      • 추가적 중량의 부착이 점증적 부하 운동시 시간 경과에 따른 심박수의 변화

        This paper aimed to study the relationship among ventilation, heart rate, and respiratory exchange ratio with time (3 minutes, 6 minutes, all-out condition) in testing steady movement while putting 5% of one' s weight on an ankle. A total of Greco-Roman-style wrestling players in 'D' high school in Incheon were used as samples. They put 5% of their weight on their ankles and underwent a test on treadmill. The mean and standard deviation was calculated in each time frame, e.g., 3 minutes, 6 minutes, and all-out condition using the statistical package SPSS 10.0. Likewise, two-way ANOV A was used to determine the relationship among the variables, comparing the change in variables according to the trainings. The level of significance was set at P<0.05. The results of this study are as follows: 1. When one is in an all-out state of steadily increasing exercise, the heart rate and ventilation significantly increase according to the training time. However, they are not affected by the application of additional training. In addition, the change aspects of the two dependent variables are externally similar. 2. When one is in an all-out state of steadily increasing exercise, the heart rate and ventilation do not significantly increase with additional training. 3. When one is in an all-out state of steadily increasing exercise, the respiratory exchange ratio is significantly lower than that during normal training. 4. When one is in an all-out state of steadily increasing exercise, the respiratory exchange ratio increases significantly with time. However, they are not affected by the application of additional training.

        데드리프트 운동 유형에 따른 생체역학적 신체 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze biomechanical mechanisms (posture, center of gravity, electromyography and plantar pressure distribution) of Romanian deadlift exercises for bodybuilders and the general public, and to provide preliminary data for the minimization of exercise injuries. These are the results of this study: first, the 1st section was longer than the 2nd in the time required by phase without statistically significant differences between groups; second, the skilled group had the center of gravity positioned further behind E2 compared with the unskilled; third, there were no statistically significant differences in the angle of anteversion of the moving body; fourth, the skilled group had muscle activity ratio in order of erector spinae muscles, gastrocnemius and musculus vastus lateralis in the 1st section, while the unskilled in order of trapezius muscles, erector spinae muscles and gastrocnemius, with significant differences in trapezius muscles between the two groups (p<.05) and no significant differences between the two groups in the 2nd section; finally, both the skilled and unskilled groups had the greatest in A3 and the least pressure distribution in A2 in the 1st section, but there were no significant differences. The results above indicate that additional biomechanical postures are necessary as differences between the skilled and unskilled groups are not large enough.

        요추간판 탈출증에 대한 수핵 용해술의 임상적 고찰

        Chemonucleolysis with chymopapain has been shown to be an effective alternative to surgery for the treatment of Sciatica secondary to lumbar disc herniation after failure of conservative treatment. 92 lumbar herniated disc patients had been treated by chemonucleolysis in Eul Ji General Hospital during 3 years from March 1988 to 1991 and were evaluated clinically. 1) Of 92 patients, 60 patients(65%) were between 20 and 30 years old age group and male was predominent. 2) The lesion was the most common in LA-5space(52 patients, 56.6%). 3) The results were better in the younger group and the more limited straight leg raising group. 4) The excellent and good results were obtained in 82.6%. 5) In noncompensation cases, 69 patients(88.0%) had marked improvement, but in compensation cases, 7 patients(50%) had marked improvement. 6) In conclusion, above finding suggest that chemonucleolysis is a safe and effective nonsurgical method for treatment of herniated lumbar disc before surgical intervention.

As the way of gathering data, I distributed the questionnaire to the teachers of elementary school and administrator of the physical education and the Korean Journal of physical education and got many sincere advices from them and by the positive cooperation of the board of education in each province and it's elementary education and section 9 got 61.2% successful acquisition of data.

        마미강내 발생한 아령형의 신경섬유종 치험 1례

        A case of neurofibroma in cauda equina which had been misdiagnosed as lumbar herniated nucleus pulposus 6 years ago in other hospital was presented. In January 1984, the patient had taken the operation of total laminectomy and diskectomy at L2~3 level and symtoms were relieved thereafter. However severe low back pain and right sciatic radiation recurred in Aprill 1990. In this hospital, lumbar myelography and spine C-T examination revealed the intradural extramedullary mass shadow at L2~3 level. On surgery, the dumbbell-shaped neurofibroma at the site was removed.

        비타민 E , C 복합섭취가 최대운동 후 혈장 지질 함량과 항산화 효소 활성화에 미치는 영향

        비타민 E, C 복합 섭취가 최대운동 후 혈장 지질 함량과 항산화 효소 활성화에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제7권 제2호, 159-172, 1995. 본 연구의 목적은 비타민 E, C복합섭취가 미치는 효과를 연구하는 것이다. 7명의 젊은 남학생이 최대운동검사 전 그리고 5주 동안 비타민 섭취 후 검사에 참여하였다. 최대운동 검사는 체험자가 탈진할 때까지 실시하는 Kattus 프로토콜을 사용하여 트레드밀에서 실시하였다. 최대운동부하 검사동안 최대산소섭취량은 휴식시, 운동중 매 3분마다, 그리고 탈진시까지 자동가스분석기로 측정하였다. 정맥혈은 혈중 총 콜레스테롤(HDL 콜래스태롤, LDL 콜레스테롤) 중성지방, GPX, GR 활성 등을 측정하기 위하여 운동기간 전·후 전완의 정맥에서 채취하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 1) 비타민 섭취후 최대산소 섭취량 뿐만 아니라 체중당 산소섭취량은 모든 운동기간에서 증가하였지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 2) 비타민 섭취후 혈중 총 콜레스테롤, LDL콜레스테롤 농도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다(P>.05). 그러나 혈중 HDL콜레스테롤과 중성지방은 비타민 섭취후 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(P<.05). 그러나 운동의 효과는 유의한 차이가 없었다(P>.05). 3) 혈중 GPX 활성은 운동후 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였고(P<.05), 비타민 섭취후 유의하게 증가하였다(P<.05). 그리고 운동과 비타민 섭취 상호작용의 효과에 의해 유의하게 증가하였다(P<.05). 혈중 GR활성은 운동후 유의하게 감소하였고(P<.01), 운동과 비타민섭취 상호작용의 효과에 의해 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다(P<.05). 그러나 비타민섭취 후 통계적으로 유의한 변화는 없었다. The Effect of Combined Vitamin E·C Supplementation Lipid Content and Antioxidant Enzyme Activity. Exercise Science. 7(2); 159-172, 1998. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined vitamin E·C supplementation on Lipid peroxidants and antioxidant enzyme activity. 7 young healthy male students were participated in the maximal exercise test before and after 5 weeks vitamin supplementation. Maximal exercise test was performed on the treadmill with a kattus protocol until subjects were exhausted. During maximal exercise test, oxygen uptake per kilogram as well as maximal oxygen uptake was measured with automatic gas analyzer at rest, at every 3 minutes, and from exercise beginning to exhaustion, exercise endurance time was measured. Venous blood samples were drawn at the forearm antecubital vein before and after acute exercise bout for measuring of plasma total-cholesterol. HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, GPX, GR activities. The results of this study as follows : 1) Oxygen uptake per kilogram as well as maximal oxygen uptake after vitamin suppletation was increased at alt exercise stages, but it was not significant. 2) Plasma total-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol content after vitamin supplementation was not significant(P>.05). But Plasma HDL-cholesterol and triglyceride was significantly charged after vitamin supplementation(P<.05) and not significant by the effects exercise(P>.05). 3) Plasma GPX activity was significantly decreased postexercise(P<.05) and increased after vitamin supplementation(P<.05) and increased by the effects of the interaction exercise and vitamin supplementation(P<.05). Plasma GR activity was significant decreased postexercise(P<.01) and increased by the effect of the interaction exercise and vitamin supplementation(P<.05), but it was not significant change after vitamin supplementation.
