It is very important to achieve a high reproducibility in the ultrasonic measurement of bone mineral density. In this study, we examined number of sampling waveform, control of temperature, diameter of region of interest as factors to improve reproducibility. We decided the optimal number of waveforms to be converted to frequency domain as period of 1. We have minimized the effects of variable temperature and constrained generation of micro bubble by keeping temperature within a range of $32\pm0.5^{\circ}C$ with a precise temperature controlling algorithm. We also found the optimal diameter of region of interest to be 13mm. In this paper, we demonstrated the improved reproducibility by controlling various factors affecting the ultrasonic measurement of bone mineral density.

본 연구는 복지관광증진을 위한 관광사업의 중요성을 강조하고자 관광사업의 범위와 시스템고찰 및 특성을 파악해보고, 관광사업의 현황 및 전망을 토대로 관광사업의 문제점 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 복지관광 활성화방안의 하나로 공공단체 등이 위락시설을 관광소외계층에게 무료 또는 저렴한 요금으로 이용 할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 둘째, 재원확보를 위해 관광진흥개발기금법의 개정과 카지노업의 사업장변경 허가를 제안하였으며, 셋째, 관광호텔부가세영세율의 영구적용과 관광문화숙박단지의 조성을 넷째, 컨벤션산업에 대한 육성책을 다섯째, 국제관광객에 대한 안전·보호정책 강화와 전략적 해외홍보 및 마케팅강화를 제시하였다. With the economic growth and continuous urban development the modern will thirst for tourism. they may crave for welfare tourism, which is not only for a part of the wealthy classes but can be shared by the low-income brackets. This research lays emphasis on grasping the present condition of welfare tourism in Korea and then to seize system, the special quality and the present situation of tourism. As the result of the research, reform measures are suggested as follows; Firstly, the public bodies secure tourist facilities to be opened for free for the low-income brackets or to be utilized by them inexpensively. Secondly, the laws and regulations be amended to permit alteration of the existing place of casino business for expansion of tourism promotion fund. Thirdly, the tax exemption (zero rate of value-added tax) be continued for foreigners who use tourist hotels. Fourthly, a positive engaging measure be prepared for the convention industry. Fifthly, safety measure be reinforced for the international tourists from personal danger. Sixthly, strategic overseas information activity and marketing be reinforced.

노인복지관광 진흥정책을 실시하여 복지관광수요에 대응하는 것이 관광산업발전과 사회복지활성화에 기여하는 시의 적절한 과제로 보고, 먼저 노인복지관광의 개념정립과 국내 선행연구를 고찰 하였으며, 그 다음 주요국의 노인복지관광 사례 등을 분석하여 한국의 노인복지관광을 전략적으로 발전시킬 수 있는 정책과제와 관광사업차원의 전문적 관광서비스를 개발할 수 있는 동인을 모색해 보았는데, 그 결과 관광진흥개발기금법의 관련 명문화규정의 필요성과 노인복지관광 행정지원체계의 개선, 노인요금할인제도 및 그에 따른 관광사업체 영업 손실분 지원, 노인복지관광 바우처제도 실시 등을 제시하였다. 그러나 실증분석방법의 부재에 따른 연구의 한계점이 있는바 이는 차후과제로 남겼다. The purpose of this study is to search for the improvement solutions to enlarge the welfare tourism for the elderly in Korea. Therefore this study was focused on the welfare tourism policy and situations of welfare tourism for the elderly in Korea. As a result, the improvement solutions are as follows: First, I recommend that the law in the welfare tourism policy for the elderly must be arranged again. Second, it is very important for us to improve the system of adminstration in the central and local government. Third, we need in force the enlargement of the discount system in connection with the elderly welfare. Fourth, we need introduction of voucher system on the welfare tourism for the elderly. Finally, I propose the introduction and the development of welfare tourism program for the elderly.
인터넷 방송을 위한 유비쿼터스 CRM 구축 방안에 관한 연구

유비쿼터스 고객관리시스템은 개인간 그리고 특성별로 고객관리를 할 수 있는 정교한 마케팅 수단이라 할수있다. 이는 고객으로부터 수익을 직접 창출할 수 있는 요인이 되기도 하다. 그리고 일부 인터넷방송들이 이를 이용하여 실제 매출을 올리는 결과도 가져오고 있다. 그러나 예상보다는 구축에 어려움을 겪고있다. 이 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 고객관리에 대한 통합모델과 구성 아키텍처를 제시하였다. 추후 많은 케이스가 나올 경우 좀더 많이 적용하고 검증이 필요하리라본다.
서울지역 대형 연소시설에서의 질소산화물 제거효율과 배출계수 산정

This survey was performed to investigate the NOx emission factors at 3 Municipal Solid Waste Incinerators(MSWI) and 5 Power generation boilers in Seoul. The NOx concentrations were measured before and after control systems. The results were as follows.<br/> 1) The NOx reduction efficiencies of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) using ammonia as reducing agent ranged from 53.7% to 89.9%. The NOx reduction efficiencies of SCR using methanol as reducing agent. Non- Selective Catalytic Reduction (NSCm using ethanol as reducing agent and low-NOx burner were 20.8%, 29.1% and 24.7%, respectively.<br/> 2) The NOx emission factors at A-I. A-2 and A-3 facilities of MSWI were 0.786, 0.127 and 0.594 kg NOx!ton fuel. respectively. The factors of A-I and A - 3 facilities were higher than the average value of Korea.<br/> 3) The NOx emission factors at 13-1. 13-2. B-3. 13-4 and 13-5 facilities of Power generation boiler were 2.109, 0.726, 4.100, 8.378 and 5.168 kg NOx/ton fuel, respectively. The factors of 13-4 and 13-5 facilities were higher than the average value of Korea.

The removal of organo-mineral ions from synthetic water contaning heavy metals and pesticides using Eucommia ulmoides leaves were studied varying time, timperature, concentration, pH and adsorbent amount. The removal rate of organo-mineral ions according to varying time were invariable detected only Cr and parathion and its was adsorption removal rate respectively 95%, 86.4%. The removal efficiency of organo-mineral ions according to varying temperature was decreased only Zn. As the heavy metals concentration increased, the removal efficiency of adsorbent was not invariable ratio and pesticide in 2.0 mg/l(parathion, diazinon, malathion) was maximum adsorbted respectively 91.3%, 88.2%, 59.2%. The removal efficiency according to varying pH was maximum adsorpted in pH 7. The injected adsorbent in which 2.0 g was maxium adsorpted and the removal of Pb was found to have the best removal efficiency.

Branch rivers of Han-river contribute significantly to the pollution and eutrophication that have caused drastic changes to the ecosystem of Han-river. In Tanchun, two sewage treatment plants have been operated and their drain water have significantly affected Tanchun water quality. Here we investigate on the pollution change of Tanchun that has affected Han-river. The results were as follows : 1. Attribution to elevate water pollution concentrations of Han-river by Tanchun were T-P, BOD, T-N, COD in orders. 2. The highest loading pollutant in Han-river by Tanchun rated about 2 times by T-P. 3. In the downstream of Tanchun was low self-purification than upstream. 4. The most affected Tanchun water quality was Tanchun treatment plant in the downstream of Tanchun.
