        알지네이트 코팅 Miamiensis avidus (Ciliophora: Scuticociliatida) 경구백신의 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)에 대한 효능평가

        Miamensis avidus에 대한 alginate Microsphere (Alginate MS) 경구백신의 넙치에 대한 효능을 침지와 주사경로의 공격감염으로 확인하였다. Trial 1에서는 불활화 M. avidus (IMa)와 IMa를 alginate로 코팅한 IMa+Alginate MS 를 사료와 혼합하였으며 총 5일 동안 3.75 × 10<sup>6</sup> cells/fish의 농도로 먹였다. 경구백신 투여 5주 후 침지로 공격감염했을 때, IMa+Alginate MS 그룹의 상대생존율 (RPS)은 50% (50% 해수 침지감염)와 37.5% (100% 해수 침지감염)였다. IMa 단독투여 그룹은 낮은 생존율을 보였다. Trial 2에서는 항원을 2.38 × 10<sup>6</sup> cells/fish의 농도로 5일간 나누어 먹였다. 경구백신 투여 2주 후에는 복강주사로 효능을 평가하였고, IMa+Alginate MS 투여구의 상대생존율은 30.8%였으며 IMa 단독투여 그룹은 백신의 투여효과가 전혀 없었다. 경구백신 투여 종료 5주 후 50% 해수에서 침지감염으로 공격감염 한 경우 IMa+Alginate MS 투여구의 상대생존율은 42.9%, IMa 단독투여 그룹의 상대생존율은 14.3%를 기록하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 Alginate로 M. avidus항원을 코팅함으로써 M. avidus항원을 단독으로 투여하는 것보다 넙치에 높은 방어력을 제공할 수 있음을 나타낸다. The efficacy of the alginate microsphere (Alginate MS) oral vaccine against Miamiensis avidus in olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) was confirmed through challenge infections by both immersion and injection routes. In trial 1, the formalin-inactivated M. avidus coated with alginate, designated as ‘IMa+Alginate MS’ group, and the IMa group were administered with vaccines mixed with feed, with a total antigen dose of 3.75 × 10<sup>6</sup> cells/fish. When challenged with immersion infection at five weeks post vaccination, the relative percent survival (RPS) in the IMa+Alginate MS group was 50% (immersed in 50% seawater) and 37.5% (immersed in 100% seawater). The group that received only IMa showed a low survival rate. In trial 2, the antigen was fed mixed with feed at a total dose of 2.38 × 10<sup>6</sup> cells/fish for 5 days. Two weeks after oral vaccination, fish were intraperitoneally injected for infection. The RPS in the IMa+Alginate MS group was 30.8%, while the IMa-only group showed no vaccine efficacy. At five weeks post vaccination, when subjected to challenge infection by immersion in 50% seawater, the IMa+Alginate MS group recorded a RPS of 42.9%, whereas the IMa group had a RPS of 14.3%. The results of this study indicate that coating M. avidus antigen with alginate can provide higher protection in olive flounder compared to administering the antigen alone.

        시니어 생활체육프로그램 서비스기대·품질·만족이 네오웰빙에 미치는 영향

        This study sampled 400 targets who are over 60 years old participating Sport for All programs of the City of Gwangju from July to August, 2015 to analyze the influence that the expectation of the physical training program service for elderly and satisfaction from the service have on Neo wellbeing Among them, 335 sampling targets were used for actual analysis except 65 who falsely responded, considering the nature of the elderly. Using SPSS Win Ver.22.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation. The results were as follows. First, facilities and environment (t=3.032<SUP>**</SUP>) and the leader (t=14.973<SUP>***</SUP>) which is a sub-factor of service expectation appeared to influence on satisfaction. Second, it seems that tangibility (2.801<SUP>**</SUP>), responsiveness (5.117<SUP>***</SUP>), certainty (2.919<SUP>**</SUP>), reliability and (22.407<SUP>***</SUP>) which is a sub-factor of service quality influence satisfaction. Third, facilities (23.007<SUP>**</SUP>), and the leader (3.702<SUP>***</SUP>) which is a sub-factor of service expectation appear to affect the Neo wellbeing. Fourth, responsiveness (3.020<SUP>**</SUP>), certainty (15.130<SUP>***</SUP>), empathy (26.314<SUP>***</SUP>), and reliability (2.381<SUP>*</SUP><SUP></SUP>) which is a sub-factor of service quality seem to affect the Neo wellbeing. Fifth, the more highly recognizes satisfaction (8.990<SUP>***</SUP>), the more influence on the Neo wellbeing. As a result, analyzing the correlations among service expectations, service quality, satisfaction and the Neo wellbeing, the effect of service expectation on satisfaction from the second hypothesis, the effect of service quality on satisfaction from the third hypothesis, and, the effect of satisfaction on service expectation from the sixth hypothesis were chosen, and the fourth and fifth ones were not selected because they are found not to have any impact.

        안 의료용 하이드로젤 렌즈의 수화시간에 따른 용출물 시험에 관한 표준화 연구

        본 연구는 하이드로젤 콘택트렌즈에 관한 표준화 규격 중 안정성 평가 항목을 분석하기 위해 기본적인 하이드로젤 콘택트렌즈 재료에 나노입자를 첨가하여 제조된 콘택트렌즈의 안정성을 평가하였다. 렌즈제조용 고분자 중합을 위해 HEMA(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)와 NVP(n-vinylpyrrolidone), MMA(methyl methacrylate), 교차결합제인 EGDMA(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) 그리고 개시제인 AIBN(azobisisobutyronitrile)를 기본조합으로 사용하였고, 첨가제로는 CP NPs(copper oxide nanoparticles), CPI NPs(copper iron oxide nanoparticles)를 비율 별로 첨가하여 중합하였다. 제조된 렌즈는 안정성 분석을 위해 용출물의 양을 각각 평가하였으며, 1~10일 동안 경과시간에 따라 그 값을 비교, 분석하였다. 그 결과, 제조된 하이드로겔 렌즈는 시간이 지남에 따라 점차적으로 용출된 양이 증가하였으며, 첨가된 나노입자의 종류에 따라 안정화 시간이 상이 하게 나타났다. 현재 용출물 평가는 컬러 콘택트렌즈 제품에 국한되어 있으며, 또한 시간에 따른 변화를 평가하는 규격은 없는 상황이다. 본 실험결과로 볼 때 일반 하이드로겔 렌즈 또한 사용되는 재료의 종류에 따라 용출물의 평가를 필요로 하는 대상이 될 수 있으며, 평가를 위한 기준 경과시간을 표준화하여 정확한 성능 평가가 요구되는 것으로 판단된다. This study evaluated the stability of contact lenses manufactured by adding nanoparticles to basic hydrogel contact lens materials in order to analyze stability extraction tests among standardized standards for hydrogel contact lenses. HEMA(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate), NVP(n-vinylpyrrolidone), MMA(methyl methacrylate), EGDMA(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, as a crosslinking agent), and AIBN(azobisisobutyronitrile, as an initiator) used as basic combinations for the polymer polymerization of lenses. As an additive, CP NPs (copper oxide nanoparticles) and CPI NPs(copper iron oxide nanoparticles) were added at a ratio and polymerized. The prepared lenses were evaluated for the amount of extraction for stability analysis, and compared and analyzed according to the elapsed time for 1 to 10 days. As a result, the amount of the eluted solution gradually increased over time, and the stabilization time was different depending on the type of nanoparticles added. Evaluation of extraction test is currently limited to color contact lens products, and there is no standard for evaluating changes over time. Based on the results of this experiment, the general hydrogel lens may also be an object requiring evaluation of the extraction depending on the type of material used. And it is judged that accurate performance evaluation is required by standardizing the standard elapsed time for stability evaluation.

        보-기둥 앵글 접합부의 수정된 AFOSM 해석에 관한 연구

        Beam-to-column connections are involved in material and geometric uncertainties. In the deterministic structural analysis, it is difficult to estimate proper safety factor of structures because it could not consider theses uncertainties. Therefore, structural reliability analysis is more reasonable method because means and standard deviations of design parameters as these uncertainties are measured by introduction of safety factor of structures. In this study, three-parameter power model proposed by Richard is used for defining the moment-rotation relationship ofangle-type connections. For structural reliability analysis, probability distribution functions of three parameters treated as randomvariables are assumed to be normal distribution. Three parameters are ultimate moment Mu, initial rotational stiffness Rki andshape parameter n. The reliability indices and probabilities of failure at a certain M-θ point are calculated by AdvancedFirst-Order Second-Moment method. the accuracy of the present method is verified by Monte Carlo Simulation, which is one ofaccurate methods to obtain failure probability.

        새로운 사용자 문제 개선을 위한 워드임베딩 학습과 Skip-gram 모델링 기반의 추천 시스템

        Collaborative filtering(CF) uses the purchase or item rating history of other users, but does not need additional properties or attributes of users and items. Hence CF is known th be the most successful recommendation technology. But conventional CF approach has some significant weakness, such as the new user problem. In this paper, we propose a approach using word embedding with skip-gram for learning distributed item representations. In particular, we show that this approach can be used to capture precise item for solving the “new user problem.” The proposed approach has been tested on the Movielens databases. We compare the performance of the user based CF, item based CF and our approach by observing the change of recommendation results according to the different number of item rating information. The experimental results shows the improvement in our approach in measuring the precision applied to new user problem situations.

        SQP법을 이용한 고층 강골조 구조물의 최적설계에 관한 연구

        The objective of this paper is to present formulation solving structural optimization problems for all planar frameworks using SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming) Method. Key aspects in the code development involved the treatment of lower and upper bounds on the variables and on the solution of the QP subproblems. The importance of cost scaling in conjunction with SQP methods is explained here for the first time. The SQP method has attractions: the starting point can be handled in addition to the inequalities, and the method can be proved to converge under certain assumptions. This paper presents SQP problems for optimal design of steel structural frameworks. The lateral drift is an important factor for the serviceability and may have a harmful influence on the safety in highrise buildings. Engineers would put limitations on the drift according to structural design codes or their experience. Because of the characteristics of the problem, they control it not quantitatively, by a trial-error approach. SQP is developed for discrete optimization of tall steel framework subject to lateral drift constraint. The objective function considered is total weight of the structure. Special features of proposed method include discrete design variables, the standard steel sections provided by AISC manual, and an open format for prescribing constraint.

In a rapidly changing age of science and technology, important factor for the improvement of national competitive power is not only innovation development of scientific technique but also popularization of science, the understanding of general person about science. For popularization of science, scientific technical content serviced by using easy device and general person is interested in it's field 1bis paper suggests the E-mail Magazine content strategy for popularization of science. This suggestion is based on user's requirement investigation with on-line.

      • SOA기반의 정보시스템 설계 및 구현

        정보시스템이 과거의 독립적인 조직 내에서의 시스템에 의존하던 방식에서 점차 다수의 데이터 공급원이나 타 정보시스템과의 연계가 중시되는 상황에서 시스템의 통합 및 연계에 유연한 기반을 제공하는 SOA는 정보시스템 구현의 진화방향이 될 수 있다. SOA기반으로 정보시스템을 구현할 경우 검색대상 정보의 변경, 정보원의 확장, 타 시스템과의 연계확대 등 변화에 유연하고 운영과 유지보수에 용이한 시스템을 확보할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOA기반의 정보시스템을 구현한 사례를 소개하여 이와 같은 정보시스템에의 SOA 적용 효과를 확인해 본다. Information systems are no longer solely dependent on an inside system, SOA may become the solution for integration management of the information that mutual cooperation. SOA enhanced the flexibility and consistency of a information service system throughout the stage of development and application to effectively adapt to the change in the subject for search, expansion of information, and linking with other information system. In this paper, we will implement a SOA-based information system and introduce effectiveness of SOA.

        단순 증가하중을 받는 보-기둥 접합부의 신뢰성해석에 관한 연구

        This paper measures characteristics of behavior and changes of mechanical properties, in case that loading conditions are pressed in connection of a beam-to-column, and according to the basics of theoretical consideration, this paper presents a limit state formular in connection parts. A new analytical technique, which can carry out a probabilistic reliability analysis of the connection parts in beam-columns, is presented by a devised limit-state formular of this paper, and the present method shows good agreement with Monte carlo method. Using a reliability index β and a probability of failure Pf , which are obtained by the proved program, this thesis shows relations between a curve of moment-rotatioal angle and a reliability index at each type of connection parts as 3-dimentional curves, and it follows as a consequence that this paper presents a margin of safety and a degree of reinforcement and describe mutual relations of each connection part.
