        자연과학분야 : 핫 요가(Hot Yoga) 수행이 중년직장여성의 Autonomic Nerve System 및 복부체열에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 핫 요가수행이 중년직장여성의 ANS(Autonomic Nervous System)와 복부체열에 미치는 운동생리학적 효과를 규명하고자 시행하였다. 대상자는 요가경험이 없고 복부 냉증을 호소하는 40대 중년직장여성 16명을 선정하여 실시하였다. 핫 요가수행 전, 후 Nerve Express 2.2.(HEART RHYTHM INSTRUMENTS, INC. USA)와 SpIR400을 사용하여 각각 ANS활동 및 복부체열을 측정하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. SN(Sympathetic nerve)의 긴장도를 나타내는 LF(Low Frequency)/HF(High Frequency) ratio에 대한 변화는 YG의 경우 supin (p<.05) 및upright(p<.01) 모두 유의한차이가 있게 감소하였다. PSN(Parasympathetic nerve)의 긴장도를 나타내는 HF에 대한 변화는 수행 후 YG(Yoga group)는 supine(p<.01) 및 upright (p<.05) 모두 유의한 차이가 있게 증가하였다. 복부체열변화 역시 유의한 차이(p<.05) 가 있게 증가하였다. CG(Control group)의 경우에는 모든 요인에서 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 핫 요가수행은 SN 및 PSN의 활성도에 영향을 미쳐 ANS를 안정시키고, 체열을 높여 복부 냉증을 해소하는 효과가 있어 40대 중년직장여성의 건강을 증진시킬 수 있는 효율적인 운동으로 사료된다. The purpose of the study is comparing changes of the autonomic nervous system and abdominal temperature by measuring the pre and post autonomic nerve activity and temperature of middle aged working women between trained and non-trained hot yoga. The experimental subjects were classified into 2 groups: ① Control group(n=8) and ② Hot yoga group(n=8). The results were as follows. The changes of low frequency/high frequency ratio, representing the tension level of sympathetic nerve, were different in pre and post-hot yoga-training. In the hot yoga group, after the training, supine position(p<.001) and upright position (p<.01) decrease significantly. In the control group, no changes were found in both the supine and upright positions. The changes of HF, representing the tension level of parasympathetic nervous system, were different in pre- and post- hot yoga-training. In the hot yoga group, after the training, supine position and upright position increased significantly(p<.05). In the control group, no changes were found in supine and upright positions. The changes of abdominal temperature were different in pre- and post-hot yoga-training. In the hot yoga group, after the training, abdominal temperature increased significantly(p<.05). Therefore, hot yoga training should be the appropriate exercise to improve cardiac function and body heat.

        노인을 위한 공동주택 주민공동시설 계획에 관한 연구

        With the rapid transition from aged society to super-aged society in the recent years, the critical focus has been the issues of physical and mental health, financial situations and leisure time of the elderly. In order to solve these problems, diverse programs have been provided by senior welfare centers to aid the elderly in regard to their physical and mental health, and there has been increasing demand for apartment housings to provide programs for the elderly. However, the thing is that there are insufficient facilities and programs planned by the public facilities of apartment housings to meet to the needs of the elderly. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to classify the programs that can support the physical and mental health of seniors by investigating a program presently conducted by the Seoul Senior Welfare Center, and investigate the need for such programs by questioning social workers in order to present a direction for a public facilities plan.

        Korea classified into a development country when UNFCCC was concluded in 1995. So Korea doesn't have a GHG reduction duty until 2012. As the UNFCCC is strengthened, recently there is a growing interest in renewable energy and energy usage efficiency improvement for reducing GHG emission. It is associated with CES and renewable energy. CES is a total energy (heat, cooling and power)supplier in aggregated demand zone like a hotel, building, hospital and redevelopment district using CHP and it improves energy usage efficiency. At present, renewable energy is needed for GHG reduction duty but renewable energy doesn't have economic feasibility. So renewable energy is needed various support system to popularize which is a FIT and RPS. Especially RPS is carrying out instead of FIT in many advanced country and it will be inroduced in Korea. RPS is a duty which electricity service provider must guarantee renewable energy as much as specific ratio of total capacity. Therefore this study conducts an economic feasibility estimation of CES considering renewable energy when RPS will introduced in the future.

        Post 2012 기후변화협약 체제의 도래 및 강화되는 기후변화협약으로 인해 우리나라의 온실가스의 무감축이 확실하게 예견되고 있는 현 시점에서 우리나라의 온실가스 감축이행을 위한 대응책의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 특히 발전부문은 우리나라의 온실가스 배출의 약 30%를 차지하고 있으며, 경제성장에 따라 온실가스 배출량이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으므로 Post 2012 기후변화협약 체제의 대응책이 보다 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 향후 발전부문에 온실가스 감축의무가 부담될 것을 고려하여 온실가스 배출량 제약 및 배출권거래제를 고려한 설비계획을 도출하고자 한다. 현재 우리나라의 전원 개발계획에서 사용되고 있는 전산모형(WASP, POWERSYM 등)은 온실가스 배출량 제약 및 배출권거래제를 고려하지 못하므로 MEFISET 모형을 이용하여 이를 고려하고자 한다. 그러나 MEFISET 모형은 설비예 비력 제약조건을 통해 공급신뢰도를 만족하고 있다. 이러한 설비계획 결과는 공급신뢰도 기준 을 만족시키기 위해 과도한 설비계획 결과를 도출한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 보완하기 위해 Visual C를 통해 구현한 LOLP 프로그램을 통해 공급신뢰도 기준을 만족시키기 위한 적정 설비예비력을 추정하고자 한다.

        SCOR 모델과 만족도 함수를 이용한 공급 사슬의 성과 측정 프레임워크 개발에 관한 연구

        공급 사슬 관리의 중요성이 커지면서, 기업들에게 그들이 속한 공급 사슬의 성과를 측정하고 관리해야 할 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 하여 본 논문에서는 Supply Chain Operations Reference(SCOR) 모델과 만족도 함수를 이용한 공급 사슬의 성과 측정 프레임워크를 제안해 보았다. 우선 공급 사슬을 구성하고 있는 각 조직들의 성과를 측정하기 위해, 단일 기업의 경영 성과를 평가하는 툴인 Balanced ScoreCard(BSC) 구축 Flow를 변형하여 공급 사슬 내 각 주체들의 성과 측정을 위한 Flow를 제안하였다. 이 과정에서 SCOR 모델에서 정의한 성과 지표들 중에서 핵심 성과 지표를 정의하고 구체화하였다. 이렇게 평가된 각 조직들의 성과를 하나의 공급 사슬 성과로 통합하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 만족도 함수, 성과 관리 범위, 기여도 개념 등을 이용한 성과 통합 Flow을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 사례 연구를 통하여 제안된 프레임워크를 실제 공급 사슬에 적용해 보고, 현실적 의미를 도출해 보았다. As Supply Chain Management(SCM) is becoming more and more important, firms need to measure and manage performance of integrated supply chain across several companies. Therefore this paper attempts to propose a framework for performance measurement for supply chain management using Supply Chain Operations Reference(SCOR) model and desirability function. First of all, Balanced Score Card(BSC) building procedure is adopted for evaluating the performance of each organization constituting the supply chain. Especially the supply chain performance metric of SCOR model is used for defining and specifying key performance indicators. To integrate results of each firm into the supply chain performance, the author introduces a flow for integration using desirability function, performance band and degree of contribution etc. The developed framework is applied in a real world case and results are presented at the end.

        헬스케어 스마트홈 시스템 선호도에 관한 연구

        The healthcare smart home technology has been receiving lots of attention over the past few years. Even though it has deeply related with physical environment people have lived in, effort and concern for healthcare smart home has been insufficient. Especially, in terms of aged society, this healthcare smart home will be indispensable because it could reduce medical expenses for elderly people and make their life more and safety convenient. For these reasons, as the fundamental research about “Aging friendly smart home based on healthcare”, The purpose of the study is to research the essential healthcare smart systems targeting senior and pro-senior and to find a way how to apply these new technologies for built environment. This research identified, through empirical research including literature study, interview and field study, healthcare smart home system. In addition by conducting a survey, it examined that there was striking contrast between preference’s difference of senior and pro-senior to healthcare smart home system. From these research method, we realize the fact that the demand on safety and security is the highest. They need a diversity of system, depending on subject’s age such as Senior and pro-senior. The result of this study can be used to create design guidelines for aging friendly smear home based on healthcare.

        Environmental issue is one of the key factors to industry area using fossil fuels, because it accelerates the global warming. So it is supposed to reduce greenhouse gases around the developed nations of the world at times go. This issue is especially for the power industry. Under this background, CHP system that consists of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) system, such as natural power system (wind, solar) and fuel-cell, co-generation, also known as CHP (Combined heat and power), has been developed greatly during the last 10 years. This paper adopts optimal model using GAMS to develop methods for conducting an integrated assessment of MicroGrid system.

        타이치(tai-chi) 수행이 경계성고혈압 중년여성의 타액 코티졸과 혈압 및 타액 면역글로불린A(IgA)에 미치는 영향

        Introduction: The purpose of the present study was to define the physiological effects of the Tai-chi training on middle-aged women with borderline hypertension; by analyzing its influences as a means of hypertension effective stress management and immunity enhancement. This study was performed by evaluating the changes of salivary cortisol, blood pressure, and salivary immune globulin A density. Methods: They were divided into two groups; Control group 10, Tai-chi training group 10. According to the procedure, the training was performed for 120 minutes at a time, 3 times a week, through 12 weeks(36 times through the total procedure). Results: A total of 20 people’s salivary cortisol, BP, sIgA(salivary IgA) were examined at before and after the Tai-chi training; salivary cortisol(*p<.01), SBP(*p<.05), DBP(**p<.01), and sIgA(***p<.001) with a significant difference. Conclusion: In this prospective study, the Tai-chi training is regarded to be useful as a effective means of stress management and immunitiy enhancement on middle-aged women with borderline hypertension.
