        비만중년여성의 운동과 건강기능성식품 섭취가 식습관과 W.H.R 및 혈액성분변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted with obese middle-aged women who had no continuous exercise experience for more than three months. For their short-term solution of obesity, the subjects were classified into the exercise group, the health functional foods group, and the exercise and health functional foods group. Changes of eating habits, W.H.R, and blood components were analyzed. The results are as follows. For the comparison of eating habits by an obesity degree, pre-obese stage, obese class I, and obese class II all showed the highest increase in the health functional foods group. For the change of W.H.R., the exercise and health functional foods group showed the highest decrease. For the change of blood components by an obesity degree, all TG factors were decreased the most in the exercise and health functional foods group. For the comparison of TC, while pre-obese stage and obese class I showed the highest decrease in the exercise and health functional foods group, obese class II showed the highest decrease in the exercise group. For HDL-C, pre-obesity stage showed the highest increase in the exercise and health functional foods group but obese class I and obese class II showed the highest increase in the health functional foods group. For LDL-C, pre-obesity stage and obese class I showed the highest decrease in the exercise and health functional foods group but obese class II showed the highest decrease in the health functional foods group. Based on the findings, eating health functional foods may have a positive effect in obese middle-aged women from health risk to health good. Moreover, the combination of exercise and eating health functional foods effectively improved WHR, a reference of visceral obesity. Eating health functional foods greatly decreased triglyceride(TG), a kind of fat. The combination of exercise and eating functional foods also decreased TC and LDL-C, causes of arteriosclerosis and adult diseases and increased HDL-C. Eating health functional foods showed a positive effect on obesity by decreasing LDL-C. Although it is important to solve obesity by exercise, improvement of eating habits may greatly help obesity and have a positive effect on health maintenance.

        초등학교 고학년 학생들의 영양섭취량과 신체형태 발달 및 학생건강 체력 평가향상의 종단적 연구

        This study is purposed to examine growth changes in elementary students of the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades in approach to ongoing changes rather than approach to temporal cross-section and provide basic materials for physical development and physical fitness improvement in the growth period by analyzing nutrient intake, body type development, and improvement on physical activity promotion system. Finally the following results obtained. 1. Subjects` changes in one-day mean nutrient intake for 3 years was 535 kcal in energy, 83 g in carbohydrate, 22 g in protein, and 12 g in fat. Also, it was found that vitamin A intake change was 212 μg, vitamin C intake change was 34 mg, calcium intake change was 220 mg, and iron intake change was 5.1 mg. 2. For subjects` changes in body type, height was grown 1.69 cm in boys and 1.36 cm in girls. Weight increased by 1.46 kg in boys and by 1.20 kg in girls. BMI increased by 0.96 kg/m² in boys and by 0.1 kg/m² in girls. While girls` BMI decreased by 0.11 kg/m² from fourth grade to fifth grade, it increased again in the sixth grade. 3. For subjects` changes in Physical Activity Promotion System, 1,000 m run and walking decreased by 74.92 sec in boys and by 120.64 sec in girls. Modified Curl-ups increased by 1.48set in boys and by 1.30set in girls. While both boys and girls showed a decrease in Modified Curl-ups frequency from fourth grade to fifth grade, they had an increase again in the sixth grade. Grip strength increased by 2.03 kg in boys and by 1.66 kg in girls and Place long jump also increased by 7.82 cm in boys and by 4.13 cm in girls.

        볼링스윙동작의 효율성 제고를 위한 운동학적 분석

        The present research was conducted with the athletes of G city's business team in order to show an ideal model of throwing, analysing in a kinematic method the time, the speed between Back Swing and Follow Through in throwing motion of Bowling. The conclusion of this research(study) is a follows. 1. It was found that the time required in Release is longer than that in Back Swing, and the pace of the last Release motion is 90㎝ longer than that of Back Swing. It was Known that this is for study throwing in release. 2. After the subjects raised the center of the human body to increase momentum with speed of the ball at the time of Back Swing and at the moment of Release they stayed in a low posture. 3. The speed of their trunk and hands in Back Swing is higher than that in release.

        경근 치료방법 중 견인요법과 척추측만증에 대한 문헌적 고찰

        Objectives: This study was purposed to investigate the possibility of traction therapy as treatment method of scoliosis, of which occurrence rate was increasing with teenagers in Korea. Methods: 63 literatures, history, classification, and effectiveness of traction therapy were reviewed and the occurrences rate of scoliosis with teenagers in Korea was investigated. Results: Traction therapy as a treatment method on scoliosis, was originally developed by Hippocrates(460∼385 BC), based on the historical record. Traction therapy is classified according to the tools engaged, the postures, the traction methods, and the areas for traction. The opinions on the effect of traction as treatment method were different depending on whether it is in Korea or outside of the country. Within the country, 75% of reports were positive on the effects of traction therapy, while outside of the country, about 74% of reports were negative. On the other hand, the occurrence rates of scoliosis with teenagers in Korea were increasing from 1.46% (1977) to 11.08% (2008). Conclusions: Unfortunately the effects of traction therapy on scoliosis were unclear but it seems to be different in the effects of manipulative therapy and mechanical or apparatus traction therapy. Systematic studies on traction therapy are needed, because of the increasing rate of scoliosis in Korea with teenagers.

        경근 치료방법 중 지속적 견인요법의 효과에 관한 실험적 연구`

        Objectives : Meridian sinew theory was introduced in Miraculous Pivot, Huangdi`s Internal Classic, to explain in relation with locations of meridian sinews, causes, mechanisms, and treatment of diseases. The meridian sinews are understood to include muscles, tendons and ligaments, or muscles in the superficial body made up with muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia etc. This theory shows the similarity or organic relationship between the meridian sinews and muscles. From the Hippocrates(460-385 BC) ages, traction therapy was used as a treatment method on muscular diseases such as low back pain, scoliosis, etc in western medicine. The effects of traction therapy, however, were unclear so that this study was purposed to illustrate the effectiveness of continuous traction therapy and to develop meridian sinews treatment. Methods : We made 2 hypotheses to explain the cause of scoliosis occurrence, muscles contraction and relaxation. As the hypothesis, we made the spinal model having 3 joints with wood and rubber bands. Each of the three joints in the spinal model represents the case of normal(NT; control), contraction(AT 1)and relaxation(AT 2) condition, and distance between the vertebrae joints was measured. Results : Under normal circumstance models, the normal type 1(NT 1; muscle relax state) and normal type 2(NT 2; muscle contract state) all joints were being towed equally. But in an unusual contracted situation, regardless of the relationship of joint area, contracted part of joint was not released. And in a relaxed situation, regardless of joint areas, released parts of joint were further released. These observation results mean that the effects of traction might be different from the purpose of traction therapy of Hippocrates. Conclusions : To explain the effect of traction therapy for scoliosis, the spinal cord model and scoliosis model were made. After vertebral bodies were pulled with different tensile forces, we compared the observed length of the each joints pulled. The results suggested that there were no effects of traction in objected parts with traction method from Hippocrates` design, continuous traction method. Moreover, it may worsen the symptom in worst case. Of course, our results are just the result of experimental models and clinical results may be different. More careful studies, therefore, are required.

        This paper is study on the process of 3D modelling of the building by analyzing the vanishing point of digital photography. General methods for the 3D modelling the building is input the value of the building vertical, width ,height to the program that can make the vector graphics as Auto CAD, Inkscape. However If the user has no measured data of the building for which 3D objects of , it is difficult to 3D object of the building. Therefore, this paper study on how to 3D model building using the vanishing point and metadata recorded in the photography without having to measuring the building.

        가톨릭 관점에서 본 루터와 칼뱅의 직무 이해

        제2차 바티칸 공의회를 전후해서 가톨릭교회 안에 쇄신과 개혁의 움직임이 있었고 많은 가톨릭 신학자들이 루터와 칼뱅을 재평가하였다. 본고는 이를 바탕으로 두 개혁 신학자의 직무론을 소개하고 가톨릭 신학의 관점에서 다룬다. 루터는 교회의 폐단에 마주하여 사회와 교회의 관례, 교회 내의 기본 구조를 존중하며 하느님 말씀을 척도로 교회 개혁을 시도하였다. 믿는 이들의 공동체라는 교회 정의, 세례받은 모든 사람의 사제직, 주교직과 신부직의 동등성 등은 루터 직무론의 특징이다. 제2차 바티칸 공의회는 루터 교회와 가톨릭교회 사이에 직무에 대한 콘 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 가톨릭교회의 직무론은 성직자와 평신도 사이의 우열이 아니라 다양성을 실현할 구조를 필요로 한다. 조직 신학자이 칼뱅은 직무 본질을 통찰하며 새로운 직무 구조를 제안한다. 하늘에 있는 그리스로를 대신해서 지상에서 하느님의 일을 수행하는 봉사자가 교회이고 하느님은 그를 위해 직적 교회안에 직무를 설정하였다는 것이 칼뱅의 출발점이다. 직무자는 구원의 도구이므로 직무의 사도성의 도구적 역할의 실저적 수행여부에 따라 결정된다. 칼뱅은 목자,교사,장로,집사 등 새로운 직무 구조를 설정하였다. 그 안에는 성직자와 평신도, 남성과 여성,교리 와 실전의 영역이 서로 구분되면서도 포괄된다. 따라서 칼뱅의 구상은 성직자와 평신도가 협력할 수있는 모델을 가톨릭교회에 제시한다. 직무의 불가결성, 직무자의 봉사적 특성, 하느님을 드러내야할 직무자의 성사성 둥 루터와 칼뱅과 가톨릭교회의 직무론은 그 근본 이해에서 서로 호응한다,
