Since the annual salary system is introduced by a way of management strategy for surviving the unlimited competition era under the IMF system, this research is undertaken for the purposes of providing the plans that would facilitate the annual salary system and resolves the shortcomings of the annual salary system. Although the annual salary system is an innovative wage control system that may improve the high-cost low-efficiency mechanism, an undue competition by the overly aggressive employees may result by doing away from the employee spirit when the assessment of credibility and fairness lacks. This study is aimed at enhancing the managerial efficiency of a business enterprise as well as its productivity. The content of the research has indicated the ways to stabilize the annual salary system in the Korean business enterprise by providing the initial themes for salary system model for Korean economy, the strategy for annual salary system promotion and time to introduce the annual salary system for Korea as well as the time for stabilization of it.

Recently, enterprises have introduced outsourcing as a management strategy for surviving to be a competitive enterprise by adapting themselves to the rapidl changing management and increasing the management efficiency through enforcement of the core competence. However, outsourcing is an area where it is difficult to be successful without systematic and strategical approach. Therefore, an object of the present study is to build a basis for an enterprise to grow and develop into a going concern through increase in the productivity by reviewing the concept and actual status of introduction of outsourcing for Korean enterprise, and presenting concrete methods of improvement and strategies of promotion.

Most of companies are remodeling organization into the Team System as a strategy to cope with the rapidly changing business environment and to enhance them to the competitive company by radical reform. So it is definitely required that companies prepare comprehensive and balanced view of performance evaluation method for well-settled Team System. Professional goal of this study is focused on improvement of organization by expanding the horizon on the activation of Team System and accomplishing the goal of this. We will try to review what is the Team System and how we can evaluate the performance effectively. Also we will show how we can measure the performance and what is the idea model as a method of performance evaluation to approach original purpose of this study.

韓國企業의 人的資源計劃에 관한 實證的 硏究 : K公企業의 適正定員設計를 中心으로

본 연구는 한국기업이 급변하는 경영환경을 극복하여 지속적인 성장발전을 하기 위해서 기업의 경영여건과 정책에 부합되는 창조적인 인재를 확보하고 적정인력 수준을 모색하여 인력활용계획을 추진할 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 기업의 인적자원을 어떻게 측정하고 예측하는 것이 합리적인가 하는 방안과 효율적으로 적정인원을 유지, 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로써 기업경영의 합리화 방안을 강구하고 기업경영에서의 인적자원관리의 중요성을 조명하고자 하는데 연구 목적이 있으며, 인적자원관리 계획의 이론적 배경과 정원산정방법을 고찰하고 K공기업을 대상으로 실증분석하여 거시적인 방법으로는 인건비를 기준으로 하는 방법, 매출액에 의한 방법, 부가가치에 의한 방법, 통계분석(회귀분석)을 이용한 정원산정 방법으로 정원을 산정하여 보고 미시적인 방법으로는 K공기업 1,013명을 대상으로 직무조사 및 직무분석을 실시하여 직군별, 업무구분별, 부서별로 적정인원을 산정 제시하였다. 그리고, 인적자원예측모델에 의하여 기업의 지불능력과 매출액 등을 기준으로 향후 적정조직인원 규모를 제시하여 미래의 경영환경변화와 조직환경 변화에 대비할 수 있는 방안을 모색하도록 함으로써 인적자원관리 방법을 구체적으로 제시 하였다.

韓國企業의 自律的인 産業平和 定着化 方案에 관한 硏究

한국기업은 1991년 12월 9일 ILO 가입을 계기로 노사분규에 대한 인식의 전환을 요하게 되었으며 특히 1997년 12월 IMF체제에 돌입하게 됨에 따라 양해각서에 의거 노동시장 유연성을 확보하는 과정에서 많은 勞使紛糾가 예상되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 노·사간에 勤勞條件등 현안문제를 해결하고 개선하는 과정에서 충분한 시간을 갖고 團體交涉과 勞使協議를 하였는데도 노사쌍방이 물러설 수 없는 적당한 명분을 찾지 못하여 장기간 기업의 발전에 실익이 없는 대립적이고 소모적인 자기몫 다툼에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는 極限 상황일 때 노·사 당사자 외의 종업원들의 의견과 합리적인 해결방안을 收斂하여 다시 한 번 냉철히 자사에 맞는 해결방안을 찾아 볼 수 있는 기회를 마련함으로써 勞使紛糾를 예방하고 自律的으로 신속히 解決하여 대외이미지를 실추시키지 않으면서 조직안정과 생산성을 향상시키고, 21세기에 걸맞는 새로운 勞使關係를 정립하고 창출함으로써 진정한 産業平和 定着化를 이룩하여 사회안정과 경제발전에 기여하고 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 한국기업의 노사분규 발생추이 및 특징과 외국의 노사분규 해결제도, 한국기업의 노사분규 해결제도 등을 살펴보고 기업별 노동조합 형태하에서 自律的인 勞使紛糾 解決方案으로 "社內 勞使紛糾調整委員會" 구성 및 운영방안에 대하여 구체적으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the cooperative and productive labor relations that is based on the participation by understanding the issues on the operation of the labor - management Consultation system and suggesting the reasonable alternatives through the demonstrative research since the necessity to build the cooperative labor relations while going away from the hostile labor relationships of the past in order for a joint prosperity of labor and management in Korea under the Korea's current status of IMF bailout situation. The content of the study is to suggest the efficient operation plan of labor management council system by suggesting the reasonable improvement plan after bring out the issues of operating labor - management Consultation system in Korea through the demonstrative research after looking through the theoretical background of labor management system.

국내 소형 건축물의 에너지 소비특성 분석

Escaping from large building-centered management behavior, they have realized that the importance of energy management in small building was neglected. Energy saving for energy-guzzling large building is important issue, but energy consumption in small buildings is nothing to sneeze so that energy consumption profiles should be analyzed thoroughly and proper energy saving systems should be prepared urgently for these buildings. This study is to investigate the characteristic and actual state of energy consumption with analyses of energy consumption data in small buildings. Energy consumption rates and patterns were surveyed and analyzed by species of energy used for several kinds of buildings. As results, we found that the natural gas consumption for heating was accounted for the major part of total energy use in residential buildings while the electric power consumption was dominant in commercial buildings.

Recently the building energy saving has been a very interesting issue because of the sky-rocketing oil price. But the major interests have focused on the large buildings so that small buildings have attracted no attention at all from public sector. Although the amount of building energy consumption is very little, the number of small buildings are tremendous. The building retrofit and field tests were carried out in the present study for two small and old style buildings. For one building the inner insulation method was adopted as well as high insulation window system with low-E-coating window and air-tight fireproof door, and for the other building the exterior insulation method was used instead of interior one. As results we obtained that the energy saving rate and economic performance of the exterior insulation system was much more excellent relative to the interior system in spite of the high investment cost.
