      • 자동화변속기의 변속제어기 검증을 위한 HILS 시스템 개발

        Nowadays, an importance of automated manual transmission(AMT) is increasing. Because AMT has simple structure, low consumption of fuel compared with automatic transmission(AT) and has driving convenience of AT. A development of transmission control unit(TCU) for AMT using real car test need much time and money and has a risk. If HILS system to develop TCU is used, we expect that there is the periodic and economic usefulness. This paper propose HILS system of TCU for AMT using Matlab/Simulink, dSPACE and 16bit microprocessor. Simulation result show the applicability of the proposed HILS system to a development of TCU for automated manual transmission.<br/>

        U-서비스 특성을 이용한 U-City 유형별 분류 기준 수립에 관한 연구

        U-City is currently under construction in 36 local governments and recognized as the future city model. The purpose of this study is to establish the classification criteria of U-City based on the characteristics of U-Services(U-City Services) in order to use as the reference material for the planning of U-City construction. In this study, the classification criteria of U-City were established four types. “Type of A” is the Basic-Public U-City model that provides the basic services and public services. “Type of B” is the Basic-Private U-City model that provides the basic services and private services. “Type of C” is the Special-Public U-City model that provides the special services and public services. “Type of D” is the Special-Private U-City model that provides the special services and private services. Moreover, the priorities of planning of U-Services were setting by the possibility of the technical realization of U-Services and preferences of U-Services. The result of this study shows that U-City model will be developed as “Type of A” in order to improve the competitive and the efficiency of the operation and management of the city in the early stages. With the urban growth, U-City model will be developed as other types in order to fill the needs for highquality services and the regional characteristics, etc.

        This paper proposes a steering control method based on optimal control theory to improve the vehicle maneuverability in the cornering of the 6WD(wheel drive)/6WS(wheel steer) military armored vehicle. The 6WD/6WS vehicles are believed to have good performance on off-road maneuvering and to have fail-safe capabilities when one or two of their tires are blown. However, the vehicle stability in cornering of the 6WS vehicles is not well understood in the relevant literature. In this paper, the sideslip angle and yaw rate are controlled for the improvement of maneuverability by 6 wheel independent control of steering angles. A scale-down vehicle is designed and used in the evaluation of the proposed control method.

        Since the fuel cell uses the hydrogen for its fuel. it has no emission and higher efficiency than an internal combustion engine. Also fuel cell is much quieter than engine generator and generates heat much less than engine generator. So it has advantage of Army's 'si lent watch' capability and the ability to operate undetected by the enemy. The fuel cell hybrid system combines a fuel cell power system with an ESS. The ESS (e.g., batteries or ultracapacitors) reduces the fuel cell's peak power and transient response requirements. It allows the fuel cell to operate more efficiently and recovery of vehicle energy during deceleration. The battery has high energy density, so it has the advantage regarding driving distance. However, it has a disadvantage considering dynamic characteristic because of low power density. One other hand. the ultracapacitor has higher power density, so it can handle sudden change or discharge of required power. Yet. it has lower energy density. so it will be bigger and heavier than the battery when it has the same energy. This paper proposes the power management strategy for multi-power source fuel cell hybrid system. which is applied with the merits of both battery and ultra capacitor by using both of them simultaneous.

        3차원 비정렬 중첩격자계를 이용한 서로 겹쳐진 물체들 간의 상대운동 해석기법에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 3차원 비정렬 중첩격자계를 이용한 서로 겹쳐진 물체들 간의 상대운동 해석기법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 홀 컷팅 과정에서 격자요소를 구성하는 모든 격자점들이 다른 물체의 내부에 위치하는 물체 경계의 격자요소들을 계산에서 제외하였고, 일부분이 다른 물체의 내부에 위치하는 격자요소들은 계산영역에 포함하였다. 비정상 유동의 계산을 위해 계산에서 제외되는 비활성 격자요소들에 내삽과 외삽을 통해 적절한 유동값을 부여하여, 상대운동이 진행됨에 따라 다음 시간단계에서 새롭게 활성 격자로 분류될 때 이전 시간에서의 유동값으로 이용될 수 있도록 하였다. 해석기법을 이용하여 기존에는 해석이 불가능했던 3차원 날개의 내부에서 발사체가 사출되는 운동과 발사체의 동체에서 다수의 핀이 전개되는 운동을 해석하였다. In the present study, A 3-D chimera technique for overlapped bodies in relative motion is studied using unstructured meshes. If all node points of a mesh element at solid boundary are in another body, this element is excluded from computational domain. For computation of unsteady flow, non-active cells have proper variables using interpolation and extrapolation. These variables are used in next time step. The motion of a launching trajectory ejected from a wing and the motion of deploying fins of a trajectory which have not been simulated are computed to conform practicality of this technique.

        This paper propose a steering control method based on optimal control theory to improve the 6 wheeled vehicle stability during cornering. The 6-wheeled vehicle is believed to have better performance than 4-wheeled vehicle in the capability of the crossing obstacles, off-road maneuvering and fail-safe when one or two of their tires are blown. Usually many kinds of method to improve the 4-wheeled vehicle lateral stability are studied and developed actively. Some studies of 6-wheeled vehicle are introduced recently. But they used desired model of 4-wheeled vehicle to control the lateral stability during coming. In this paper, the sideslip angle and yaw rate are controlled to improve 6-wheeled vehicle stability during cornering by the control of 6 wheel's steering angle.

        2차원 비정렬 중첩격자계를 이용한 서로 겹쳐진 물체간의 상대운동 해석기법 개발

        본 연구에서는 2차원 비정렬 중첩격자계를 이용한 서로 겹쳐진 불체간의 상대운동 해석기법을 개발하였다. 물체들이 교차되는 교차점에서 가장 가까운 거리에 있는 각 격자계의 물체 경계면에 위치한 격자점들을 교차점으로 이동시키고, 이 교차점을 기준으로 계산영역에 포함되는 격자와 계산에서 제외되는 격자가 구분되도록 하였다. 비정상 유동의 계산을 위해 계산에서 제외되는 비활성 격자점에 적절한 유통값을 부여하여, 상대운동이 진행됨에 따라 새롭게 활성 격자점으로 분류될 때 이전 시간에서의 유통값으로 이용될 수 있도록 하였다. 해석기법의 검증을 위해 단순플랩의 진동에 따른 에어포일 주위의 유동을 해석하여 타 연구자의 해석결과와 비교하였고, NACA0012 에어포일의 내부에서 사출되는 발사체의 운동에 대하여 해석을 수행하였다. In the present study, a 2-D chimera technique for overlapped bodies in relative motion is developed using unstructured triangular meshes. The solid boundary nodes located next to the intersecting point between bodies are merged to the intersecting point to assure accurate representation of the intersecting region. In order to assign proper value of flow variables at the nodes located out of the computational field, interpolation is conducted for non-active nodes. For validation, the motions of a NACA64A006 airfoil and a NACA0012 airfoil with a plane flap are computed and the results are compared with other simulations. The motion of a launching missile ejected from a NACA0012 airfoil is also simulated.

      • 연료전지 하이브리드 차량의 동력 관리 전략에 관한 연구

        The fuel cell hybrid vehicle is an evolution from the conventional vehicle that has made immense improvement in using the fuel cell. In designing a hybrid vehicle, the task of finding optimal component sizes and an appropriate control strategy is key to achieve maximum fuel economy. In this paper we focused on the component sizing and the power management strategy of FCHEAV (Fuel Cell Hybrid Electric Armored Vehicle). The component sizing is achieved based on drivability constraints and an optimal power split ratio between fuel cell and E.S.S (enery strage system) is based on the local and real-time minimization of an equivalent energy. The approach involves equivalent energy conversion factor to convert the electrical energy into equivalent hydrogen energy. We developed the reliable method to find the equivalent energy conversion factor and it can be easily calculated online as function of the curent system status, SOC (State of Charge) and the driving energy prediction data. Compared with the power follower strategy and equivalent enegy minimization using an average efficiency, the developed strategy improved the system fuel economy and especially showed its excellence in the ability to sustain SOC. Finally we checked the effect which the power response capability of the fuel cell system has on the power management control and the developed strategy's ability to self-adapt to the efficiency of the powertrain components.

        IP 멀티캐스트는 하나의 연결을 통해 데이터를 동시에 여러 컴퓨터로 보낼 수 있게 함으로서 비디오 스트림과 같은 대용량의 데이터 전송에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다. 하지만, IP 멀티캐스트는 UDP에 기반한 best-effort 서비스로서, TCP에서 제공하는 신뢰 전송, 혼잡 제어 및 흐름 제어를 제공하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 또한 멀티캐스트 그룹 참가자는 어떠한 인증 과정이나 절차 없이 멀티캐스트 그룹에 참가/탈퇴가 가능하고, 하나의 서브넷 내에서는 브로드캐스트를 이용하기 때문에, 데이터의 기밀을 유지하기가 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는, 일-대-다 멀티캐스트 응용에 적합한 흐름 제어, 키 관리 기법을 제공하는 신뢰전송 프로토콜인 TRDMP를 제안한다. While the Internet is suffering from the massive data such as video stream, IP multicast can ease the load of the Internet by enabling one copy of digital information to be received by multiple computers simultaneously. But If multicast is based on UDP, packets are delivered using a best-effort Policy without any reliability, congestion control or flow control. Multicast group members can join or leave a multicast group at will, and multicast uses broadcast mechanism, it's very hard to keep security from unauthorized members. In this paper, we introduce a new reliable multicast protocol TRDMF proper for one-to-many multicast model with reliability, flow control, congestion control and key management.
