        한국 FK(Futsal Korea) CUP 대회 아이덴티티가 가치와 참가의도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to provide basic data on efficient competition operation plans by identifying how the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition affects value and participation intention. Therefore, among those who are aware of the FK CUP competition organized by the Korea Futsal League, those who have participated in the futsal competition were selected as samples. The survey was conducted face-to-face and non-face-to-face from April 1 to June 17, 2022, and a total of 299 data were used for the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver.21.0) program to conduct frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition has been shown to influence the value in the order of organization, human and symbol. Second, the value has been shown to influence the participation intention. Third, the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition has been shown to influence the participation intention in the order of organization, human.

        The effect of liposomal cephalexin on the dry period treatment of bovine Staphylococcus aureus mastitis

        Stable plurilamellar vesicle(SPLV) 제작법을 이용한 liposomal cephalexin으로 젖소의 Staphylococcus aureus성 유방염에 대해 건유기 치료를 시도하였다. SPLV의 모양과 크기를 transmission electron microscopy로 관찰하였으며 SPLV의 포획율 및 안정성은 high performance liquid chromatography 및 liquid scintillation counting으로 조사한 바 SPLV의 크기는 대개 직경 $0.1{\sim}4.0{\mu}m$였고, cephalexin 포획율은 $25.8{\pm}3.1$ $(mean{\pm}SE)$였으며 $4^{\circ}C$ 보관시 0, 24, 48, 72 및 96 시간후의 유리농도백분율은 각각 1.1, 3.9, 6.5, 7.5 및 8.4%였다. S aureus에 감염된 45분방에 대하여 15분방씩 3군으로 나누어 각 분방당 250mg의 liposomal cephalexin(LC군), 250mg free cephalexin(FC)군 및 blank liposome을 첨가한 250mg cephalexin(BLC)군을 건유시 분방내 주입한 후 분만당일에 균분리 및 동정을 실시한 바 LC군, FC군 및 BLC군에서 각각 1, 8 및 7분방에서 상기와 동일한 균이 분리되어 LC군이 타군에 비해 유의한 치료효과를 나타내었다. Liposomal cephalexin was used m the dry period treatment of bovine mastitis due to Staphylococcus aureus. Liposomes were prepared by stable plurilamellar vesicle(SPLV) process. The shape and size of SPLVs were examined by transmission electron microscopy. The entrapping efficiency and stability of SPLVs were determined by high performance liquid chromatography or liquid scintillation counting. The size of SPLVs ranged from 0.1 to $4.01{\mu}m$ in diameter, with an entrapping efficiency of cephalexin of 25.8 %. The formulation of liposomal cephalexin was used for treatment were SPLV-entrapped cephalexin and free cephalexin with total cephalexin concentration of 250mg per quarters. All quarters were infused intramammarily at the end of lactation period by liposomal cephalexin, free cephalexin, or blank liposome with free cephalexin. The number of quarters cured by liposomal cephalexin(14/15 quarters, 93 %) was significantly higher than that by free cephalexin(7/15 quarters, 46%). or by blank liposome with free cephalexin(8/15 quarters, 53 % ) (p<0.05).

        관계형 데이터베이스를 이용한 XPath Accelerator: 구현과 튜닝

        XML은 데이터 표현과 교환을 위한 표준으로 급격히 자리잡아가고 있으며, XML문서는 다양한 응용분야에 도입되고 있다. 1990년대 후반부터, XML 전용 DBMS(Database Management Systems)들이 개발되어왔고, 최근 들어서는 상용 관계형 DBMS 벤더들도 XML 기능을 자사 제품들(예들 들어 오라클, IBM DB2, 그리고 MS SQL Server)에서 지원하기 시작했다. 본 논문에서는 XML 저장과 인덱싱 기법의 하나인 XPath Accelerator을 특정 관계형 DBMS상에 구현하고 이를 최적으로 튜닝하는 방안을 설명한다. 본 논문의 기여사항은 1) XPath Accelerator의 자세한 구현 방안과 2) 상용 관계형 DBMS의 최신 질의 처리 기법들을 활용한 튜닝 방법이다. XML is rapidly becoming the standard for data representation and exchange, and XML documents are being adopted in various applications. Since the late 1990s, some native XML database management systems(DBMSs) have been developed. More recently, commercial relational DBMS vendors try to incorporate full functionalities of XML into their products, such as Oracle, MS SQL and IBM DB2. In this paper, we implement a well-known RDBMS-based XML data storage and indexing technique, called XPath Accelerator, and tune it in an industry-leading RDBMS. Our contributions are two-folds: 1) an in-depth implementation of the XPath Accelerator technique and 2) its tuning to exploit the advanced query processing techniques of an RDBMS.

        Effects of Germinated and Fermented Unmarketable Soybean on Laying Performance and Egg Quality in Laying Hens

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of germinated and fermented unmarketable soybean (GFS) on laying performance and egg quality in laying hens. A total of two hundred laying hens were divided into 5 groups (5 treatment $\times$ 4 replication $\times$ 10 birds each) and fed with the experimental diets for 8 wk as follows: control, GFS free; T1, GFS 0.15%; T2, GFS 0.3%; T3, GFS 1%; T4, GFS 2%. The laying performance, egg quality, blood profiles, cecal microbial population, isoflavone content in egg yolk were investigated. There were no significant differences laying performance, relative liver and spleen weights, egg yolk color, eggshell color among groups. Eggshell strength in groups fed with diets containing GFS increased, but not significantly. Eggshell thickness significantly increased in the GFS-supplemented group. No significant differences were observed in the blood profiles and intestinal microflora after supplementation. The decrease of Haugh unit during storage was alleviated by feeding of GFS (p<0.05). The concentrations of malondialdehyde in groups fed with GFS were decreased as compared with control (p<0.05). Isoflavones in the egg yolk were detected in group fed with diet containing 2% GFS. These results showed that unmarketable GFS could be used as a favorable feed additive and feedstuff for production of quality enhanced and isoflavone fortified eggs.

      • 서울지역 대형 연소시설에서의 질소산화물 제거효율과 배출계수 산정

        This survey was performed to investigate the NOx emission factors at 3 Municipal Solid Waste Incinerators(MSWI) and 5 Power generation boilers in Seoul. The NOx concentrations were measured before and after control systems. The results were as follows.<br/> 1) The NOx reduction efficiencies of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) using ammonia as reducing agent ranged from 53.7% to 89.9%. The NOx reduction efficiencies of SCR using methanol as reducing agent. Non- Selective Catalytic Reduction (NSCm using ethanol as reducing agent and low-NOx burner were 20.8%, 29.1% and 24.7%, respectively.<br/> 2) The NOx emission factors at A-I. A-2 and A-3 facilities of MSWI were 0.786, 0.127 and 0.594 kg NOx!ton fuel. respectively. The factors of A-I and A - 3 facilities were higher than the average value of Korea.<br/> 3) The NOx emission factors at 13-1. 13-2. B-3. 13-4 and 13-5 facilities of Power generation boiler were 2.109, 0.726, 4.100, 8.378 and 5.168 kg NOx/ton fuel, respectively. The factors of 13-4 and 13-5 facilities were higher than the average value of Korea.

        지상약관의 해석 - “선적국에서 입법화된 헤이그 규칙”의 의미 - (The Superior Pescadores 판결에 관한 검토)

        현재 사용되는 대부분의 선하증권 이면에는 헤이그 규칙이나 헤이그 비스비 규칙 또는 각 규칙을 입법화한 외국법을 약관의 다른 규정에 우선하여 적용할 것을 규정한 지상약관을 두고 있다. 그런데 헤이그 규칙과 헤이그 비스비 규칙은 해상운송인의 책임범위에 관하여 서로 다른 기준을 정하고 있다. 따라서 지상약관의 해석에 있어서는 헤이그 규칙과 헤이그 비스비 규칙 중 어느 규칙이 적용되는지, 그리고 위 각 규칙이 법으로서 적용되는지 아니면 계약내용으로서 적용되는지가 중요한 문제로 제기된다. 헤이그 비스비 규칙은 헤이그 규칙과 별개의 협약이 아니라 개정된 헤이그 규칙이라는 점에 주목할 필요가 있다. 이는 “헤이그 규칙”이라는 표현이 1924년 헤이그 규칙만을 의미하는 것이 아니라 헤이그 비스비 규칙을 지칭하는 의미로 사용될 수도 있음을 시사한다. The Superior Pescadores [2014] 1 Lloyd’s Rep. 660 사건의 지상약관이 그러한 경우에 해당한다. 위 사건에서는 지상약관에 통상적으로 사용되는 “선적국에서 입법화된 헤이그 규칙”이라는 문구의 해석이 문제되었다. 영국 항소법원은 당해 사건에서는 위 문구가 “선적국에서 입법화된 헤이그 비스비 규칙”을 의미하는 것이라고 판단하였다. 다만, 이러한 해석은 선적국이 헤이그 비스비 규칙을 입법화한 법률을 가지고 있고, 지상약관에 헤이그 규칙과 구분하여 별도로 헤이그 비스비 규칙을 적용하는 규정을 두고 있지 않을 것이라는 2가지 요건이 충족되어야 한다. 대법원은 헤이그 규칙이 정한 책임한도액 100파운드를 금화 100파운드 가치라는 판례를 확립하였다. 따라서 상법이 준거법인 운송계약에서 헤이그 규칙이 계약내용으로서 편입되는 경우에는 상법의 중량당 책임제한에 따라 계산된 금액이 적용될 것인지 헤이그 규칙이 정한 포장당 책임한도액이 적용될 것인지 여부는 운송물의 중량에 따라 달라진다. 또한 헤이그 규칙이 지상약관에 의하여 계약내용으로서 편입되는 경우 하나의 운송계약에서 운송되는 수개의 화물에 관하여 상법이 규정한 책임한도액과 헤이그 규칙의 책임한도액을 각 화물의 중량에 따라 개별적으로 적용할 것인지 문제되는 경우에는 일부무효의 법리를 적용하여 1개의 단일한 책임체계가 적용된다고 보는 것이 합리적이라고 생각한다. A bill of lading contains a paramount clause to ensure the minimum standards of carrier’s obligations and liabilities required by the Hague Rules or the Hague Visby Rules. As the Hague Rules and the Hague Visby Rules stipulate the different liability regimes, it is crucial to determine which one of these Rules applies or whether these Rules apply as a matter of law or of a contractual provision when it comes to the interpretation and the application of the paramount clause in the contract. However, considering the fact that the Hague Visby Rules are not a completely separate convention from the Hague Rules but rather an amended version of the latter, the word of ‘the Hague Rules’ used in the paramount clause may in fact refer to ‘the Hague Visby Rules’ under certain circumstances and an example of which can be found in ‘The Superior Pescadores.’ In this case, the Court of Appeal held that the phrase “the Hague Rules…as enacted in the country of shipment” contained in the bill of lading issued referred to “the Hague Visby Rules…as enacted in the country of shipment”, which are the Belgium laws. However, it should be noted that such interpretation is only allowed in the circumstances where the following two requirements are satisfied; firstly, the country of shipment has enacted a domestic law incorporating the Hague Visby Rules and secondly, the bill of lading does not contains the Hague Visby Rules separate from the Hague Rules. On a separate note, in the event that a contract of carriage is governed by the Korean Commercial Code (which adopted the Hague Visby Rules’ limitation amount), and at the same time incorporating the Hague Rules as contractual terms by way of a paramount clause, the interpretation of the limitation amount under the two different regimes will depend on the weight of the cargo. If a number of separate cargoes are carried under one contract of carriage, it would be reasonable to apply one limitation regime to all the cargoes rather than applying a different regime to each cargo.

        만성신부전환자의 투석요법개시시의 임상상

        N/A Background: Up to now, no study have been reported about clinical features of ESRD patients at the initiation of dialysis and their outcomes in Korea. We studied the clinical features and survival predictors of ESRD patients at the initiation of dialysis therapy and their outcomes and we tried to identify the optimal point of starting dialysis therapy according to age, underlying disease, and other variables. Methods: We studied retrospectively clinical and laboratory variables of initiation in 364 patients who started dialysis therapy first at Korea University Guro hospital from 1987 to 1997. We divided patients into 3 groups by age, into 2 groups by underlying renal disease (DM vs. nonDM) and compared thc above variables between 3 or 2 groups. We evaluated the outcome (alive vs. death) in 258 patients whoes outcomes were identified. We identified the poor survival predictors of outcome according to alive/death group, and analized the relative risk of death according to level of serum creatinine (reference: 12.5~15.0mg/dL) and serum albumin (reference: 4.0~4.5g/dL). Results: 1) The distribution of patients by age, young age group, middle age group, old age group were 135.l% and 89. Those of patients by underlying renal disease, DM and nonDM were 80 and 284 respectively. 2) The most common underlying renal disease of young age group was chronic glomerulonephritis but that of old age group was diabetes mellitus. In old age group, levels of BUN, scum creatinine, and serum phosphate were lower than those in young age group (p<0.001). In old age group, the indication of dialysis tended toward relative (p=0.098) and early referral was more common than in young age group. 3) DM group was older and more early referred than nonDM group. In DM group, blood cholesterol level was higher, but level of BUN, serum creatinine, albumin, phosphate and uric acid were lower than those in nonDM group. 4) In 258 patients whose outcomes were identified, elderly and DM had poorer outcomes in the respect of mortality and survival by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis method. In the comparison of death group and alive group, death group was older and had more DM as underlying renal disease and lower level of setum creatinine than alive group. 5) Relaive risk of death was higher in lower concentrations comparing to reference level of albumin and creatinine. Conclusion: Old age, DM as underlying renal disease, hypocreatinemia and hypmmatinemia were poor survival predictors. Then close observation and follow-up are warranted in patients with old age, DM, hypoalbumine-mia, and hypocreatinemia. For more favorable prognosis in ESRD patients, early initiation of dialysis must be considered in patients who have these characteristics.

        제한된 전류 및 전압 입력을 가지는 로봇 시스템에 대한 분산형 적응 경계 제어기의 설계

        This paper proposes a decentralized adaptive bounding control scheme for a robot system with bounded current and voltage inputs in the presence of uncertainties. Since the joint actuators of a robot generally use the electric motors and the motors are moved through the servo drive circuits driven by the currents and voltages, a robot control system considering the magnitude limitation of the currents and voltages should be designed. The proposed control system overcomes the various uncertainties including external disturbances and unknown model parameters, and a saturation problem of the input currents and voltages of each actuator. The proposed controller does not require any robot link and actuator model parameters. The stability of the total closed-loop control system is guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability analysis. The validity and robustness of the proposed control scheme are verified through simulation results.

        흰 쥐에서 양측 요관 폐쇄 해제 후 신장의 Aquaporin-2와 Na-K-2Cl Cotransporter의 발현 변화 및 항이뇨호르몬 치료의 효과

        목적 : 혈액 용적 감소에 관련된 신장의 aquaporin-2 (AQP2) 수분 통로 발현 변화를 용적 감소 수 경과 시간에 따라 조사하였다. 방법 : Sprague-Dawley 숫쥐에서 몸무게의 약 2%에 이르는 급성 출혈을 일으키고 1시간 및 3시간 뒤에 신장 조직의 AQP2 mPNA 및 단백 발현을 각각 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응법과 Western blot 분석법으로 조사하였다. 결과 : 출혈 후 1시간에 신장의 내수질에서 AQP2 mPNA 발혈은 유의하게 증가되었으나 AQP2 단백 이동 및 발현은 별화가 없?B다. 출혈 후 3시간에 AQP2 mRNA 발현 뿐 아니라 AQP2 단백 이동 및 발현이 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론 : 혈액 종적 감소에 기인하여 신장에서 AQP2 수분 통로 발현이 증가되며 이는 체액용적 확보를 위한 보상 기전의 하나로서 작용하리라 추측되었다. Background : The present study was aimed to examine the regulation of aquaporin (AQP)-2 water channels in the kidney following blood volume depletion. Methods : Male Sprague-Dawley rats were acutely blood volume0depleted by withdrawal of arterial blood up to 2% of body weight. The expression of transcription - polymerase chain reaction and Westem blot analysis, respectively, in the inner medulla of the kidney 1 and 3 hours after the hemorrhage. Results : The mRNA expression if AQP2 was significantly increased 1 hour after thd bleeding However, neither the shuttling nor the total abundance of QQP2 proteins was significantly altered. On the contrary, 3 hours after the bleeding, the expression of AQP2 proteins as well as that of AQP2 mRNA was significantly incresaed. The shuttling of AQP2 proteins was also increased. Conclusion : These results sugest that an increased expression of AQP2 channels in the kidney may confer one of compensatory mechanisms restoring the circulation volume in an acute hypovolemic state.
