This study searching for the facilitation of independence hall of korea limited to tourism products lodging, foods, and events. collects of data to this study are articles and parliamentary inspection of the administrations. According to evaluation results by this study, First, Education programs for students will be improve to ensuring self-determination of people. Second, Independent Hall of Korea will be managing for a visitor support of government and contributions. Third, It's needs changing to the value of people wants multi-culture complex. Forth, It's developing tourism products to domestic and inbound tourist. To summarize the legal scope to derive the concept of marine leisure tourism, the Basic Act on Marine Fisheries Development based on the basic scope for Maritime , Marine and Fisheries Resources , Marine and Fisheries Industry , and Water Leisure Safety Act The concept of leisure activities is defined. The Tourism Promotion Act establishes the scope of food, entertainment, recreation, culture, art or leisure, etc. in relation to marine leisure tourism, and related businesses(tourism resource business, marine tourism development business, natural ecological tourism resource business, tourism products, etc. It states that it is possible to carry out projects related to the development of, and projects related to the promotion of tourism and welfare of the people(Article 48 (4)). In addition, it has established a standard for doing business with tourist facilities, and it is stated that the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the head of a local government can conduct related projects. In addition, there are more than 20 laws related to marine leisure tourism based on these two laws, and this study intends to place these related laws on the law of marine leisure tourism. In this study, the concept of marine leisure tourism was derived by synthesizing the scope of legal marine leisure tourism and the concept of scholars marine tourism and marine leisure tourism. In other words, we intend to establish the concept that marine leisure tourism is a form of leisure and tourism centered on the ocean and the coast, away from everyday life. These concepts are derived from the concept of marine leisure tourism centered on the concept of marine tourism and the concept of leisure sports, and the concept of marine leisure tourism needs further discussion.

This study examined the effects of leadership types of managerial level on employees` organizational commitment and job satisfaction in travel agencies. Analysis revealed that the transformational leadership showed positive effects on organizational commitment and transactional leadership partially influenced the organizational commitment. Findings produced that organizational commitment had significant effects on both general job-satisfaction and reward·promotion satisfaction of the employees. Results indicated that the transformational leadership influenced significant effects on job satisfaction except intellectual factor in the leadership. It is recommended that managerial level of travel agencies need to participate in their employees` job with active manners and to develop new process for good performance. And it is also needed that managerial level have to prepare for proper reward·promotion control and try to make them feel pride of their job and good human relationship. Managerial implications and limitations were discussed, and some directions for future research were suggested.

The purpose of this study is focused on contributing to secure the customer and the pursuit of profits as the new strategies, is suitable at the information era, by finding the problems of sales activities and improving the these, and to develop the high value-added industry by supplying the highly quality sales service though the renovation of the personal sales strategy. The limitation of this study is to not deeply research the individual part and not go into details selecting only the deluxe hotels in Seoul, especially little lack to verify the relationships of the customers and salesmen, in the future, following study to solve these limitations is expected. Finally, desire eagerly the results of this study are helpful to the rationalization of management in Korea.

The oil price and exchange rate has been changed so rapidly and uncertainty of external management circumstance has been increased. Trust is very important between hotels and travel agents because tourism goods, have complex characteristics. Therefore, we try to figure out methods that can totally strengthen mutual competitive power by searching mutual trust control effects between hotels and travel agents. In this research, theoretical consideration about business and confidence, interview with a worker at the scene, and empirical analysis have been done to study the effects that reach mutual success by regulating trust at business between hotels and travel agents especially in rising service industry. Thus, importance of business through reinforcing trust is getting emphasized because sustaining the former clients is more affordable than finding new ones. The limitation of this study is to not research the travel agents part and not go into details selecting only the deluxe hotels in Seoul, especially little lack to verify the relationships of the customers and tourism company, in the future, following study to solve these limitations is expected. Each companies should effectively increase product benefits to the final consumers, contrive their profits, and remind that reinforcement of trust is the number one mission to contribute Korean tourism development.
