디지털시대 세무대리인의 정서노동과 직무스트레스가 직무탈진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 디지털시대의 융복합연구로 세무대리인의 정서노동과 직무스트레스, 직무탈진간의 관계에 대하여 살펴보았다. 실증분석에 활용된 도구는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램이며, 직무스트레스의 매개효과에 대한 강건성을 분석하고자 Sobel 검정을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서적 표현빈도는 직무스트레스에 유의한 부(-)의 영향이 있으며, 정서다양성은 직무스트레스에 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정서부조화는 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서노동과 직무탈진의 관계가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서노동과 직무탈진 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과가 규명되었다. 그리고 정서적 표현빈도와 직무탈진, 정서다양성과 직무탈진 관계에서 직무스트레스는 완전 매개효과를 지닌 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 정서부조화와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과는 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 세무대리인의 직무탈진은 정서노동보다는 직무스트레스에서 비롯된 것임을 지지하며, 세무대리인에게 있어서 직무스트레스의 관리가 중요하다는 점을 시사하는 증거가 된다. This study is to examine the relationships between emotional labor, job stress, and job burnout of staff accountants. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, frequency of emotional display has a negative impact on job stress, but emotional dissonance is not associated with job stress statistically. And all types of emotional labor(emotional display, emotional variety, emotional dissonance) have no significant effects on job burnout. Second, all types of emotional labor have no significant impacts on job burnout. Third, full mediation by job stress is proved in the relations between frequency of emotional display and job burnout and between emotional variety and job burnout. But emotional labor doesn't directly impact on job burnout but it influences job burnout via job stress indirectly. These results provide a meaningful framework and theoretical basis for future research on emotional labor, job stress, and job burnout.

치매환자의 다면적 평가와 평가척도간의 상관성

목 적: 치매는 인지기능의 손상 외에도 행동장애, 기능수행의 장애 등을 초래하고, 자주 신체질환이 공존한다. 따라서 치매환자의 관리를 위해서는 이들 영역에 대한 평가가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이들 모든 영역을 실질적이면서도 간편하게 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 평가결과를 분석하고자 한다. 방 법: 이 다면적평가방법은 하나의 전반적단계 평가도구(GDS)와 네가지 영역들;인지, 일상생활동작, 행동과 동반신체질환에 대한 평가도구들(MMSE, B-ADL, BEHAVE-AD, GMHR)로 구성되었다. 이것을 한 치매 요양원에 재원중인 29명의 치매환자들(알쯔하이머형 치매 21명, 혈관성 혹은 혼합형 치매 9명)에게 실시하였고, 평가척도간의 상관성을 Pearson 상관계수로, 치매유형, 성별, 나이에 의한 차이를 independent t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과.결론: 알쯔하이머형 치매군에서 MMSE와 B-ADL간에 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 알쯔하이머형 치매군이 기타 군(혈관성 혹은 혼합형 치매군)보다 B-ADL의 점수가 유의하게 높았고, GMHR의 점수가 높았으나 통계학적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 성별과 나이(80세 미만과 이상)에 따른 유의한 차이는 없었다. 공존신체질환에 대한 평가가 포함된 본 다면적 평가방법은 치매요양원에서 간편하게 사용될 수 있고, 환자관리에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각된다. Objectives:Behavioral problem and functional impairment in addition to cognitive impairment are induced, and the medical comorbidity is common in dementia patients. Thus the evaluation of these domains is needed for the management of dementia patients. This study presents a method practically and easily assessing above all dimensions, and analyzes the results. Methods:The multidimensional evaluating method consists of one general staging measure (GDS) and four measures(MMSE, B-ADL, BEHAVE-AD, GMHR) evaluating four domains; cognition, activities of daily living, behavior, and medical comorbidity. These measures are administered to 29 dementia patients(Alzheimer's dementia 21, mixed or vascular dementia 9) admitted in a long-term care residence of dementia patients. The correlation of measures and the difference of the type of dementia, sex, and age are analysed by Pearson correlation coefficient and independent t-test respectively. Results & Conclusions:In the correlation of scales, the score of MMSE was significantly correlated to the score of B-ADL in Alzheimer's dementia patient group(p<0.05). The score of B-ADL was significantly higher(p<0.05) and the score of GMHR was statistically insignificantly higher in Alzheimer's dementia patient group than mixed or vascular dementia patient group. The sex and age was unrelated to cognitive or functional ability. This multidimensional evaluating method, including the assessment of the medical comorbidity, is thought to be convenient to apply in the long-term care residence of dementia patients, and be of practical help to the management of dementia patients.

Impacts of Financing Constraints on R&D

This article studies a large sample of South Korean firms during the period 2001-2014 and finds evidence of binding financing constraints to R&D investments by controlling for (i) potential importance of smoothing R&D with cash holdings and trade credits (ii) firm’s access to external equity and debt finance. This study recognizes an approach to assess financing constraints when firms extensively depend on external finance and endogenously maintain cushions of liquidity to keep R&D investments smooth. While we find evidence that internal cash flow is positively related to R&D investments, it appears that Korean firms are hesitant in keeping R&D investment smooth for transitory finance shocks. For external financing, we show that R&D investments are affected by debt financing, but not by equity financing in Korean firms. In the absence of equity issues on R&D activities, policymakers might consider stock market to take active roles in funding R&D activities as R&D investment demand outstrips internal financing.

Grover’s algorithm을 이용한 Graph coloring problem 풀이

본 논문은 Grover’s algorithm의 과정을 살펴보고, 그를 이용하여 기본적인 quantum gate를 통해 Graph coloring problem을 해결하는 회로를 설계한다. 이를 Qiskit에 구현해 시뮬레이션을 진행하여 결과를 확인하고 구현한 회로의 gate 수를 토대로 임의의 Graph를 해결하기 위한 회로에 사용되는 quantum gate의 수를 예측한다.

라이프스타일이 헬스 앱 사용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 헬스관련 애플리케이션 사용자들이 어떠한 라이프스타일을 가지고 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구에서 사용된 라이프스타일 변수는 건강생활(식사, 운동, 음주, 흡연 등)과 일반 라이프스타일(야근, 교통, 휴대폰 사용 등)로 총 20개의 변수를 사용하였다. 분석은 데이터마이닝 방법을 포함한 3가지 방법, 즉, 규칙유도기법, 로지스틱스회귀분석 그리고 인공신경망을 단계적으로 이용하여 헬스 앱 사용에 대한 변수의 예측력을 높일 수 있도록 하였다. 분석결과 최종 획득된 결과는 BMI, 핸드폰사용시간, 수면시간, 몸매유지, 아침식사, 건강비용지출의 순으로 중요도가 나타났으며, 검증예측력은 74.8%였다. 본 연구는 헬스관련 애플리케이션 기반서비스를 출시 및 활용할 때 사용자의 라이프스타일을 고려함으로써 그 활용도를 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내 모바일 지급결제 서비스에 대한 역사적 고찰 및 시사점

일반적으로 지급결제란 경제주체들이 경제활동에 따른 채권채무관계를 지급수단을 이용하여 해소하는 행위로 정의된다. 지급결제 방식은 통화를 사용하는 방식으로부터 신용카드 결제 및 계좌 이체와 같은 가상 거래의 방식으로 진화되었다. 특히 근래에 들어서는 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 모바일 지급결제와 같은 방식으로 발전되기에 이르렀다. 그러나 당초 기대와 달리 현재까지 모바일 지급결제 서비스가 충분히 확산되지 못하고 있으며, 일부 서비스의 경우 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못한 채 시장에서 소멸되는 현상을 겪기도 하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 국내에 등장하였던 모바일 지급결제 서비스를 대상으로 한 역사적 고찰을 통해 관련 서비스의 현황을 분석하여 시사점을 제시함으로써 모바일 지급결제 서비스의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 모바일 지급결제 서비스의 유형은 휴대폰 소액결제, 모바일 신용카드, 모바일 뱅킹, 모바일 지갑 등과 같은 서비스 모델 등이다. 모바일 지급결제 서비스에 대한 현황 분석은 각 서비스의 이용 주체인 사용자를 중심으로 하되 사용자 이외에도 금융권, 이동통신사, 단말기 제조사, 모바일 서비스업자, 가맹점 등의 이해관계자와 함께 정부의 입장도 고려하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 지급결제 서비스를 제공하는 국내 업체들이 대내외 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 고려할 사항이 무엇인가에 대한 논의의 일환으로 시도되었다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 국내 모바일 지급결제 서비스 산업의 활성화 및 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다 Along with the widespread of smartphones, firms have agonized over ways to make transactions easier for consumers. These approaches have been attempted from several different angles, as well as by various industries, subsequently leading to the high diversity of mobile payment types provided to consumers. However, unlike the firms expected, mobile payment has not yet widespread enough, and despite their efforts and investments, numerous services have failed due to a lack of consumer endorsement. This thesis aims to historically retrace the mobile payment services that have been attempted domestically, as well as to study the problems the failed services had and the factors the moderately successful services had to be selected. As a frame to view the matter, service models such as mobile micropayments, mobile credit cards, mobile banking, and mobile wallets have been used for distinction, and the positions of each service and their related entities, which are the user, the finance industry, mobile carriers, cell phone manufacturers, mobile service providers, retailers, and government, have all been taken into consideration in the examination. 웰니스(Wellness) 관광서비스 산업이 한국경제에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

The number of foreign patients entering Korea has been steadily increasing, while Korean medical tourism services provide relatively high-quality medical services at relatively low cost. The medical tourism service is developing into wellness tourism services that extend beyond treatment and tourism to the concept of life management and tourism in accordance with the influence of Korean Wave and the paradigm of preventive medicine. Wellness Tourism Services is a multifunctional service industry that is linked to more diverse industries than existing medical tourism services because it also includes personal services such as medical care and tourism as well as diet and beauty. Such a wellness tourism service industry can contribute to economic growth by not only creating new demand for the Korean tourism service industry but also influencing the related industries. Therefore, this study seeks to recognize the importance of the wellness tourism service industry by analyzing the effects of the Korean economy and the effects of the industries, and propose suggestions for industry development. To this end, we will conduct a comparative analysis of medical services and personal services, which are major components of the wellness tourism service industry.
