      • Manual Muscle Test 중 상지거상저항 검사 시 근력 오류 발생 원인에 대한 고찰

        Objectives: We investigated muscle force from the upper limb lifting resistance test to conform the objectivity in manual muscle test. Methods: We made standard method in upper limb lifting resistance test to compare with experiment method switching the lower limb position left & right. And resistance forces of upper limb of subject were checked to inspector with closing eyes. Results: 1. The lifting resistance of right upper limb was stronger when the lower limb of right and left were abducted. 2. The lifting resistance of right upper limb was weaken when the lower limb of right and left were adducted. 3. The lifting resistance of right upper limb was weaken when the lower limb of right and left were elevated. Conclusions: As the above results, the deltoid muscle force checked in the upper limb lifting resistance test is affected by the location of lower limbs, it suggested that the muscle force of some part in the body will be affected by the other parts. It will be useful to understand the symmetry principle of body in muscle function.

      • 경추회전제한검사법에 대한 소고; 근육검사법 관점에서

        Objectives: It has been reported to continue that temporomandibular joint balancing medicine (functional cerebrospinal therapy; FCST) is effective in treating incurable diseases in clinic recently. FCST is based on the results of restricted cervical rotation test, it means that the results of restricted cervical rotation test has a very high reliability on test results. Methods: This study has the aim to understand restricted cervical rotation test method and to use well with high technical skill. So manual muscle test method which was based on the upper limb lifting resistance test method are compared with restricted cervical rotation test method and had been discussed. Results: Results are that restricted cervical rotation test by using the passive motion of arrested persons (patients) have high the reliability and accuracy. Conclusions: It is concluded that restricted cervical rotation test is the new type of manual muscle tests and the results of test are very high the reliability and accuracy so that the acquirement of test method is helpful in clinic practically.

        학생의 ICT 활용 능력 향상을 위한 문제 중심 학습(PBL)의 효과에 관한 연구

        In this paper, I survey the field which students use ICT and propose a teaching and learning model to improve students' ability in using ICT. Also, I apply it and prove its' effect. Because Problem Based Learning treats ill-structured problem which reflects actuality, Students can pick up the actual knowledge and become verse in general principle or concept which can transmit resemble problem or situation. Therefore, I hope a teaching and learning model which I propose in this paper has an effect to improve students' ability in using ICT. 본 논문에서는 ICT 활용 교육에서 학생들의 ICT 활용 범위를 알아보고, 학생들에게 ICT 활용 능력을 효과적으로 습득시켜줄 수 있는 문제 중심 학습(PBL)의 교수-학습 과정안을 제시하였다. 또한, 탐색된 교수-학습 과정안을 현장에 적용하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 문제 중심 학습은 실세계를 반영한 비구조화된 문제를 다루므로 사실적 지식을 습득할 수 있고 유사한 문제나 상황에 전이될 수 있는 일반적인 원리나 개념의 숙달이 가능해 ICT 활용 능력 함양과 같은 실기교과의 교수-학습에 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

        교육정보 관리시스템 운영에 대한 초등학교 교직원의 의식 조사 연구

        In this paper, I survey the actual condition of management of EIMS(Educational Information Management System) which have been used at the elementary, middle and high school. I investigate of the opinion of school personnel for the effect of EIMS. I specially research on the effect and problem of NEIS. The research method which I used is a questionnaire. After I divide the school into the city and the suburban, into the NEIS model school and the other school. I sample school personnels. The collecting data is analyzed by the frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage, and chi-square test. In this paper, I survey the actual condition, the effect and the problem of management of EIMS and propose a improvement measure. I hope a improvement measure which I propose in this paper helps them to manage the EIMS in the further.

        초등학교 웹 코스웨어의 품질 향상을 위한 평가 기준 및 도구 개발

        In this paper, We have developed the evaluation standards for web coursewares which can properly reflected each class-type teaching and learning theories, type of learning and characteristics of learners. We proved the proper of content, reliability and objectivity. Also, We have designed and developed the evaluation tool which runs on the web. The evaluation tools for the web coursewares developed in this paper presents the direction and standard to develop the web coursewares. Also, it will help learners to choose the web coursewares, because the evaluation results for web courseware notify on the web.

        경혈 및 경락의 전기적 특성에 관한 또 다른 이해

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to understand electro-physiological peculiarity in meridian and acupoints, and understand acupuncture therapy mechanism as an electro-physiological viewpoints. Methods: I reviewed the articles on the electro-physiological peculiarity of the meridian and acupoints Results and Conclusions: It has been reported that meridian and acupoints have high-electrical conductivity and row-electrical resistance. On this scientific basis, to understand the mechanism of acupuncture therapy, I made some hypotheses. At first, there is electro-property in meridian and acupoint. The second, energy flowing in meridian is related with electro-property. The third, there is electronic interaction between practitioner of acupuncture therapy and patient receiving acupuncture therapy. The forth, acupuncture effects which may be expressed by the electro-charge capacity is transfered between practitioner and patient via acupuncture. Electro-charge induced via acupuncture in practitioner may be an important factor that initiate the electro-charge changes in meridian and acupoint of patient.

        초,중학교 SW교육을 위한 프로그래밍 평가지표 개발

        본 논문에서는 2016년부터 초ㆍ중학교에서 확대ㆍ강화되는 SW 교육에서 학생들이 개발한 SW 프로그램을 창의력, 논리력, 문제해결력 등과 같은 교육적 가치 측면과 효율성, 신뢰성, 완전성 등과 같은 SW품질적 측면이 조화롭게 평가될 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 SW교육의 단계별로 교육적 가치 측면과 SW 품질적 측면에서의 15개의 SW 프로그램 평가요소를 설정하고 각 평가요소별 총 36개의 평가기준을 개발하였다. 그리고 15개 평가요소와 36개의 평가기준에 대하여 SW교육 및 프로그래밍 전문가 39명에게 평가요소와 평가기준의 타당성을 검토 받았으며, 그 결과, 15개 평가요소와 36개 평가기준 모두 타당성이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 개발된 SW 프로그램 평가지표는 SW교육의 신뢰성을 높여주고 학생들에게 자신의 학습에 대한 자아성찰의 기회를 제공해 주며, 정보영재교육과 SW 프로그램 공모전 및 경시대회, SW 능력 인증 및 자격제도 등의 다양한 교육활동활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, I developed a assesment indicator to evaluate SW program developed by students in SW education. The SW education carry out in elementary school, middle school and high school from 2016. But the assesment indicator to evaluate SW program had not been developed until now. Therefore, I tried to develop the assesment indicator that have harmoniously educational characteristic and SW qualitative characteristic. First of all, I had set the 15 attributes for assesment and developed the 36 criteria for 15 attributes. And the validity of 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment had been reviewed by 39 SW educational experts. As a result, the 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment were determined to which that have validity. I expect that the assesment indicator developed in this paper will raise the reliability of evaluation in SW education. And the assesment indicator may be used at SW competition conference for teenagers.

        유러닝 효과성의 일반화 방안

        본 연구에서는 그 동안 교과부에서 추진해 온 유러닝 시범학교들의 효과를 분석해 보고 그 성과를 일반화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이에 따라 유러닝 효과성의 지표를 만족도, 효능감, 학업성취도, 일반화 가능성으로 정하고 유러닝 연구학교의 운영 결과와 선행연구의 결과를 재분석하고 시사점을 도출하고 그 시사점에 기초하여 유러닝의 효과를 일반화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 유러닝의 일반화 방안은 도입단계, 확산단계, 정착단계로 나누어 점진적으로 진행할 수 있도록 제시하였으며, 각 단계는 정책, 교수-학습, 품질제고, 기술적용 등의 4개 요소로 세분해 구체적인 내용을 제시하였다. 유러닝의 일반화 방안은 유러닝의 효과를 좌우하는 유비쿼터스 기술의 발전 방향에 따라 달라질 수 있겠으나 본 연구에서 제시한 일반화 방안은 3단계를 통한 점진적인 방법을 취하고 있어 향후 유비쿼터스 기술의 변화에도 어느 정도 대응할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, we analyzed the effect of u-learning model school which have been in forced by the Ministry of Education. We suggested a plan which we generalized the effects of u-learning. To analyzed the effects of u-learning, first of all, we set up indexes of u-learning effect - satisfaction measurement, efficacy measurement, the scholastic achievements, possibility of generalization. After we reanalyzed reports of model school and papers fo u-learning, we looked for suggestions of the effects u-leaning. We draw up a plan which we generalized the effects of u-learning according to suggestions. We devide a plan by 3 steps - introduction step, diffusion step, fixation step and every step by 4 field - policy of u-learning, teaching & learning, quality control, technology. Because we suggested a concrete plan which we generalized the effects of u-learning, we expect to use usefully our plan at school in the future.
