        시설거주 노인의 연령과 성별에 따른 신체구성, 하지근력 및 심혈관 변인의 분석

        The aim of this study is to compare and analyze the body composition, leg strength and cardiovascular variable for the elderly who are in residential aged care facilities according to sex and age. A total of sixty-nine subjects between 65 to 85 who inhabit in Silver Tower, fee charging facilities for the elderly, were invited to participate. Four groups were formed; a young-old men Group (YMG, n= 31), a young-old woman Group (YWG , n = 22), an old-old men Group (OMG, n= 8). Variables of Body composition (Ht, Wt, BMW, BF, BF%, BMI)were measured through Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis(BIA). Variables of leg strength (60%PTFx, 60%PTEt, 180%PTFx, 180%PTEt) were measured by isokineic devices Cybex 6000. Cardiovascular Variables (RHR, RSBP, RDBP, MHR, MSBP, MDBP) were measured through sub-maximal test applied by Modified Bruce Protocol. All data were expressed by using One-way ANOVA in order to compare between 4 groups. Significance level(a) was 0.05. Ht and BMW of body composition variables between groups showed that YMG and OMG were high. There was statistical significance according to sex (p<.05). BF and BF% from comparison between groups turned up higher for YWG and OWG. There was statistical significance according to sex as well (p<.05). BMI from comparison between groups turned up higher at YWG. There was statistical significance according to sex and age (p<.05). All data of cardiovascular variables showed that there was not statistical significance according to sex and age. 60%PTFx and 60%PTEt of all leg strength variables between groups showed that YMG and OMG were high. There was statistical significance according to sex (p<.05). It showed that there was no statistical significance in 60%PTFx and 60%PTEt of all leg strength variables between groups. In conclusion, it is expected that body composition and leg strength variables for the elderly are so different according to sex and age that the life expectancy of the elderly will increase more. The more detailed studies are needed in future.

        A majority of studies have demonstrated that regular physical activity and exercise training decrease cardiac mortality and all cause mortality, the recurrence of nonfatal myocardial infarction, and the necessity of revascularization procedures. aerobic exercise may be strongly dependent on clinical presentation and was more frequent in patients with CAD Cardiopulmonary cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive program of exercise and education that helps patients with heart disease return to their former daily lives, and furthermore, maintain their physical, emotional and socially healthy and productive lives. Cardiac rehabilitation programs include aerobic exercise therapy, behavior modification, lifestyle and stress management, adjustment of other risk factors. The goal is to reduce the incidence of heart disease and delay or prevent disease progression, ultimately increasing the quality of life of the patient and lowering the mortality rate. It has also been shown to improve exercise capacity, psychological functioning, and risk factor management. Patients with cardiovascular disease can safely exercise observing a few instructions. For this, exercise tests need to be done to identify the risk of heart attack resulting from exercise, and high-risk patients need to be under a doctor’s supervision while performing exercise training for a certain time. In contrast, low-risk patients can receive exercise prescriptions with basic instructions for exercise training to exercise in their homes. It i s important that e xercise b ecomes a regular part o f patients p astime a ctivity in o rder t o continuously see the effects of cardio-protection from exercise.

        복싱선수들의 체중감량 시 블랙초코베리 섭취가 과산화 지질과 항산화 효소 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향

        Present study is to investigate an impact of black chokeberry on the lipid peroxidation, antioxidant enzymes and immunity for boxers while they are trying to loose weight1. 3male boxers are subjected to two weeks of weight reduction training, assigned randomly in two groups : an experimental group taking the black chokeberry and the placebo group. The impact on the lipid peroxidant enzymes and immunity are as the followings: 1. There was no significant difference in MDA concentration in blood between the two groups during two weeks of weight reduction training while the experimental group showed a significant difference in MDA concentration after the training by decrease(p<.05) 2. There was no significant difference in GPX concentration in blood between the experimental control groups. 3. There was no significant difference in immune globlin(IgG, IgA, IgM)between the two groups in two weeks while the experimental group showed a significant difference in IgA concentration in blood after the training by increase(p<.05). Therefore, two weeks of antioxidant intake dose not make any significant difference between two groups, however, since the experimental group taking the black chokeberry showed a slightly significant decrease in MDA and a slightly significant increase in IgA indicated that taking antioxidant while under a intense training and weight reduction can be performance enhancing for athletes.

        지속적 및 간헐적 달리기 운동이 남자 대학생의 유산소성 운동능력 및 신체구성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of continuous and intermittent running on the aerobic capacity and body composition of male college students. In this study 20 male college students attending G-city University without medical history were selected as subjects. These subjects were randomly assigned to continuous exercise group (n=10) and intermittent exercise group (n=10). The exercise program was performed at 50 minutes per day for 10 weeks, 3 times a week and at 50-80% of the maximum heart rate. The maximum oxygen uptake, oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold, cardiac output, ventilation, and duration of exercise were measured as the aerobic capacity. Also, body composition, body fat percentage, waist to hip ratio, body fat mass, were measured and analyzed. Based on the results of the study, the following results were obtained. First, there was a significant difference (p<.05) in the duration of exercise as a result of analyzing the pre-and post change by performing continuous and intermittent running for 10 weeks, while the other variables showed the same pre-and post change in both continuous and intermittent running groups. Second, there was a significant difference (p<.05) in the body fat(%), waist to hip ratio, body fat mass as a result of analyzing the pre-and post change by performing continuous and intermittent running for 10 weeks. Therefore, intermittent exercise with continuous exercise may also be an effective exercise method for increasing potential aerobic capacity and reducing body fat in changes in body composition.

        에어로빅댄스 운동이 폐경기 우울증 복부비만 여성의 대사증후군 지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of 12 weeks aerobic dance program on metabolic syndrome indices in post-menopausal depression abdominal obese women. A total 37 women more than one year after menopause were participated for this study. We divided all subjects into 4 groups by Beck Depression Inventory: severe-depression group(n=7), mild-depression group(n=8), light-depression group(n=11) and no depression group(n=11) as a control. For the exercise in this study, aerobic dance performed at an intensity of heart rate reserve 50~80%, 60 minutes of exercise time, and the frequency of 3 times a week. Conclusions obtained from this study were as follows: The participation of aerobic program improved the metabolic syndrome indices in all groups. In the results of waist circumference, glucose, triglycerides(TG) and systolic blood pressure(SBP) showed significant decrease. However, high density lipoprotein(HDL) cholesterol and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were not improved significantly. Although, DBP was not decreased significantly, there was a trend toward reduced of DBP(p<.083). As a conclusion, the aerobic dance program for 12 weeks would be a positive role for metabolic syndrome indices by post-menopausal depression abdominal obese women.

        댄스스포츠 수강 대학생의 여가만족도가 향후지속의사 및 수강추천의사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of leisure satisfaction on intention to exercise adherence and intention to lecture recommendation in college students taking dance sports class. More specifically, this study was to examine the influence of the leisure satisfaction by comparing the difference of psychological, educational, social, physiological and environmental satisfaction. Subjects of this study were sampled from (male=, female=) out of 230 college students located in seoul city. Data were collected through the questionnaire revised for the purpose of this study and the statistical techniques, which were used for the analysis of this study, included frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Each hypothesis was examined at the significance level of p<.05. The results of the study were as follows; First, psychological satisfaction has an influence on the intention to exercise adherence and intention to lecture recommendation in college students taking dance sports class(p<.001). Second educational satisfaction has an influence on the intention to exercise adherence(p<.001) and intention to lecture recommendation (p<.01) in college students taking dance sports class. However, social, physiological and environmental satisfaction have no influence on the intention to exercise adherence and intention to lecture recommendation in college students taking dance sports class. Of the leisure satisfaction, this results suggest, psychological and educational satisfaction would be more effective to enhance intention to exercise adherence and intention to lecture recommendation in college students taking dance sports class.

        복싱에어로빅 운동이 안정 시 심박수변이도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 여자대학생에게 복싱에어로빅 운동 후, 그 운동이 심박수변이도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 시도되었다. 운동전 측정과 3개월 복싱에어로빅 운동 후 측정, 두 차례에 의하여 검사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. (1) 심박수변이도의 결과 Mean HRT는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (2) 심박수변이도의 결과 SDNN은 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (3) 심박수변이도의 결과 RMSSD는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (4) 심박수변이도의 결과 TP는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (5) 심박수변이도의 결과 LF는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (6) 심박수변이도의 결과 HF는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (7) 심박수변이도의 결과 LF/HF는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. (8) 심박수변이도의 결과 VLF는 집단 및 시간, 집단과 시간간의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이상을 종합할 때 심박수변이도는 환경적인 영향을 받는 것으로 생각되어지며, 심박수변이도가 운동에 미치는 영향을 자세하기 규명하기 위해서는 비교적 동일한 집단을 더욱 세분화시키고 연령대와 성별, 운동형태 등에 따른 보다 장기적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 생각된다. The Purpose of this study was to examine the effects of boxing aerobic training on resting heart rate variability (HRV) in females. The subjects for this study were performed 16 female college students that aged 19-23. The subjects were divided into two groups; boxing aerobic exercise group (9 students) and control group (7 students). Boxing aerobic training program was performed three times a week for twelve weeks with VO2max 60-80% exercise intensity. The results of this study were following; 1. Mean HRT (mean heart rate) had no signigicant difference among the groups and exercise time. 2. SDNN (standard deviation of the normal to normal interval) had no significant difference among the group and exercise time. 3. RMS-SD (square root of the mean squared differences of successive normal to normal interval) had no significant difference among the groups and exercise time. 4. TP (total power) had no significant difference among the groups and exercise time. 5. LF (low frequency) had no significant difference among the groups and exercise time. 6. HF (high frequency) had no significant difference among the groups and exercise time. 7. LF/HF (low frequence/high frequency ratio) had no significant difference among the groups and exercise time. 8. VLF (very low frequency) had no significant difference among the groups and exercise time.

        8주간 레일현수형 보행운동이 편마비 뇌졸중 환자의 발목가동범위와 보행 속도 및 균형에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 8 weeks suspension-rail giat traing on ankle ROM, static blance, dynamic balance and gait speed. METHODS: The participants were composed of thirty-six stroke patients who were diagnosed hemiplegia in our study. As for group classification, subjects were divided into two group: 8 weeks suspension-rail giat traing group and control group. Storke patients participated in suspension-rail gait training program and traditional physical therapy for 8 weeks. We measured their ankle ROM (goniometer), static balance (Berg Balance Scale, BBS), dynamic balance (Timed Up & Go, TUG) and gait speed (10 m walking test, 10MWT), when before begun the program, after 8 weeks. RESULTS: After 8 weeks, suspension-rail giat traing group showed significant improvement on ankle ROM (p<.001), static balance (p<.001), gait speed (p<.05) than control group. But dynamic balance were not founded significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: The result indicated that suspension-rail gait training would be effective exercise to gait speed and static balance for patients with hemiplegia stroke.
