in the motion program, the benign habits of exercise, and practical health care development, our research focused on measuring the blood, the bond density, and the capacity of the lungs of the group of middle-aged women in order to establish suitable exercise practice and efficient health care. Our consequences are followed. 1. After participating in the motion program, cholesterol, neutral fat, and high density G-protein density were decreased. Although the hemoglobin and glucose were also diminished, the amount of decrement was not considerable 2. The change in bond density was substantial(p<0.05). 3. The significant enhancement of the capacity of the lungs was not observed after it.

        12주간의 음악줄넘기운동이 중년여성의 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data which can be used for improving the effectiveness of participating in the exercise program, the benign habits of exercise. and practical health care development The subjects were middle-aged women who participated in 12 weeks rhythmic rope-jumping exercise program and we examined blood lipid of pre-and post-exercise. The results from of the experiments are followings. First, when we viewed the changing of TG after participating in the exercise program, we could observe the reduction from 182.69±111.69㎎/㎗ to 121.82±67.79㎎/㎗ thus significant difference showed(P<.001). Second, when we viewed the changing of TC after participating in the exercise program, we could observe the reduction from 100.38±29.05㎎/㎗ to 162.74±22.84㎎/㎗ thus significant difference showed(P<.001). Third. when we viewed the changing of HDL-C after participating in the exercise program. we could observe the reduction from 45.17±7.01㎎/㎗ to 50.84±8.08㎎/㎗ thus significant difference showed(P<.001).
