주민생활사를 통해 본 무허가 정착지(판자촌)의 역할과 기능

The objective of this study is to re-construct the lives of residents of squatters demolished by urban redevelopment and to illustrate the functions and roles of these illegal settlements. We interviewed thirty-one former residents who had lived in six illegal settlements(Hyeonjeo-dong, Don’amdong, Geumho-dong, Haengdang-dong, Nan’gok-dong, Sanggye-dong) between the 1960s and the 1990s and asked them questions about lifestyles, economic activities(employment, consumption, saving), family life, education, and human networks with relatives and neighbors [in and out of the community], and daily struggles. As a result, the study finds that illegal settlements provided cheap housing needed for residents’ survival, relayed job information, and served as the social safety net. In other words, the life in an illegal settlement was impoverished and uncomfortable, but mutually beneficial human relations that residents formed with each other helped them persevere through these hardships. Reminiscing the past, former residents of demolished illegal settlements now feel solitude and isolation from neighbors.

Dual source CT 장비의 high pitch(flash) mode를 이용한 하지동맥검사의 유용성 분석

목적 Dual source CT 장비의 high pitch mode를 이용하여 넓은 영역의 검사를 요하는 하지동맥검사에 적용 가능여부와 스캔시간의 감소에 따른 환자의 움직임의 최소화와 피폭선량 감소의 효과에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 2011년 10월 1일부터 2012년 2월 29일까지 본원에 방문하여 기존의 하지동맥검사방법으로 검사한 후 추적검사 시 high pitch mode로 검사한 50명의 환자를 대상으로 MDCT 128 row dual source; Somatom Definition Flash(Siemens medical system: Germany) 장비를 사용하여 검사하였다. 검사방법은 기존의 검사방법에 high pitch mode 적용여부를 알아보기 위해 AAPM 팬텀을 이용하여 기존의 검사법과 high pitch mode로 각각 스캔 후 Noise, Uniormity, Sparial resolution의 팬텀영상의 화질을 비교하였다. 또한 기존의 영상방법으로 얻은 영상과 high pitch mode로 얻은 영상에서 Aorta, both femoral artery, both distal artery에 각각 ROI를 그려 SD값을 비교하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS version 12.0 for window의 독립표본 T-test 검정방법을 사용하였다. 환자의 선량비교를 위해 CT 장비에서 제공하는 DLP(dose length product)와 유효선량(effective dose) 이용하여 비교하였으며 유효선량은 DLP값에 검사부위별로 국제적으로 정해져 있는 부위별 환산지수 conversion factor를 곱하여 계산하였다. 결과 AAPM 팬텀영상에서 산출된 Noise, Uniormity, Spatial resolution에 대해서는 기존 검사법과 high pitch mode를 적용한 검사는 크게 차이가 없으며 환자를 대상으로 검사한 영상에서도 SD값을 비교한 T 검정결과 유의수준 0.05(신뢰구간 95%)에서 유의확률이 각각 Aorta(low: 0.096, high: 0.099), Rt.FA(low: 0.265, high: 0.265), Lt.FA(low: 0.195, high: 0.196) Rt.Dis(low: 0.575, high: 0.575), Lt.Dis(low: 0.286, high: 0.287)로 유의적 차이가 없었다. 또한 선량면에서 기존의 검사방법에 비해 high pitch mode 검사방법은 27.8%의 선량감소 효과가 있었다. 결론 Dual source MDCT의 high pitch mode 하지동맥 검사방법은 기존의 하자동맥검사에 적용가능하며 넓은 영역의 검사를 요하는 하지동액검사에 있어 빠른 검사시간으로 환자의 움직임을 최소화하며 피폭선량을 경감시킬 수 있는 유용한 검사라 사료된다. I. Purpose It is to find out movement minimization caused by the fast scan time, effectiveness of dose reduction and the possibility of application on lower extremity angiography examination which needs long range scans in using high pitch mode of Dual source CT. II. Meterial and Methods It is studied with 50 patients who visited Pusan National Uni. Yangsan Hospital(PNUYH) for lower extremity angiography examination from 2011, 1 Oct to 2012, 30 Jan. MDCT 128 row dual source; somatom definition flash (Siemens medical system: Germany) was used as an equipment and high pitch mode is applied. The quality of phantom images which is divided into three sections; noise, Uniformity, Spatial resolution was compared after each scan in the general test method and the high pitch mode. It is to know that the general scan mode can be replaced with the high pitch mode. Each. Ra (region of importance) was drawn in aorta, both femoral artery, both distal artery images acquired in the general scan mode and the high pitch mode then SD (standard deviation) values were compared. Independent sample T-test of SPSS version 12.0 for window was used in statistical analysis. DLP (dale length product) and effective dose provided from the CT equipment were compared for patient’s dose comparison. Effective dose was calculated from multiplying DLP by the international standard conversion factor. III. Result There are no differences of Noise, Uniformity and Spatial resolution from AAPM phantom between the high pitch mode examination and common examinations. The T experiment results from SD figures that are compared with in clinical conditions also have no differences. Significant probabilities in 0.05 significance level(95% confidence interval) are Aorta(low: 0.096, high: 0.099), Rt.FA(low: 0.265, high: 0.265), Lt.FA(low: 0.195, high: 0.196), Rt.Dis(low: 0.575, high: 0.575), Lt,Dis(low: 0.286, high: 0.287) each. The high pitch mode examination method dropped radiation dose of 27.8% as compared with the general scan mode. IV. Conclusions The high pitch mode of dual source MDCT can be applied to a general mode on the lower extremity angiography. It is regarded as a useful method that is able to have dose reduction and minimize a movement of patients due to the fast scan In the case of the lower extremity angiography examination witch needs long area scan.
