Purpose: To investigate the efficacy of the combined phototherapeutic keratectomy (PTK) and peripheral anterior stromalpuncture (ASP) compared with that of PTK alone in patients with recurrent corneal erosion syndrome (RCES). Methods: The medical records of 25 patients (25 eyes) who underwent combined treatment of PTK and peripheral ASP forRCES from March 2016 to May 2017 were retrospectively reviewed. Twenty-three patients (23 eyes) treated with PTK alonefrom March 2015 to February 2016 served as a control group. All surgeries were performed by a single surgeon. This retrospectiveclinical study comprised 48 patients (48 eyes) who were followed up for more than 18 months. Clinical records ofage, sex, laterality, etiology of RCES, and history of recurrence after treatment were evaluated. Results: Twenty-five eyes were treated with combined PTK and ASP, and 23 eyes were treated with PTK only. The meanfollow-up period was 19.63 ± 2.97 and 19.75 ± 6.83 months, respectively. There were no differences in baseline parametersbetween the groups. In the combined treatment group, one patient experienced recurrence 6 months after the surgery. Inthe single treatment group, five patients showed recurrence at 4, 7, 8, 11, and 13 months after the surgery, respectively. Compared to the single treatment group, the combined treatment group showed significantly lower recurrence rate (p < 0.05). All recurred patients required no additional treatment except temporary therapeutic contact lenses and topical lubricants. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that combined treatment of PTK and peripheral ASP is effective in alleviation of symptomsand prevention of recurrence in refractory RCES compared with treatment using PTK alone.

Dynamic balancing of Composite blades must be done to be sure to minimize vibrations before installation on helicopter. Iinitial production blades of KUH(Surion) was carried out by shipset unit, but dynamic balancing using master blade is need to secure the interchangeability of each blade in order to decrease maintenance costs and times in the second production phase. In this paper, master blade selection process and its application for second production phase of KUH main rotor blade are described.

무인항공기는 비약적으로 발전하고 있는 분야이며, 군사용에서 민간용으로 급속도로 활용이 확장되고 있는 추세이다. 이런 국제적 흐름에 따라 국가적으로도 무인항공기 관련 원천기술에 대한 로드맵을 수립하고, 이를 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 계획들을 수립하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무인 항공기 민간 활용 분야에서 가장 대표적으로 적용되고 있는 무인 멀티콥터 형태의 무인항공기 중심으로 관련 개발 기술을 소개하고 최신 개발 기술에 대한 동향을 핵심 분야별로 기술하였다. 무인 멀티콥터의 핵심 기술 분야를 고성능 프로펠러, 기체구조 경량화, 배터리 및 구동모터 효율화, 비행조종컴퓨터 및 임무장비로 구분하여 기술하였다. 본 논문이 모든 기술적 세부 사항을 기술하지는 않았으나, 기본적인 발전 방향을 제시하고, 향후 대표적인 미래 소요 기술이 무엇인지 요약하여 정리하였다. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) has been grown dramatically both in military and civil market. This market trend initiated the government to establish the national roadmap and long plan to achieve fundamental technologies required for developing UAV. Many activities of planning have been done to catch up this world market. This paper introduced the recent technologies trend of multicopter type UAV which is one of the popular and representative UAVs in civil market. Unmanned multicopter is composed of five core technologies components generally which are high performance propeller, light airframe, efficient battery and drive motor, flight control computer and mission equipment. This paper does not describes all details of recent technologies but shows general trends of future technologies and the required technologies for markets.
