미용실 종사자의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 사회적 지지가 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 부산지역에 소재하는 미용실 종사자들을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 사회적 지지와 이직의도와의 상관관계를 알아보고 이직의도에 미치는 변인들의 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 첫째, 연령이 낮을수록 감정노동이 높으며, 연령, 학력, 경력, 직위가 낮을수록 직무스트레스와 직무소진이 높고, 연령과 학력이 낮고 휴무일이 적을수록 이직의도가 많았다. 둘째, 원장/디자이너는 감정절제, 감정부조화, 심리적 스트레스, 역할스트레스가 이직의도가 유의미하고 스텝은 감정부조화, 심리적 스트레스가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이직의도전체는 원장/디자이너는 감정절제, 역할스트레스, 상사지지와 동료지지가, 직장관련 이직의도에는 감정절제, 역할스트레스, 동료지지, 비인격화가 영향을 미친다. 스텝은 이직의도전체와 직장관련 이직의도에는 상사지지, 동료지지, 비인격화가, 직업관련 이직의도는 상사지지가 영향을 미친다. This study analyzed the effects of job stress, job burnout, and social support on turnover intention for beauty salon workers in Busan. First, the younger, the higher levels of emotional labor; the younger, the lower education levels, the shorter career, and the lower position, the higher job stress and the higher job burnout; and the younger, the lower education levels, and the fewer days off, the higher turnover intention. Second, directors, designers and the staff had emotional labor, job stress, job burnout, and social support associated with turnover intention. Third, owners and designers had their turnover intention in general affected by emotional control, role stress, supervisor support, and colleague support and had their workplace-related turnover intention affected by emotional control, role stress, colleague support, and depersonalization, while the staff had their turnover intention in general and workplace-related turnover intention affected by supervisor support, colleague support, and depersonalization and had their job-related turnover intention affected by supervisor support.

This study was carried out to know the levels of emotional labor, psychosocial stress and customer orientation of hairdressers in beauty shops, and to know the relationship among these factors, and also to know the effect of these factors on customer orientation. The emotional labor of hairdressers in beauty shops scored 3.04~3.77 in a 5-point scale. Cautiousness of expression had the highest score, 3.77. This indicates that hairdressers significantly control their expression. As the disharmony of emotion was higher, the psychosocial stress was higher. As the cautiousness and frequency of expression was higher or the psychosocial stress was lower, the customer orientation was higher. As the expression was controlled more, the frequency of expression was higher, and as the psychosocial stress was lower, the indirect effect on customer orientation was higher. For the effect of variables on customer orientation, psychosocial stress had the highest score, 0.448.

The goal of this study is to grasp college women"s preference for hair style, and then to grasp the difference of self-efficacy according to their preference, and to grasp the difference of self-efficacy according to their preference for colored hair style. The objects of survey were 240 college women who are in colleges located in Kyungnam Province, and the returned questionnaires were 226 copies, and any questionnaire among them that includes mistake or misses even a question were excluded, and then the final 203 questionnaires were used for analysis. The questionnaire consisted of general questions, questions about their preference for hair style after seeing 6 photos and questions about self-efficacy feeling scale.<BR> This study used SPSS WIN8.0 PROGRAM in analyzing data.<BR> In order to organize scales, factor analysis and quesrion analysis were executed, and reliability was examined by internal consistency. Frequency and percentage were sought for grasping preference for hair style, and the analysis on mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA was executed. The result of this study is as follows. In addition, the most favorite style that college women selected among them after seeing 3 photos of straight hair style was indicated as medium style, and medium style was also indicated to be preferred most in case of 3 photos of colored wave. The most favorite style that college women selected among them after seeing 6 photos of colored straight and wave style was indicated as colored medium style.<BR> As a result of grasping the difference between preference for colored hair style and self-efficacy, in case of straight hair, it showed significant difference with self-efficacy according to preference for hair style, and sub fields of self-efficacy showed significant difference with social self-efficacy. In addition, in case of colored wave hair style, as a result of observing the difference between preference for hair style and self-efficacy, it showed no significant difference, and sub fields of self-efficacy also showed no significant difference.

The results were as follows : The higher the degree of self-efficacy feeling, one of the recognition factor was the more did they do health-promoting activities (γ=0.48, p=0.00). The conducting degree of health-promotion activities resulted in 3.79 points in the perfect score of 6point, which was a quiet high result. The subordinate areas under the health-promoting activity were adjustment of personal relationshiP (4.42), nutrition (3.93), stress control (3.87), self-realization (3.64), alcoholic drink/smoking (3.38), and responsibility for health. As for the differences of self-efficacy feeling according to subjects general characters, significant differences were found in the areas of age, occupation, whether or not they have taken healthrelated lectures, family and geriatric diseases of family members or relatives. The above study results tell that the self-efficacy feeling has a great effect on their putting the health-promoting activities into practice, in daily life.
